Coqbull Restaurant is a chicken and burger concept with its mouth-watering menu of delicious chicken and gourmet beef burgers as well as an array of tantalising coqtails and local craft beers, focussing on casual dining.
The name CoqBull originates from the simplicity of the locally sourced ingredients and conjures up images of rubbing, marinating, charring, shaking etc with a cool edgy, laid back vibe offering something new and exciting for the casual dining scene in Castletroy.

    I have never met staff like the staff in Coqbull Castletroy. We have eaten there on numerous occasions and the staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The food is always excellent. Would highly recommend.

    I had mushroom penne and my companion had eggs benedict. Both portions were plentiful and very tasty and good value. Everything else on the menu seemed to be burgers and chips which I thought were exceptionally expensive. There was a pizza option too.

    Absolutely amazing experience! We had a dinner for a birthday celebration. One of our party was an hour late and the service we received and being checked on for service was absolutely phenomenal. They were so welcoming! One of the party forgot their phone and the staff even tried different methods to get it reunited with its owner! Will definitely return very very soon!

    Had a lovely meal with the family. Food came quickly and was delicious. Staff were lovely. Couldn't fault anything. From the minute we arrived we were well looked after.

    Great spot, loads of parking. Really nice food, everytime I go I try to get something different. Staff are really nice and know their stuff. Will definitely keep going here and would highly recommend.

    Food was lovely and servers were very friendly. Bit of a wait even for our drinks and when they came they weren’t that cold. Another wait for our food but once it came it was lovely. Staff were very nice

    Service great. Tasty food. I missed the starter popcorn chicken which is gone from the menu, it was a favourite of my kids.

    Great spot. Food is always excellent and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. Love the bunless option, makes its much easier for us who don't eat certain bread.

    Coq-burer wasn't great. Noise of the daiquiri making was extremely loud. Couldn't have a conversation. But it's a nice place with nice food. Would generally recommend

    Ate at the Castletroy restaurant today and it’s badly in the want of a clean, surfaces felt grubby, especially the tables! Food was decent but it’s getting very pricey, I appreciate costs are going up but if your going to charge a premium price for burgers and chicken wings then deliver a premium service! The Coqbull in the city seems to be ran better never felt dirty!

    The food in Coqbull is outstanding and still was for this sitting, we were sat toward the back of the restaurant and it just seemed like the staff forgot about us and there was nobody checking in on us or collecting our finished plates. Will comeback but maybe just a heads up to staff to remember the people that might be sitting out of the way
