   Excellent dinner venue. The background music was much too loud, but was lowered at our request. We came for the good food and conversation, not a concert.

   Started with an ‘old fashioned’ which was phenominal. Our server Zak was great. Funny and we had everything we needed, when we needed it Ordered the Cowboy ribeye as an entree to split and it was absolutely delicious and perfectly cooked- even brought leftovers home. No desert but maybe next time

   This is our favorite restaurant for special occasions. The service is outstanding and the food is always wonderful. The service is always above and beyond. anyone looking for a restaurant for a special occasions should put this restaurant near the top of their list of possibilities.

   We love this restaurant, part of Copper Cellar West, with it's own dining room, the food is generous, freshly prepared and the prices compared to similar downtown Italian restaurants is about $20 less per check. It was not crowded, our server was attentive and yet unintrusive. we will be back again soon

    We had the brunch buffet. Honestly it was just your run of the mill buffet. It was a pretty good value and the place was packed. My wife slipped on some water and fell but the staff just kinda looked on. None of the staff offered any help nor did anyone clean up the water after I had told a server close by what had happened. It was our first time and our last time.

    It started out as a disaster. The sign out front advertised grouper which I love. However, when we got inside our reservations were at Copper Cellar they said I could not order the grouper unless I was eating at cappuccinos. My husband, however, wanted prime rib and we can only order that at, Copper Cellar. I will say a very nice lady went out of her way. I think the manager and got us a very nice booth at the bar so all worked out well. Our young waitress at the bar, however, was not very attentive. The whole restaurant was very crowded and it was just not the atmosphere we are used to having at Copper Cellar.

    We visited for the Sunday brunch. Our reservation was for 1:15 and they sat us pretty quickly. There was a good choice of foods but the quality was just average. They also ran out of prime rib and were very slow in getting waffle batter out, which seems like one of the easiest things to keep in stock. Overall just not worth the $27 price.

    Food was excellent for our party of 6. Our server was a little abrupt and not pleasant. Was efficient enough with food and drink delivery, but made no attempt to accommodate a special request. Second time we have had this server, and he has complained about how little money he makes each time. Just not a pleasant experience. We understand that the service industry is not easy, but we tried to be cordial and pleasant with our server, but it didn’t help his disposition!

    Good food but they are definitely understaffed. They let open tables stay uncleared and we thought our waitress forgot about us several times. The hostess was unfriendly, didn’t seem to actually greet or acknowledge anyone who came in, and didn’t update you on your reservation. Not a good first impression. Oh, they do play great music in the dinning room so that helped!

    Everything was fine. The food was good for the most part. I didn’t care for the Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar. The grilled shrimp was very good. Service was a bit slow. They didn’t seem busy enough for service to be that slow although there were many patrons there. We may give it another try.
