Corner Stone Bistro
Excellent staff, delicious breakfast & wonderful ambiance... the brewed coffee is a little weak for my liking but otherwise it’s the perfect spot !!
An awesome place to bring the family for Sunday brunch... or Taco Tuesday. I also stop in there pretty much daily to grab a coffee. Super friendly staff, and Owners Tracey and Ian do their best to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. I can't recommend them enough.
This is a great place for brunch. And we celebrated 2 birthdays and corner stone made everything so nice! Great job Tracey!
Our meals were wonderful- no complaints but the waiter was very unsure of menu items, was extremely hard to hear (had to get him to repeat himself a few times) and slow. Our portions for the price seemed small and my Paella came without Chorizo in it. My husband left hungry after his Lamb dinner.
Took almost an hour from time we ordered to when we received our food. Tasted great, though
Such a sweet restaurant and great staff! The food was great as well!! Definitely will dine there again!
My rating was moderate but only in comparison to usual expectations for lunch. But lets be clear. This is a funky old building on a corner in the middle of a heritage neighborhood. Its friendly, informal, unpretentious and relaxed. The food is good. Locals hang out here. The weekends ramp up with music. Time slows down.
Charming bistro tucked away in Pemberton Heights North Van
Delicious food. Nice little bistro in an old building with great food.
As always Tracey and her crew do a fantastic job. Brought my 2 daughters for brunch and they loved it as usual.
Excellent meals from a Burger to short ribs and fish stew! Shanti and crew are the best servers, love it.
Nice casual neighbourhood spot. The service was a little slow, but the place was busy and they only have two waiters/servers. The menu is small with a few mains and some more pub style food (burger, fish and cauliflower tacos). I understand the menu changes regularly. We shared the grilled Caesar salad, which was very good and the portion perfect. I had the stead frites with herb butter. My steak was cooked perfectly as were my frites, delicious. My husband had the veal Osso Buco with egg noodles, which he enjoyed, but has had better. All in all, we had an enjoyable meal and would recommend this restaurant. We plan to try it for lunch soon as we are intrigued by the cauliflower tacos.
This is a real gem. It's in a quiet neighborhood. I had brunch there and dinner another time. Both times were excellent.
Breakfast for us neighbours. Ham and cheese bowl delish and hood named Benny’s such as the Sowden was great too.
Nice small bistro in a quiet neighbourhood. Delicious food and good service.
Fantastic spot complete with its own French chef.
It was great!
