Awesome! Will go back.
Quaint spot for a nice dinner.. halibut and pasta were delicious! Great cocktails and beer selection.. staff was friendly and helpful!
We chose Copita because it allowed Opentable reservations and it was off the hustle and bustle Bar Harbor scene. It is my wife’s birthday “week” and we found Copita to be a lovely setting with delicious food. We shared a ribeye after tasty appetizer and enjoyed a memorable experience.
Delicious food and impeccable service! Highly recommended!
We had a wonderful dinner here. Great food. Friendly staff and less hectic than downtown Bar Harbor.
We’re definitely coming back on our next visit to Bar Harbor!
Cannot day a bad thing about our dining experience. And the French press coffee and Bailey’s to end the dinner was spectacular!
Eat here if visiting Bar Harbor.
Fine dining experience, small intimate setting, charming, Delicious food and drinks impeccably prepared. Don't be food by the modest exterior
Lovely dinner at a very charming, welcoming place.
I was surprised at the lack of specials. Hummus plate was nicely balanced.
restaurant a little too impressed with itself
the lobster aragosta a huge disappointment
the rib eye steak was amazing a week ago, mediocre this time.
wine list again too many overpriced options ($95 and above) and the wines in the more moderate range ($55-65) a disappointment.
great martinis though
overall a disappointment, especially second time
This is good food. What's fresh locally is creatively (but tastily) cooked, and the result is top quality. Service is very attentive, the menu is easy to manage, and the difficulty is managing to choose only one of the array of dishes. I went back twice in the same week for the halibut which was perfectly cooked, with a slight brown crust but moist and flaky inside. Each time I have been, one of our party chooses the daily pasta special and I have yet to see someone not clean their plate. In the starters category, the Muhammara lamb chops have been a hit every time, with red peppers and a delightful marinade. Great chef, great service, great food and high quality Covid protocols, this restaurant is worth every penny and it is hoped that they will be around for a very long time.
Food was so amazing! All fresh with a culinary flair!
We celebrated our one year wedding anniversary. The staff was incredible and the food was magnificent!
We had a wonderful dinner. Scallops and Halibut. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Will return when back in the area.
Superb - little pricey but get what you pay for. Lobster stew was simple stock, milk or cream, butter and tender claw and body meat. Halibut w wild rice risotto generous size and perfectly done.
Covid times.... so very quiet, excellent friendly staff. Food was superior!!
We really wanted to like this place but the prices you pay are way out of proportion to the quality. $32 for a piece of lightly grilled cauliflower is way out of bounds.
Ambiance is nice. Drinks are well prepared, but Copita definitely needs to regroup on the food big time. For a place that calls itself Mediterranean, the appetizer called “The Mediterranean Spread” was a scoop of flavorless hummus and a medley of vegetables. Lots of opportunities to be more creative with the menu. Pretty disappointed overall.
What a gem! Thoughtful presentations, flavorful meals. Outstanding.
This was a great spot away from the crowds in bar harbor. The food was really good, they had some interesting specialty cocktails and the vibe was great! One of the better meals on our trip through Maine.
I'm guessing the chef took the night off for Labor Day.
Fantastic meal and service. Unique / chic atmosphere. Would highly recommend. We got the gnocchi special and the lobster, and both were incredible.
Little gem in the magical Northeast Harbor. Welcoming Staff
Very good food, I had the ribeye and it was quite tender & with a good crust. Staff was pleasant.
My husband and I and another couple had a very nice dinner at Copita last week. The food and service were excellent--the only negative was that the food was a bit on the cool side, but otherwise a good experience.
Our choice was to start with some Oysters- very good. We moved onto the entrees. We were not enamored with our entree choices. We found the food to be fair considering the cost.
Overall, we walked out dissappointed.
Great service , delicious food , lamb chops are a must for appetizers , the spring rolls were excellent too , our entrees were amazing , my daughter had the fish and ours was the vongole —amazing ! Service was outstanding , great bar tender , he really did set the mood ! Dessert was poached pear , and the dark chocolate cake , fabulous ! Our favorite restaurant in Maine , cannot wait to go back ! Thank you all !
Superb food! Best meal we’ve had on the island.
Lovely! Yummy, great staff!
