   As usual, excellent tea, food, service, and decor. They did a great job decorating for the Wizarding tea. Lots of kids in attendance and all were under control. Great fun for all.

   Our first time and I brought my 8 year old Harry Potter fan for the themed afternoon tea. What a delight! The detail that went into the amazing decorations and incorporation of Harry Potter themed treats was wonderful. The table side magician was a nice touch and my daughter raved about him - especially since she got to assist with a trick. Fantastic presentation, service and experience, we'll be back!

   Went for the first time after a friend recommended we go since it was Harry Pottwr themed. LOVED the atmosphere! The decorations were AMAZING and they really went the extra mile and it was fun seeing all the little details they put into it. The cost was $65/person so a little spendy but surprisingly there was a lot of food where I ended up taking a bit of everything so I could try it all and was still full! There were 2 kids in our group and they had a great time too! Would recommend this to anyone and looking at going again next year!

    The themed tea is always a special treat, however the group seating was a serious take away from the experience. I can see the attempt at mimicking the dining hall at Hogwarts, however sharing sugar and cream can get awkward and listening to personal conversations of the other groups was completely awkward. The decorations, menu, entertainment, and special details are absolutely amazing and worth going for.

    Me, my mother, my sister-in-law, and her mother and my niece all went here to celebrate all our birthdays since we have so many of them in July in a row. It was such a wonderful experience with all the details put into the food. Setting and even entertainment… we had a magician doing tricks at out table and it was pretty cool!! I will definitely be coming back!

    the place was beautiful, very decorated for Harry Potter. they had entertainment at our table, a wizard doing tricks, photo ops, elegant "wizard" food w/ take out containers. Even the bathrooms were elaborate. I want to do a Xmas tea next.

    The service was amazing, and the Harry Potter theming of the event was very fun!! I've never been to one of their events before, though I have gone to regular tea, but it was wonderful. The food was amazing, as well as the tea, and the people serving us were friendly and kind. Overall, it was an outstanding dining and tea experience. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who wants to experience fine dining in a place that is a little outside the norm, with a lot of personality.

    We went to Clockwork Tea Emporium for a special Harry Potter Tea. They did a fantastic job from ambience to special tea choices. I loved having the option of having a Harry Potter cocktail. The magician was entertaining and the food very good. The gluten free tea service was really good.

    Attended the Wizarding Tea with my 10 year old granddaughter. What a fabulous experience. The tea room decor was incredible with so many details such as flying letters, Hogwarts house banners, floating candles and so much more…really, really well done! The food was incredible and fit perfectly with the theme. Our favorites were the broccoli bisque and the jam filled beignets, but everything was delicious. Make sure you come hungry because they feed you well. My granddaughter had a non-alcoholic Butter Beer was was so yummy and we both got our own pot of tea in unique flavors (she got pumpkin spice and I had lavender vanilla). I won’t spoil it for you, but make sure to visit both restrooms while you’re there, they’re so cool! Usually I just do tea with my granddaughters, but my grandson would also love this place…I can’t wait to bring him.

    My party and I loved the decor, atmosphere, and the tea selections were extensive. The food was delicious, and they boxed up the remaining treats for us to take home, as we were stuffed! Make sure to come hungry! Also, give yourself time to check out the adorable shop they have, as welI! I can't wait to go again!

    Very nice Tea Service in great atmosphere. Lots of interesting things to look at and the Kraken Bathroom was amazing. Tea Service was good with a variety of savory and sweet items, even for those of us Gluten-Free. Emily gave a great description of a variety of different teas and was so helpful in determining the ones that fit each of us best. Tea Bar/Kitchen was visually intriguing, just like a high end bar.

    We had a child show up without rsvping. My husband and I apologized and said we understood that the food was made ahead of time and we were absolutely okay with one of my husband or I giving them child our “spot” and we would just sit and be able to be at our child’s Sweet 16 Birthday. We were told that one of us had to leave as they didn’t have enough food. We said we understand, could we just pull up a chair and be able to not miss the once in a lifetime party. Then we were told that there was not enough chairs to accommodate someone using it. There were more than ten chairs in the dining room that went unused the entire evening. (We have pictures). Not wanting our child to note anything was wrong we quietly just traded off. My husband missed the majority of the dinner, I missed singing my child happy birthday and opening presents. We paid approx $450 for this dinner and it was so disappointing for the management to be so unreasonable at the expense of us not being able to attend much of our kiddo’s party. I emailed ownership and they responded with “we have a strict 30 person maximum limit.” Which, we would understand if this was the case. The only other two tables off the night had a total of 12 people. Our 11 plus those 12 only come to 23. So, Clockwork Rose had no reason to do that to our family and I’m just so sad that we don’t have those memories. See picture for proof of empty tables and chairs. This was so unnecessary.
