   We had the best time at a Clockwork Rose. The Steampunk theme makes this fun. You find something new, some hidden surprise everywhere. From cute butterflies pinned to the wall to a giant octopus made out of pennies in the bathroom, Steampunk and surprises are everywhere. The food was delicious. The staff described every tea, there are 20+ teas! Go, go to Clockwork Rose.

   The food was kind of disappointing, it really could have been better. Only the pies were really good. The clotted cream wasn't real clotted cream.

   This tea shop is such a fantastic experience. The decor and art are gorgeous. The tea library is extensive and perfectly prepared. The food is delicious. The service is top notch. We will be back.

   Excellent! Will go again! Need to park a couple blocks away so please plan a little extra time and if have someone with walking challenges, I recommend dropping them off then go park.

   We went here for my daughter’s 23rd bday and it was a magical experience!! Totally recommend anyone who loves tea and small (but many) different foods to try. Then this is just the perfect place! Enjoy!!

    The food and service were great. I don't usually like tea just the treats but our server was able to recommend a tea that I enjoyed. I had 2 cups.

    My daughter and granddaughter loved the High Tea I treated them to! It was a new experience for them and they had lots of fun with the decorations, chatting with the Servers, and munching on the goodies!

    Absolutely amazing and wonderful experience…and going here truly is an experience not to be missed. Maggie and staff were so personable, attentive, really making this an experience as they brought out the tea and edibles. The decor and whimsical ambiance are like a feast for the eyes. I was so glad they were winding down for the day, because I had to wander around exploring every nook and cranny. The teas a food were not only exquisitely presented but satisfied and amazed my tastebuds such that I floated out to my car afterwards feeling internally that blissful daze I feel externally from a relaxing massage.

    Amazing value and excellent service! The attention to detail regarding food and drink was noticed and everything we had was delicious. Very comfortable seating, large tables, and great variety of items received. The only suggestion we have: maybe curate the music selection to create more ambiance, and carry the steampunk theme from the super cool kraken themed bathroom into the main dining area. We’ll be back!!!

    I have enjoyed Clockwork Rose Tea Emporium twice with two different groups of family & friends. You will love how beautifully, tasteful and fun it is decorated. Even the two bathrooms are very specially decorated. The wait staff is superb. When you arrive, you are seated quickly for the reservation time you made. You have so many choices of teas all of which are delicious. The food looks so beautiful and delicious & is served on beautiful dishes and serving pieces. You must try this lovely place!

    Lovely as always. This day I treated myself to tea before shopping. Service was excellent. I was served a vegetarian selection although I did not specify that for me. I did come before with a couple who were vegetarian and apparently my account was flagged for them. Both my husband & I enjoyed their regular selection for that occasion which included delicious meat, chicken & seafood selections which I was looking forward to. The soup course was outstanding as always, as were the scones and other sweet treats. Definitely a great value.

    Our Christmas tea was delicious and delightful. Because of the ice storm it had to be rescheduled, but Joe volunteered to open the tea room and do the entire tea service for rescheduled guests. He greeted us at the door, sat us, did the entire tea service, while also working the kitchen side to bring us our tasty treats.     A wonderful treat! Great and interactive waitstaff. Lots of fun gift items out front along with fabulous candy. The tea itself and accompanying goodies are out of this world! A local gem, not to be missed for high tea lovers.

    Made a reservation for the Dickens Tea experience but with the snow was unable to make it on the day of, so instead had to take food to go the next day. Food tasted very good, but at $140 for 2 people, without the experience it was basically overpriced appetizers. The ambience and experience is really what you pay for and since we were not able to experience that, it made the whole thing feel like a waste of money. Also the food was cold when I got home with it (even the “hot” food) so that was an extra bummer.

    my family and I took my British husband here for his birthday (Christmas baby). We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the food! Next time we will ask for a longer steep on the tea but that is nothing! I have already recommended it to friends.

    We had a really good time at Clockwork Rose (Charles Dickens theme). The ambience was great and the service was very good. I would give 5 stars but even though it was a good experience it was a bit overpriced for what it was. ~$300 for 4 people was too much for tea and cute finger food that was good but not amazing. If it had been $45 per person I would endorse a visit wholeheartedly. At $70, I’d say only go if cost and value are of no concern to you

    This has become our new favorite tea room. It was outstanding in every way. We drove from Eugene and Bend for the Dickens Christmas Tea because this tea room is worth the effort.

    The special Dickens tea event was so fun. Good food. Great tea. We dressed in Dickens era costumes and really enjoyed taking part in this event. We had 1 gluten free in our party and they took great care to make sure he was well taken care of. He commented the gluten free food was so good and tasted great.
