    When walking to the table we weren’t told about the wine barrel, I was told about it last time and really wanted to hear about it again. We sat at our table and luckily we had our tasting glasses because we waited for a server to come over and greet us. Luckily another server noticed we were sat and weren’t greeted, she took care of us and got our drink orders and started our food order, this was About ten minutes after sitting. Our server then came and greeted us and apologized and let us know she will be taking care of us and then asked if we wanted B R E A D. She spelled it out to us for some reason. When we received the bread it was crispy and could tell it may have been sitting for a while. Our Brussels came out super quick which is great! Flavor was great on the Brussels. Entrees came out at a nice pace behind the Brussels, when we received the entrees the servers brought them to a table across from us that was finished and had to go bags on their table asking who ordered what, then another server directed them to us and that server promptly turned around and auctioned off our dishes. We had steaks of varying cuts and sizes and the broil team executed perfectly. Temps were amazing! We also ordered dessert, crème brûlée and chocolate cake. The brûlée was great, very smooth and the sugar in top was perfectly brûlée’d. The chocolate cake was enjoyed by our daughter, however I took a few bites off the cake and could taste that refrigerator flavor like it sits without being covered in the fridge. The vanilla sauce seemed a little watery as well. Overall you can’t beat Cooper’s hawk food and wine what a great night!

    We had a waitress named Melissa and she was AMAZING!!! The BEST waitress we have ever had at a restaurant. She was a breathe of fresh air and definitely will have us coming back on a Monday or Tuesday (days she works) and request her. You don’t have people like her often. Very happy, knowledgeable and sweet person! She deserves some recognition for sure!!!

    Love coming here! Unfortunately we have a reservation in the bar area and no one came to our table for over 10 minutes. We decided to move directly to the bar where there was open seats and were very have with the bar service that was provided.

    I took my grandparents here for dinner and it was their first time. They loved it! When they told our waitress, Brooke, that they were sharing a meal, her and/or the kitchen staff separated the meal onto two separate plates, that was so nice of them! Brooke was absolutely amazing.

    Waitress seemed overwhelmed. Took our orders, food came and my dish was wrong. I was told she grabbed the wrong one and it would be 5 minutes. Then 10 minutes later she says they were making me a new dish it would be about 5 minutes, she tried to give me a soup which I politely declined a few times. My poor husbands food was getting cold waiting. He started eating and his medium rare steak was well done. My food came, it was good. Our bill comes and we are charged for our dishes plus the dish that she tried to serve me first. Not a very good experience…

    We are very frequent diners at this Coopers Hawk location. Our service is normally excellent, food is always good and we enjoy dining here. We went for a wine tasting prior to dining. Jen at the wine bar is a super star! Unfortunately, we had our worst dining experience ever with Carrie as our server. Very lackluster, inattentive and at the time we were there, it was hardly busy. I think she just really doesn't care about her job or customers. We had to ask for everything. After dinner we asked for a dessert menu and after looking at it for 15 minutes, she never came back to see if we'd like dessert. So, instead, my husband tracked her down and asked for our bill. It was painful to even leave her a 15% tip. We will be sure to request to NOT sit in her section next time we're there.

    Food and wine were excellent. I had filet medallions and my wife had chicken piccata. Both were delicious. We had a bottle of white. It was their wine if the month. Service was outstanding. Will be back.

    Little long taking order, appetizer was already eaten before entre' order was taken, but once ordered entre' came out quick. Server was very nice and food was cooked perfect!!

    We go to Cooper’s hawk once a week food is excellent and service is outstanding. But this time are service was ok. Waitress came to our table maybe twice plus my granddaughter ordered a ice cream when she got it was all melted . Plus if took 15 mins to get her ice cream . This was the first time the service was ok. We live all the waitress and waiters they are very friendly. This waitress must of been new .

    Our server was AMAZING! My 2 year old was a tiny terrorist, eating butter with her bare hands, standing in the booth... just being a crazy toddler. She handled everything in stride and the food was amazing. Love this place and always have a good experience (minus my own child being a tad wild).

    The menu has many choices depending on your pallet. I've never had a bad meal here. The baked parmesan shrimp scampi is one of our favs and always a good go to if you're undecided. Many wines to choose from to accompany any dish as well.

    Upon arrival, we were seated by a young man with a intoxicating accent from England. Austin quickly present to the table an the pageantry begin! Wine flights began combined with the laughter from our table intertwined with close by tables whom were ahead of us in libations. The atmosphere, was a whole vibe. Austin shared amazing selections from the menu and the chief created the magic. Cooper’s Hawk was an amazing choice for my husband’s birthday. Thank you for cooking with love and sharing a moment in culinary creativity with a twist of elevated experiences. “Bravo” Austin and your team.

    Wait staff was prompt and very helpful. When we asked about how certain dishes were prepared we were given a thorough explanation. We both enjoyed our meals immensely.

    The service has been horrific since Covid. From management to wait staff, everyone has been rude and in accommodating. What made Cooper’s Hawk great was the service which was provided. That is no longer the case at Cooper’s Hawk in Clinton Township. My wife and I thought it was just a fluke for the past few occurrences, but after speaking with several staff members, this is culture at Cooper’s Hawk in Clinton Township. Poor customer service. Poor ambiance. Poor management. People don’t care to do a great job. No one is smiling. No one greeted us by saying “Welcome to Cooper’s Hawk” or anything of the like. When we have brought things up we should be receiving with our membership, we’re told “this is how it has always been.” We’ve been apart of the company longer than they have been allowed to drink and been with the company. Telling my wife three times in a row for the entire tasting room to hear and cause a scene this last night is unacceptable.

    We didn’t have the best experience, our server was just unexperienced. She didn’t know much about the food and she just didn’t seem to give that extra bit of attention that normally we get there. We did talk to the manager and tell him what was going on and my only advice to him was she needed more training. We had rewards that she told us about but never credited the bill with it, until we told her. We are members we love it there and it will not stop us from dining there again. But sometimes you just need to know to get the kinks out

    I have had multiple amazing lunches and dinners since opening, to say this experience was not like the rest is disappointing. I arrived on time to my reservation was seated immediately, and started a 20 min wait in which no one came approached my table. I returned to the check In desk they quickly attempted to correct the issues however, there was confusion over what waiter had my table. The issues where corrected however, I could not wait any longer for had to leave. I will return for this is my favorite restaurant I truly hope my next experience is like the other amazing one’s.

    The place is very loud. It is not a place to go and relax with a nice dinner. Other than this, the food is great, 6 people for under $200 with wine and sangria for all. So great value. Highly recommend.
