To be honest, the $140 grazing lunch was incredibly underwhelming... We would have been better off just ordering off the menu.

Cloudland was amazing! We came to celebrate my birthday from out of town. We always try and book in at Cloudland when we are Brisbane. The food, the staff, the cocktails and the venue are all absolutely amazing. Will definitely be back. And definitely recommend booking one of the private booths for any event! So good.

Cloudland has been on the bucket list and now I have done this I’m happy to have been but not sure if I would return as the food wasn’t something to rave about Especially the pizzas they were very ordinary.

Good place overall, service is great, music is a bit too loud for dine in experience, talking to staff was a bit difficult as a result. Pizas and sides are awesome! However, Some mains could’ve been better. E.g. seafood pasta (could’ve had more seafood in it for what you are paying. It’s a seafood pasta, hence it could’ve used more seafood that what we got served)

Great venue with vibrant atmosphere. Waitress was friendly. Food only average- ordered beef ragu and it came out as runny mince - very disappointed. Security very aware and on the ball

I always get great service and the food is consistently good. This place never disappoints.

We requested decoration and they did not decorate, they did not tell us that they would not put it. I also called many times to see if I could bring the cake and they did not answer the messages I left on the answering machine.

I’ve been here a number of times on a Saturday for lunch and it’s always quiet. I have no idea why. The atmosphere is fantastic and the food and service are consistently good. This time we shared some arancini balls (the best around as far as I’m concerned) and some lightly crumbed calamari which was so tender. Also, 2 pizzas - vegetarian and the other was prawn. The vegetables had a nice smoky flavour and the pizza base on both was light and crispy. I wasn’t too fussed on the zucchini with the prawns but that could be just a personal taste preference. No room for dessert this time. If I had, it would have been Affogato. Yum

Great food for the money - consistently good quality meals & no surprises! Lovely place to get out for the night. Nice atmosphere to dine in. Can get a little noisy at times but what can you expect when groups of ladies are consuming more cocktails than food on a Saturday night!

Great service and atmosphere. Our waiter Angus was fantastic especially with his cocktail recommendations. The food was on point and my husband being Vegan was well catered for. Highly recommend for a great night out.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at Cloudland - noisy Hens table beside us but otherwise food was really good - everyone raves about the pizza - great atmosphere- miss it being able to be back to the pre Covid Cloudland - look forward to when that comes.

The restaurant service was great and the food was delicious. Our waitress was lovely and very helpful. The upstairs bar staff were really rude so we left early.

Amazing venue with great music and always buzzing. Food is delicious and well worth the price. Drinks are fun and creative with many bars. Service from our waiter was excellent and friendly.

Once the place got busy I felt it lost part of its charm with noise, not being able to hear the music and waiting longer for service. (Obviously nothing can be done about that)

The atmosphere was amazing, could have stayed there all night. Friendly staff and amazing cocktails. The bathroom lights and layout topped it off.

I have dined here before but this time it was more like a pub bar food menu than a beautiful experience in a lovely venue. You could order pizza or pasta really... nothing else. Covid is annoying but Cloudlands usually ranks amazingly! Great place ... we were just a bit disappointed in the lack of choice for main meals.

Loved the layout and intricate details. A few more options and easy to read menu (Or better descriptions) would be beneficial.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish.
Greeted well taken to our table. Our waitress fay very knowledgeable on wine selection.
Food came out very quickly, nice and fresh.
Highlight was the ricotta pork ravioli with truffle pesto! Excellent ambiance both upstairs and downstairs to have some after dinner drinks.

After arriving at restaurant by executive car for special birthday celebration.Not met at door with covid instructions.
Made our own way to the bar to be told there were no bookings on Sunday evening despite making booking direct via Open Table then told to be told only Pizza on the Menu no explanation or apology. Very disappointed and left the restaurant. Very poor indeed will certainly not recommend service was disgusting.

The food was dyer. The worst. Honestly it was probably some IGA ham with some IGA bread on a wooden board probably from, IGA 🤦🏻

The decor and ambiance was superb, and the pizza and pasta was good, but the menu choice was a bit limited (i.e. no seafood or gluten free options).

Did not even realize they had restaurant. Was pleasantly surprised. Was not too expensive. Food was lovely. We didn’t need to move at all. Stayed there til we went home. Will definitely be back

Everything was great except waitress dropped a glass of red wine behind me which went all through my dress. She was most apologetic and gave fantastic service.
