Service was abyssal and the food was alright at best. Unimpressed by the wait time and the lack of communication from our server. After ordering iced coffees, he came back three times to let us know they did not have vanilla flavoring or dairy alternatives, and he still brought out the wrong flavor of iced coffees. After another 15 minutes, he took our orders. While it was not busy and tables after us had their meals and left, he came back almost an hour and a half later to bring us our food. He did not apologize about the wait time, and seemed startled when we asked how much longer the food was going to be. The food was alright but not worth the wait time at all. At the end of our meal, when we complained about how long it took for our food to come out, he acknowledged that he did not punch in on our orders properly because I swapped the meat for potatoes. While he did apologize, it was only after we brought it up and he failed to communicate it throughout the whole waiting period. Very disappointed in the service as I specifically made the reservation for my friend's birthday and it ruined our special brunch.

Everything was bad...from drinks to the food to everything. Waste of money to be honest. The chicken had no taste, and was fried in old oil. Will never be back

There was live music, but WAY too loud - Valentine's Day and we couldn't even hear ourselves talk. Food was okay at best, and service was good, but very pricey for the quantity of food - you'd expect small plates packed with flavor for a higher price, but here, it just wasn't memorable, and my girlfriend actually didn't like the food at all. For such an expensive dinner, I expected way more (even the wine was bad!). This place was very good last year, but I guess they got a new chef, and it changed a lot. Also, had reservations for a private table, and they set us up at a shared table with other couples - we had to insist for them to sit us elsewhere.

Good ambiance. Staff was very attentive and polite. Food was okay- I had been looking forward to getting the mac and cheese but it lacked salt and seasoning. And that comes from someone who is in a low sodium diet. The burger my husband got was good. Overall decent but not amazing.

Really like the cocktails but food always seems to fall a little short. Love the ambiance and would recommend for a pre-dinner drinks.

Restaurant serves decent food but it was so unbearably cold that we kept our coats on. The food was slow to come and was also cold. We just wanted to get out so we paid and left without complaining but I would not recommend this place in the winter. Even the staff were recommending people not sit near the front as it was cold.

Terrible service. Did not greet at door. Bartenders only offered limited cocktails even though they were preparing their regular list of cocktails for other guests.
