The atmosphere was lovely and the service was great the food was rather bland and not the quality for the price paid.

On the last day before Lockdown 2.0, we chose Chucs as it’s one of the places I’ll miss the most this month. As always, we were not disappointed. The lovely, friendly team recommended some delicious specials and we sat for hours enjoying the ambience. Thank you again.

The four of us arrived at 8pm to an almost empty restaurant, with only another table, how ever we enjoyed good service and food was very good

It was very expensive... i ordered Milanese but it didnt come with spaghetti i was offered this as a side dish and was charged £17! Although this was discounted slightly i paid.. almost £35 for a meal...! I ordered a mojito which was made very poorly which i returned!

The service was outstanding, quick and efficient, the food was the best i have ever had! Just very unreasonable priced, for a Saturday afternoon dinner!

Was really lovely, food was great and would be a lovely place to spend an afternoon as the ambience was really lovely and despite being downstairs, so much light!

The only thing I thought odd; we had two dogs with us so awesome that they accepted dogs in the first place, really grateful to the restaurant for that my only "huh?" moment was having called the day before to okay us bring two dogs, we were seated downstairs in what was the main through way to the back...... so the dogs lying minding their own business were, to no fault of their own, in the way of the waiting staff.

But would definitely go back.

What corona virus?!?! Shocking that none of the staff wear masks ..... they don’t appear to be making any effort to social distance/ disinfect etc ....

Pretty pleased with the food. A good IOC of traditional Italian with a few twists. The Smoked Salmon Cobb Salas as a appetizer was a good surprise.
The Pizza was good and so were fried zucchini.

It is good every day food at a reasonable price.

I’m never disappointed here. Relaxed enough to be an casual sups but equally glam enough to get the bling out, should you want to. Feels both local and international, easy but a treat. The chopped salad is a blinder and you cannot go wrong with a truffle pizza, ever.

The pasta was mindblowing and the brownie was too. Bit more upmarket than I expected but really a great place!

The food wasn’t great and very limited choice, who runs out of a tomato salad!?!.

The service was slow and you could hear chef shouting from the kitchen.

He even insulted my husband without realising we could hear him.

Don't think I would rush to come back... which is a shame as I was really excited to try this place.

I booked outside dining and there was none available after 6pm due to licensing. We had to sit in a non air conditioned restaurant on an extremely hot day. There were lots of other people coming into the restaurant having booked the same 'outside' table that was an option when booking online.

It was extremely disappointing

I absolutely love Chucs, Westbourne Grove. Beautiful venue either sitting in their pretty garden or at a booth inside. Delicious Italian food, with friendly staff, my new favourite place for lunch with friends.
We took 8 girls for a birthday lunch at the weekend and the entire party loved it too - not one complaint.

Great food, lovely and quiet. Service perfect. The spirit alcohol was very expensive.

Staff were very accommodating and service was excellent. We were treated to an unexpected but very enjoyable “private dining” experience in the area leading to the courtyard!

Amazing food and excellent service. Definitely recommended.

Sadly an average meal for a lot of money. Risotto (pea and prawn) was lacklustre and not a generous portion considering the cost and the pizza was average. Service was fine. To be honest, you'd be better off going to either a higher end Italian restaurant or a high street chain so you felt you were getting value for money in food quality, atmosphere and service. I won't be returning.
