CK’s our family owned business believes our business should be part of the solution and not part of the problem. We serve globally inspired food with an emphasis on seasonal and local ingredients. We recycle everything we can: metals, glass, paper and cardboard. Our used cooking oil goes to the local buisness man for his bio-fuel trucks. The vegetable scraps become compost for our garden. 15% of our energy is produced by our rooftop solar panels and solar hot water is on the way soon. Many of us commute to work on foot or by bike. Our food comes from several local farms and ranches and we purify our drinking water. Our goal is fresh healthy food that will feed your body and your soul.

My husband and I dined at CKS last night to celebrate my 40th birthday. Our food was delicious, creative, and filling, and the cocktails were strong. Unfortunately, a few aspects of the evening left us disappointed. I made our reservation a few weeks in advance for 5:45 p.m., so I was disappointed to be seated at a cramped table next to the bar hightops and kitchen. It wasn’t the setting I had hoped for on a special occasion. Our server didn’t seem particularly engaged with us and questioned my husband’s dinner choice, returning three times to ask whether he had enough food. While this may have been well-intentioned, it felt uncomfortable rather than attentive. There was also no acknowledgment of my birthday, including when the dessert menu was brought out. We ordered the carrot cake and saw it being placed in the microwave, but it arrived at our table still hard and cold. We hadn’t visited CKS since 2020, and I had really been looking forward to returning and feeling a little spoiled on my 40th birthday. While we enjoyed much of the food and drinks, the service and overall experience fell short of what we had hoped for.

I had the Alaskan Black Cod which was prepared Asian style. Cod and veggies were cooked to perfection! It was unique. My husband had the lamb chops and they were perfectly prepared as well. What.an outstanding chef and restaurant.

Service was very good. The sliders were very well done almost not eatable. Buns also over done. Not sure why Ck’s can’t grill a burger medium rare. All other dishes very good

We come here every year during Trailing of the sheep. We look forward to it for months. The food is all amazing.

One of the two top restaurants in the Valley. The food is consistently well prepared and creative. Our waiter was close to perfect! Still warm enough to din on the patio.

Love CKs but have to say the charge to split a salad seems unnecessary. Also, the squash blossoms, which we usually love were not up to par.
