I was expecting an outside dinner on the beautiful Venice waterfront. The location profile online did NOT specify they do NOT have outside accommodations during this time in April. I was disappointed. To be a $$$$ restaurant I would have expected more options. The main entrance attendant had a bias towards us. The food was delicious and the desserts were exceptional. The waiters were very attentive to our needs. Overall it was a great dinner. I would recommend this place.

It was my first visit to Venice to spend my wife Birthday, we decided to celebrate this special birthday evening at Club Del Doge, it was really the best choice we did, with incredible romantic environment. Staff working there were very nice and look very professional and they even have surprised us with a complementary birthday cake. They really made our day, Thank you .

Our experience at Club del Doge was perfect. We enjoyed the best meal of our entire trip at this world-class restaurant. The service was superb - not a single detail overlooked. Highly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting Venice.

A beautiful room, tremendous service, terrific food and wine. In Venice. We had a marvelous time. My wife and I highly recommend Club del Doge at Gritti Palace, especially if it’s your first time visiting the city or for a special occasion. You’ll love it.

We came for our friends birthday. Very nice place and the food was good. Just smaller portions then a lot of other places and a little more pricey. But we came knowing it would be a little more expensive. Service staff were all very nice as well.

Came here with my wife and had an amazing dinner. The beef tartare, the ravioli, the sole were amazing. However, the Veal Milanese deserves special attention, it is the best I have ever had.

Excellent service, and food was good. However, with the prices there, I expected amazing. Most dishes where simply very good quality, but had nothing to stand out. For example, the chicken was tender and juicy, and crispy of the outside, but there was nothing to set it apart from other rotisserie chicken.

A truly high-class restaurant in Venice. However, the menu is difficult, and reflects the latest trends of high class restaurant to outdo each other with their “artistic” flair. Sadly, that loses sight of the principal focus which should be on taste! Lunch, however, at the Gritti Should not be missed.

Im Oktober war die Terrasse trotz Heizstrahler kalt, viele Gäste mussten in Decken sitzen. Preis - Leistungs-Verhältnis passt ganz und gar nicht, Speisen zum Teil extrem klein und dann über 30 RUR, Suppe war kalt, Wein extrem überteuert gegenüber dem Einkaufspreis; nie mehr wieder, kann man bis auf den Blick ganz und gar nicht empfehlen; insgesamt die schlechteste Erfahrung von 6 Restaurant-besuchen in Venedig

An expensive restaurant, but the best dining experience, food and wine during our visit to Venice. The view on the Terrace was beautiful. The service was amazing. What we ate for dinner: Duck Pappardelle and Seafood Risotto. Great flavor on both. We favored the Risotto over the Duck. What we had for dessert: Tiramisu and the Orange Soufflé. Allow 30 minutes for the soufflé. The Tiramisu is not traditional. It’s a modern twist on the classic. Both desserts were delicious, but, if we were to go back to Venice, I’m not sure I would get dessert again. Desert was more expensive than the entrees. Overall, the setting on the water and the amazing selection of wine added to the beauty of the evening. It truly was a memorable night.
