Always amazing!

the place just rocks and is hands down on of the best in Las Vegas!

The portions were very small and the restaurant was way overpriced for what you get.

Entry:
Located inside the Wynn if you self park in the main parking, upon entry into the main hall you turn right which leads you away from the main casino.

Atmosphere:
The ambience is enjoyable. Not the most romantic place but moderate enough noise level to have a decent family conversation.

Service:
Service was wonderful. Not overly attentive but whenever we needed something a waitstaff was nearby and immediately responsive. They were all friendly and professional.

Food & Drink:
We skipped appetizers this time but all of our entrees were wonderful! The salmon was in my top 10 ever. Cooked perfectly with crispy edges and a moist, tender inside. Came with mixed vegetables that were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The eggplant parmesan was amazing! The nyoki was wonderful and the spinach and walnut salad was very good, clean and crisp. We tried one of their desserts (they only list 2 on their menu but they had like 6 so ask if you're interested). The ricotta cheesecake was pretty bland. Not bad but if you're a huge cheesecake fanatic, then you'll probably want to skip this one.

Overall:
Overall a great 4.8 star experience. Only missing a couple points for the dessert options and the ambience. Definitely worth a trip if you're visiting Vegas and anywhere near the Wynn.

Restaurant Was very unaccommodating.

Fine dining with impeccable service. We enjoyed a quiet evening and excellently prepared food.

Loved this place and will frequent it again. Lighting is bright and leads to a mall like eatery. The food and service is 5 star!

So far the best fine dining italian restaurant in town. We are locals and we really go out almost every night. This food was amazing. Nice wine selection. We try a cheaper one for 200 USD from 2010, Hawks & Horse from Napa Valley. Great taste after decant and let it breath for like 15 minutes. Food was amazing taste, best quality. If they would have Lava Cake as a dessert we would be coming back at least once a week :))

The restaurant is too bright in the evening .. no candles. It’s not a romantic spot like the NYC location.

Better for business dinners or a fancy lunch after shopping. Food was amazing as always.

I always have a great dining experience here. The staff is amazing by being attentive, professional, and outgoing.
The food is phenomenal. I’ve never had anything not good here. I’ve visited here about 4 times in the last several months. And the desserts will explode in your mouth with flavor, and asking your mama to make it for you, but why should she when you can take her out to Cipriani 😉

Terribly overpriced and completely disappointed. Staff was not attentive and talking amongst themselves. There were a couple of dishes that were good, but most were very blah. We have been there before and had a great experience - this time we had to ask for everything - butter/oil for the bread, drink refills, etc.

What a night! We celebrated NYE there, of course the food is amazing -as expected-, but what made us feel at home was the service, they all were very kind and spare no attention to me or my family. Undoubtedly one of the best service in the Strip

Best restaurant in Las Vegas!

Amazing...Food, cocktails, desserts
Matteo our server was fantastic! This was our first visit to Cipriani... it will not be our last.
We had the carpaccio, veal cannelloni and tagliolini with ham. Everything was delicious.
They had a nice special for Dom Perignon for New Years... hard to find a restaurant that serves Dom by the glass.
We ordered ala carte however, the lunch pre fixe was $39 and included three courses.
Dessert was the vanilla gelato and the vanilla meringue cake. Both were delicious. Not overly sweet but perfect after a nice pasta meal.
The service was memorable and efficient but not rushed. Can’t wait to come back.

Wonderful attention congrats

Great lunch menu, the fish was very fresh. Had the John Dory, and pasta with sea bass. Both were excellent. The tuna carpaccio was also very fresh. Would highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant if you are visiting Las Vegas.

Food is not good.

We were visiting for the weekend and we like to try new places to eat. We made a good choice... the food was great and what really made our dinner was the vanilla ice cream!!!! Oh myyyy goshhhhh!!! It definitely is a must try!!! The service was good and they are very attentive! Thank you for a great dinner!

Excellent service! We loved the garlic free food, outstanding atmosphere, the food was cooked right & everything was delicious!! We will be back!

We had such great hopes for this restaurant as we love Italian, the marketing hype was good, and it is in the Wynn, however, the food was ordinary at best. We had the carpaccio, veal piccatinel, and lobster risotto, all were forgettable, especially the risotto which was a runny soup. Plus, the service seemed clunky and disjointed. Odd for fine dining.

Very sad, since the Wynn is known for its exceptional restaurants. I have a feeling this restaurant will not last. If you are a foodie, I would suggest trying another restaurant as I'm afraid you will be disappointed. If you are just wanting a quick meal this place will do.

I love Cipriani. This is one of my favorite spots in Las Vegas. The service is impeccable and the food is five star. Our Lamb was cooked to perfection during this visit and the ambiance and vibe was very comfortable. This place is always a staple during our visits to Vegas.
