The host didn’t honor our reservation saying that they weren’t accepting it since Monday when I received a confirmation text on Thursday

when we arrived they have stated that our reservation doesn’t matter and we had to wait in line. They stated that the governor mandate stated at midnight that reservations weren’t needed, but that doesn’t stop the fact that reservations were already made ahead of time.

I never come to Las Vegas without eating at the Coronado Cafe at least once. The menu is drawn from the other restaurants on the campus at much higher prices. You can order Mexican, Asian or American cuisine - all at a fair price and absolutely delicious.

I have been going there for years. The food is great and it is very convenient.

Quality of food good. I had the prime rib, medium rare, that was so big & thick I could not eat it all. Prices were very reasonable. Serve was fast and excellent. Highly reccomend.

Overall a good dining experience, we ate here several times over our week in Las Vegas. The one and only thing that makes me rate them lower than 5 stars, was I personally watched a waiter take a bottle of ketchup off a dirty table and place it on the tray he was delivering to another table.

They were great with social distancing, reservations required, but this really did not set well with me.

When they delivered ketchup and mustard to my table, I put what I wanted on my plate, then sanitized my hands, after touching the bottles and before eating my meal. Overall we would recommend them and we will come back on our next visit to Las Vegas.

We witnessed them sanitizing all the menus between customers, so I’m sure they have policies in place.

I just happened to witness someone not following protocol. The food was delicious, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner here and all the food was great!

We had a confirmed reservation, as per state mandate, however the hostess couldn't find it in the computer. She appeared to be extremely inexperienced and slow. I showed her a printout of our confirmation and she still had no idea what to do. Another hostess had to come to her aid. Other than the inexperienced and slow hostess, the waiter and food service was outstanding.

Food didn't have any flavor,, need to put salt and pepper at least.

This one of my favorite places to eat. I get into vegas at least twice a year for about a week and I make sure I always eat there. I can't wait until it opens back up again and you wont need to make reservations.

We were a little early for our reservation but were seated anyway. The only problem was that our eggs which we ordered cooked 'medium' were runny.
