The staff are very kind, but the timeliness of service could have been better. We waited nearly 15 minutes before a staff member came by to ask us for our drink order. Which was the manager, thank you for stepping in. Then another 10 minutes for the drinks to arrive. At that time we ordered food which ended up being delicious. However, the arrival of my meal was at minimum ten minutes after the rest of my party. Once I received my meal, I felt rushed because everyone had finished theirs. About five minutes into my meal, another waiter (not our regular wait staff) came out with my exact order and was surprised to see I had already received it. While waiting for my late meal, the manager did apologize, I was offered some soup by our waiter and we received a 10% discount. It was just very odd. I will say the food is incredible and I’ll still be back. I just hope to have a better experience with service. The manager did an incredible job filling in and I also witnessed him clearing a nearby table and directing the staff well. I think he did the right thing when he provided us with the discount. I’m sure if he knew about the rest of this experience we would have been apologized to again and/or compensated more.

The portions have really dropped off. For the price I paid for the filet mignon dinner, it seemed like nothing special. Glad I ordered an appetizer, or I'd have left hungry. And, I am not a big eater.
Overall was good. Main course meals were good, service was very good. Was a little slow getting meals but not bad. Would go back again
The service was horrible. The waitress completely avoided us and the restaurant was not busy at all. I hope it wasn’t racial, but it sure felt like it.
It is not worth the money, and I did not receive my entry
We went to a movie and to eat after. Chose to sit in the bar for more grown up ambience. Great prices on bottled beer. My husband Hs the chicken fried steak and said it was pretty good.
I had the butterflies shrimp and veggies and thought it was very good.
We both had enough to take home for lunch the next day.
Server was good and food was fast.
They do offer Impossible burger and pasta, salad options for vegetarians.
Very disappointed!! For the money paid, food was routine, not enough selection. Could have gone to Omelette factory and had wider selection off menu and better value. Will not recommend Brunch to anyone at this point hesitant to come back for regular meals. We have been there in the past and have enjoyed regular menu items.
I found this dining experience at claim Jumper disappointing.. it was uncomfortably cold inside the restaurant ,. Our food was good but it looks like a hot mess; Sandwiches with their contents falling out and sauce ramekins toppled over. The bathroom floor was so dirty that your shoes stuck to it. It wasn’t just in a spot or two it seems to be the entire women’s restroom . It was like it had been marked in syrup.

