Outstanding food and service. Made you feel comfortable despite difficult COVID protocols. Our new favorite neighborhood restaurant.

Making lemonade out of lemons. Dress warm. Enjoy the experience. Staff was very attentive. The covered area had only three walls- providing great ventilation and making us feel very safe. They were nice enough to let us stay an hour past our allotted time until the next reservation arrived- which was very nice.

Tasty food and extra friendly service.

We were seated in the outside Covid space. It was cold out but, we were under a heater. It was the best it could be. The food was excellent, we had the onion soup... wonderful, filet mignon and the halibut were excellent.

We dined, when only outdoor dining was permitted. We dined we dibed in a canopy with heaters with social dostancing. Staff came.over frequently to ensure that we were warm and comfortable. The was served hot and remained hot throughout the meal. Very pleasent experience.

Great service and good food. We ate outdoors, although it was cold that night, there were overhead heaters to keep us comfortable.

A favorite! The food is always delicious and the service is friendly and efficient. They have a nice outdoor dining set up with heat lamps.

In the world of social distancing and taking extra cleanliness precautions, we would say Copinette did a very good job - hand sanitizer available upon entry, our indoor table was comfortably spaced apart from others. Service was good, the brunch items were very good. Special callouts: Crabcake starter and its accompanying pickled veggies were delicious; arugula salad was super refreshing; shrimp wrapped in bacon starter was delish - what's not to like? bacon! Smoked salmon benedicts were great too. Avo toast was standard fare. Nothing special about desserts either, but the candle on the birthday dessert order made the rainy day more festive. Would definitely go back and recommend.

The food and the ambiance at Copinette is more than you could dream of for a perfect date spot! Everything about this place always exceeds our expectations.

Fantastic service and food!

The filet mignon was delicious and the service was prompt considering that we were outside on one of the coldest nights.

Everything about the evening at Copinette was wonderful.....

The food was amazing! We had the special, Chilean sea bass and also the lamb. Both absolutely delish! The appetizer, bacon wrapped shrimp, was just okay-good, but what you would expect. We tried the ricotta cheesecake and the truffle chocolate cake for dessert. Both amazing ! The cocktails were also excellent. I plan to go again very soon!

The food was delicious! We ate outside on a rainy night, they had tents and heaters set up for outdoor dining. Inside looked cute too

Copinette, which we frequented pre-Covid, has become our "go to" restaurant here on the east side. They have done a terrific job with their table setup and the overhead heaters are more than adequate. We feel both welcomed and safe there.
Everyone has their favorites whether it be the burger, shrimp scampi, or the chicken.
The staff is efficient and very friendly as well.
Highly recommended!

First time here. Will return. Dinner outdoors with friends was comfortable with overhead heaters. Grilled branzino with mashed potatoes and sauteed spinach was delicious. Friendly, efficient staff.

Had Thanksgiving dinner here. Food was great, service was great, outdoor space well spaced out. Was happy to spend this Thanksgiving at Copinette. I will definitely go back, try brunch there.

Excellent thanksgiving dinner!

Food was delicious. Portions were smaller than typical American portions which I loved because it meant we didn't waste food. Ate everything up and we were perfectly full. Drinks were good. The service was great, really friendly staff. Prices are also unbeatable for the city!

We had a lovely time dining at Copinette. It was our first time. We enjoyed all of the food and drinks. With the weather getting colder in NYC there were some bits of time where we felt a bit frigid. So hopefully there will be some heaters out as the temperatures drop. We will definitely be back again.

Never disappoints. Food is always delicious. Nice servers. Nice outdoor setup with overhead heat lamps. Eaten there a few times and have had fish, beef and pasta dishes and all were great.

a neighborhood gem...great food, excellent service, reasonable prices...one of our favorites for dining around Sutton Place.

Such a great experience! We sat outside under heaters, we loved the wine and food! Never felt rushed.

We live on UES 73 and 1st and had been meaning to get to Copinette for two years! Of course once we finally decided to, it was with Outdoor dining, in COVID, and 35 degrees out. That being said - it far exceeded expectations. We were happily greeted, our table was ready and waiting for us under heat lamps in their tent set up. Our drinks came out quickly and were delicious (I tried the Gin one). To start, we had the french onion soup which was nicely sized and perfect for the cold weather comfort. We tried a special salad, with endive grilled shrimp and candied nuts - it was delicious. Most of us had fish entrees, and have to say my dish was one of if not the best halibut dishes I've ever tasted. Portions were totally justified by cost, too- big! My sister had the lamb and ate every bite. I tried my fiancé's butternut squash ravioli - simply perfect - soft and buttery, so much flavor. My only con is the 1st avenue noise but otherwise, we were all truly blown away!

I went there for a brunch with my friends, and we loved the food and the atmosphere. I am not giving a 5 starts because the waitress forgot about our table a couple of times.

Great food and service

They're doing a really excellent job working with outside dining. The wait staff is very nice, the food maintains its high standards. We're appreciative that they're working so hard to add warmth and excellent food to the neighborhood.

Enjoyed lunch! Scallops were tasty as was the Caesar salad.

Nice outdoor ambience, attentive service, delicious scallop appetizer but not memorable fish entree. Overall a good option during the pandemic.

I was VERY pleased with the service, quality of the food, and comfortable feeling of being outside. It is unfortunate that seating is in the street but GLAD we could still hear each other.

My reservation was outdoor seating. I made that reservation more than a week ago,
We are so disappointed when we cannot seat outdoor because they are filled up.
We have to be seated inside closer to the door, but that’s not what we wanted.
we feel uncomfortable but we just endured our disappointment.
The food was okey, but they don’t serve the regular lunch which we wanted to have.
I hope they follow the the customers wish where we wanted to be seated, that was the reason for reservation in the first place.
