Had problems with them closing the kitchens at 8 pm and not telling anyone. Also offered a replacement dessert when they said the kitchen was closed then said five min later they couldn't make it.

Do yourself a favor and order their butter garlic wings

Really tasty wings and taro dessert just, just wish the bun rieu was more authentic. Overall good food.

Generally good food but a bit more expensive than other Vietnamese food. Easy access with free parking and efficient services.

Perfect! Specially the service, a guy served us, he was one of the best servers. It was Friday 26th June at 6 pm I do not remember his name .

Went there again on Tue, it’s so good this time including food, service (last time the lady was so rude) and finally they have coffee with milk on side 👍🏼👍🏼 I’ll go more often from now on.

I went several times, food won’t disappoint me especially the chicken wings however one of the soul of a Vietnamese restaurant is the Vietnamese coffee, the coffee is really bad and you can’t order just dark coffee and milk on side!

Food was really good with some dishes not found in typical Vietnamese restaurants. We ordered 2 different kinds of spring rolls (pork and seafood), chicken wings, papaya salad, pork belly (thit kho quet) and beef curry noodles. Everything was really good and flavourful. My favourite would be the pork belly. It has a rich umami flavour and you need to have it with rice or veggies, otherwise the flavour is too overwhelming if you eat it on its own. My least favourite, although still not bad, would be the beef curry noodles. If (or rather when) I go back, I would probably skip this one to try their other dishes.
My only criticism is I asked for hot water and the water was barely lukewarm. I asked the server to replace it, but when she came back, the water wasn’t any hotter. Not a deal breaker though.

Maybe. The food is excellent, but the service was poor both times we went here. My husband ordered a beer and they didn't have it, so he ordered another and they didn't have that either. The waitress was very slow to get to our table to bring menus, take our order etc. Appies came before the drinks arrived both times we were there and when we asked about the drinks, were simply told "they're coming". We waited so long for our bill that we finally got up and went to the front counter to pay.

This was my 2nd time there and I was only around 730p. Couldn’t believe they were running out of the pho ga and mien ga. Comparing to other Vietnamese restaurant, 730pm is considering prime time. The service was good but considered a bit slow.
Parking is very limited 😞

Definitely for kids butter chicken was tasty and not oily. Soup noodles weren’t too bad just I found my boneless chicken is a bit oily in the soup base; next time, I will definitely order the same just chicken on the side😝

I booked this place because I like the vibe and hopefully I will get good service. Everything went well until we placed our order. We ordered an order of pork skewer and it was very tasty so we ordered two more orders. When the waiter repeated the order he said four orders so we corrected him. Then we ordered a pho. After a while we ordered one more pho but they brought more than one. We told them we ordered only one plus one pho and he said we ordered four. Anyways they took it back but someone came and asked us if everything was ok since we ordered two bottles of wine ( there were 5 adults in the group) and they just wanted to make sure we could handle it. Well, they were hinting that it was our fault( maybe we were too drunk) that we misplaced our order. When I asked her what she was trying to say, she just said she wanted to make sure everything was fine. After that the service was really lousy. Sorry. This place sucks and we are not coming back. Please don’t blame your patrons for your mistakes!

Food is good but little pricey for the portion they served.

Food is good but a bit pricy for Vietnamese food. A nice place for old friends gathering. Waiter is knowledgeable and answer all our question. Will go again for sure.

Food was good too. We ordered Vietnamese coffees which was good as well. Only one thing I don’t like was the portion was smaller. The price was a bit higher compared to other places.

Food was delicious! Ordered the sharing dish, Fish Cake pho, the broth was delightfully umami! the noodles were perfect soft yet chewy texture. Only thing about my order was the value. It seemed expensive compared to places in the area. Although i will be returning to try other menu items!

Great selection on different types of Vietnamese food. Not just your usual pho or lemongrass chicken on rice. Love the decor, the ambience, and even the plates and bowls. Love the drink menu as well. Service was great as well.

Fancied up Vietnamese food (hence pricier than typical Vietnamese). Portions were good; nice location (away from busier parts of Richmond) with parking. Nice creative drink/cocktail selection.

Appetizers were excellent- creative and delicious. Main courses had few vegetables for a Vietnamese restaurant. Expensive for mostly noodle dish. Service is efficient and hurried. Quiet location and tasteful decor.

Been back a few times already, just for the chicken wings. Both the chilli fish sauce and butter garlic flavours are absolutely delicious! It's great for a date night or family dinner.

Food was below mediocre, it was a reservation for 2, so they gave us a regular small table but we ordered 6 dishes, there was literally no body in the restaurant but they refused to give us a bigger table and kept pushing the food inner inner and coming back just to see if the food was done so they can take away the dish.

Poor customer service and overpriced Vietnamese pho which sadly didnt even taste good, if it was as good as Anh and Chi i wouldn’t mind the prices.

We were there for lunch on my son’s birthday. It was their first time, and my
—nth time! They loved it, both the ambiance and the food! They even said they will surely go back even if they don’t live in Richmond. My daughter lives in North Delta; my son and his partner live downtown Vancouver.
Thanks for an excellent service!!!!!! Thanks Michael for making us feel special on my son’s birthday celebration. Will be back soon!

Higher-end Vietnamese food. Still good value. We will go back again. Keep up the good service and food quality!
