Salad was underwhelming, bruschetta was tasteless except for too much salt. Deep dish pizza was fine, but nothing to write home about. Server took forever between visits, and the inside of the building was freezing. Won’t go back.

Connie’s is always a great place with awesome food, and a friendly environment that’s great for couples’ dinners with friends. Great service too!

We had a wonderful experience. Paz was a very good waitress. She did not rush us and allowed us have a good visit. The salad was tasty, the pizza was excellent and the beer Paz recommended was one I had never tried before, but it turn out to be quite flavorful. I will definitely be visit Connie's again

I had to ask my server to check on my food. Service is lacking. The server did not seem too concerned with our needs. Appetizer did not seem fresh. Pizza was very good, and that is why I have theme a fair review. Not sure i would recommend but will say yes since again, the pizza was good.

Service and food was delicious.

We chose to sit outside in an effort to maintain safety and still frequent our favorite spots, but other than the windy conditions it was great! Ever since Edgar came back as manager, the restaurant is back to its awesome experience and standards!

Sat in the patio and felt abandoned by our waitress, I think she had too many tables assigned to her. We were given our appetizers without utensils or napkins and every time we asked for sauce or a drink refill it was a mission, would have to wait about 5 minutes for each item.

Connie’s is always awesome, but it was our first time visiting during times of COVID. We got seated outside and had excellent service. Everything in our order was correct and service was prompt. Great experience!

I have always gotten great service at Connie’s. Yesterday was a major disappointment. I treated a friend to lunch. There was a detailed discussion between my friend and female regarding her pizza order. The server still got the order wrong. When told about it she was not apologetic and did not seem concerned. The manager did eventually correct the situation. The female server came and abruptly told us a new person would wait on us.

When I bring someone someplace that I visit regularly I expect them to get the same consideration and respect. It appears to me that this server made the error intentionally. I called her on it. And explained to the manager what happened.

The first offered solution by the server and was to bring a plate of the missing ingredient so my friend could add it to her pizza. This is pathetic. Did not address the fact that there was an unwanted ingredient on the pizza delivered to the table. After I fussed and talked loudly to the manager a new pizza was delivered and comped.

Great ambience, free parking and very good pizza. The music was a bit loud

Went there with a friend. It was awesome as always. The waitress, Grace, always remembers my Connie’s reward information.

As far as my entire family is concerned, Connie's has the best pizza in the world. We have eaten at many, many pizza places and only one other restaurant has come close to Connie's but couldn't match it. Every time my family passes through Chicago we look forward to eating at Connie's and make sure we fit in time to stop there, even if it means sitting in Chicago traffic for an extra hour. :) The food and service are excellent!!!
If you haven't been to Connie's you are really missing out.

I have been going here for years. The service is consistently outstanding. The hostesses remember me and know who my favorite servers are. They always are friendly. The servers are welcoming. Some of the servers remember my Connies VIP information and they automatically add it in so I get my VIP points when I forget to ask. The Pizza is great.

They have indoor and out door seating. They are practicing social distancing and enforcing wearing masks if you walk inside to use the bathroom. One day I had a mask but had taken it off to eat while I was outside. As I started to enter, I was reminded to wear a mask politely by my favorite hostess. This is a positive in that they enforce the safety rules for everyone.

Love coming here. Love the food. The service is great.

It was a great experience. We ordered a ton of food and it was so cheap. The manager was super friendly and started convo with us because we were the only ones there ( we went around 2pm) . Great food and great service!

We had a good time for Father's Day...our waitress, Maria, made sure we had what we needed and checked on us often...we'll definitely be back!!

The pizza is OK. The place is huge so it is good for large parties.

Connie’s staff was friendly and accommodating. We went before a Blackhawks game and the service was perfect. It was my first time in the restaurant and I will be definitely going back!

We have been going to this location since our son was in Vander Cook college of music. That was almost 20 years ago. We love this location.

Best pizza in Chicago

We were visiting Chicago from Los Angeles and planned a get together at Connie’s for 20ish family members. Connie’s was accommodating and easy to work with from the very beginning. They made our family event special. The pizza is always great and the whole experience was fabulous.

Great Pizza, fun environment. Place is much larger than it looks. Very up to date, food was excellent and the service was fantastic. Very enjoyable. This is the last of the Connie’s restaurants, as they once were throughout Chicagoland, and we used to have their pizza all the time. It was great to have that same excellent taste, in a wonderful building...glad to see they are going strong. Lots of parking, nice area.