Several items “not available”. (Wine, pizza, beer) It’s obvious They seem to be changing menu items in order to save money. Also there were buckets all over the floor catching rain water leaking from the Roof
Perfect for a date night or after shopping . Good food service was on point very friendly staff. Also the open seat app. 5 stars
The food was great as usual. And the server (Adriana) was helpful, attentive, polite, and a joy to have as our server.
My husband who ordered the Prospector with tri tip and chicken loved his meal. I ordered the filet which, though tender, was cold as was the baked potato. Our waitress was brusque and apathetic. We had to ask the busser for more water!
My husband and I were solo for thanksgiving, the family was spread out in diff cities. We chose to eat out instead of cook.
Claim Jumpers turkey dinner was great! I’d eat there again for thanksgiving if the opportunity arose.
Food was okay. Mashed potatoes tasted like vinegar though (didn't eat). Would have been nice to have gravy boat on table. Gravy was haphazard and skimpy. Apple pie was frozen. Recieved thousand island dressing instead of honey mustard I requested. Wasn't horrible though. Lots and lots of people to feed.
I know it was Thanksgiving, but service was way too slow for the amount of people there. We had to get up and ask for a waitperson after sitting at our table for 15 minutes. Also, my food was served luke warm, and since we had no silverware, after the 10 minute wait to get a fork, my food was ice cold. They forgot our first course, we got it after our cold dinner was served..and my friends soup order was incorrect.
Our server was polite and nice though and the pumpkin martini's were excellent. I wasn't super hungry, but the food tasted very good re-heated on Friday.
The table we were seated at was Freezing Cold. We could not get moved to a warmer area. It ruined the entire dinner!
Took more than 30 minutes before we were allowed to order our food. Five out of six ordered soup and one ordered salad. Took about 20 minutes for soup to come out to the table. When we were more than half way done with our soup the person who ordered salad finally received their salad after asking a couple of times. Rain was leaking through the roof and buckets were placed around. Long period between soup and salad before entree’s were brought to the table. Portions were irregular. When everyone orders the same entree and all of them have different portions. There was no consistency. Very disappointed. We have made a tradition of eating ourThanksgiving meal at Claim Jumpers for a number of years now. Sadly we will be looking for a new place to eat.
To start we did not get bread when all of the tables around us did. We asked for it and it never came and by the time we finished our meal we told the server to forget about it. The meal itself took 45 minutes and when it came it was bland and burnt. The asparagus was literally black. The salmon was dry and flavorless. The potatoes were cold.
Ordered a Coors, she brought Coors Light. Corrected her, she said bartender made a mistake. She came back with the same Coors Light telling me they were out of Coors. So I took the Coors Light though I wasn't happy about it. Pot Pie was huge but taste wise, nothing to write home about. Presented a Landry gift certificate to pay the bill, was told that wasn't valid here. I said yes it is. She took it again (to her boss?) and it was accepted. Stressful. Shouldn't the staff know that they work in a Landry's restaurant? Not sure we'll be back. We have so many other choices.
On a very busy Friday night, our food was OK (filet was tough and the NY strip was OK). Our server was overworked, but most accommodating.
Just not for Football watching. Several TVs, but apparently no NFL network to play multiple games at one time.
The hostess was considerate in seating us as we had senior family member that is not very ambulatory. Attentive server and the fried chicken and mashed potatoes were excellent! Next time I would likely go to salad bar vs the green salad serving. The chicken pot pie will feed 2-3 people. Noticed they have extended happy hours - so I will be checking that out soon!
They got us seated immediately, served us quickly, and food was delicious.
Greeters and our server Tori were especially nice! Great fish & chips. Beautifully presented, too.
Love the decor & ambiance. Mon. night was a perfect time to be there, not too raucus. Chocolate cake amazing.
The quality of the food was a great disappointment and the dining experience for me my wife and granddaughter was less then perfect.
Been to other CJ locations where food was better. Ambiance was quite depressing, so dark and dingy, feels like the log ride at Knotts Berry Farm.
We went to celebrate my daughters birthday on August 5th. There was 14 of us in our party. We had not been there in quite awhile.
The server we had was not personable at all. She seemed annoyed to even serve us. We had to wait a long time just for our drinks. Keep in mind there was only two other tables full nobody was there.
I had to ask out server multiple times for water refills.
The quality of the food is poor. The food used to be very good but not this time. The presentation looked awful it looked like they just threw it on the plate.
The manager said goodbye as we left but did not come over to see how we were doing.
I will not be returning to this restaurant.
The waitress (Jennisy?) forgot side dishes to most meals and did not check back for refills. My info / request on open table was completely ignored by the waitress. Claim jumper had a special for a free slice of cake for birthdays. The hostess was aware of our family members birthday. The hostess said the waitress would bring the free slice of cake as advertised. Well the waitress did the bare minimum throughout the meal and also completely ignored the birthday. This is the first restaurant that has ignored 100% the info left with the open table AP. Very disappointed. The salad bar was empty with food spill everywhere. The plates at the brunch bar were dirty and had food stuck to them. I wonder if this restaurant is on the way out? The food was good for the price, but the service and cleanliness were severely lacking.
Had 6 pm reservations. We were not seated until 6:30 pm at a table that was vacant the whole time we waited. Never will go there again!!
Always a great meal and place to meet friends for dinner. Service is very good and the drinks are strong. Fun environment to eat at
Had a wonder efficient service. I’m glad the menu is smaller. The food was much better. We were able to sit in a quiet are to have a conversation.
The food was just okay. This locations needs a face lift. The decor inside is very tired and dated.

When I arrived at the Claim Jumper there was no-one at the checkin counter. I had to wait several minutes. as did other patrons. When seated the menus were grimy and soiled. The service was ok considering there were very few patrons in attendance. Our monthly luncheon decided not to return again.
As always CJ is family oriented and carries out excellent service. Our waitress was very attentive to our needs and food was delivered in a decent time.
I been going to restaurant for last 20 years and I do not plan to go back because the food was the same,the lemonade to strong ,taste of food difrent and no more beef ribs .I do not plan to go to this restaurant again.
