   This was not worth the price for food. Most of the meats brought to the table were overcooked and dry. The salad bar was excellent, and had we only purchased it this would be a 5 star rating. Service was excellent. They were more than attentive and wanted to please.

   The service was great! Our waiter made sure he was always on top of the refills. There was a variety of meat available and they came around with the choices often.

   This was my second visit to The Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse. A return visit means something is definitely right. The selection is absolutely wonderful and all the items I have tasted were very well seasoned and prepared very well. You won’t leave this steakhouse hungry or disappointed and the drink selection is very good. The best is the service and competence of all of the staff. You will lots of serving and pampering staff and they all make your visit a great experience.

   The interior feels very worn and tired. 2 of our 4 chairs were loose and rocked back and forth. The food quality was much less than another Brazilian Steakhouse across town. Definitely not the experience we were expecting, particularly for the price point.

   Great place to eat when you have a big appetite. The atmosphere is festive but distinguished, the food is very well prepared, and the service was excellent.

    I was so delighted with the food selections. The salad bar was all I needed. My husband had the steak, chicken and pork. I did taste the steak and it was amazing. I think next time I will go with an empty stomach and eat my own steak... LOL Service was outstanding. They all had a smile on their face and was willing to accommodate us. It wasn't nosey while we were their but we came before the dinner crowd. I would definitely go back again.

    Next time I will come completely empty. This restaurant serves great food, an extensive selection of great food! The drinks are great and the service is superb. I highly recommend it and I will definitely return.

    Way to much sodium. Most of the meat was overcooked and or had mediocre flavor. I would not recommend this. Very disappointed.

    We came with a group and was granted access to the back room, we didn’t have to ask! Reservation time was met and we ate ourselves full. Greg was an excellent server and he checked on us a lot and gave us recommendations and laughs. Alberto and Justin did as well. They were all very nice and I wish I could get them every time we come!

    We were not seated for at least 25 minutes after our reservation, and during that wait, the bartender looked past us waiting for a drink on three separate occasions. We were seated right when she started making our drinks and were told they would get brought to our table. 10 minutes after we sat at our table I had to go to the bar and ask for them. We saw our server a total of two times. Will not be coming back and would not recommend, the value is not worth it although the food was outstanding.

    This was our first time at the steakhouse and it was good! We celebrated my husband's birthday. I only had the salad bar and he had the full meal. He was pleased with the majority of the meats that came around. It would have been nice to have salt and pepper on the table for some of the items I got off of the salad bar but nonetheless, everything was very decent. The highlight of our night was the grilled pineapple. We couldn't believe something so simple tasted so great! We came right after the restaurant opened so the crowd was minimal and the ambiance was good. Can't speak for how it is later in the evening. But I think being there right when everything had been freshly cooked was a great idea and by the time the traffic started picking up, we were making our way out.

    Wonderful experience with friends. Salad bar was tremendous. The meats were plentiful and flavorful. I do wish they would have left a list of the meats at the table.

    The food was fresh & saladbar was crisp. Grilled pineapple was amazing! I prefer my red meat (filet mignon) more on the rare side and everytime I asked for it I was given more of a medium to medium-well. I don't think there are enough variations of warm sides, but what was available was very good. For the service, our waiter was friendly, but a bit slow. We had to call for him several times and the restaurant was only about ½ full. I've been to several Brazilian steakhouse and Cowboys does do a great job of keeping the meats circulating.

    The house special wasn't seasoned and the pineapple wasn't cooked like last time it wasn't even warm ... just not as good as last time ... I know it was busy but there was a couple times we sat with no drink

    Great place to grab dinner on the weekend! We sat at the bar and had a drink while waiting for our table, which wasn't long at all since we made a reservation. Make sure you try the beef brisket, cheese rolls, and the warm garlic butter bread that they bring out!

    The male hostess was very rude. On top of being rude he chewed gum like a cow (If i can see the gum in your mouth while chewing... we have a problem). Very unprofessional. I told the manager about it, and he did nothing. We will NEVER be back. My waiter was great. And,the gauchos were great.

    My wife and I invited 2 couples to join us for an early New Years evening dinner. The salad bar was subpar. Not a lot of the options that are advertised on their site. Had a morsel of bacon wrapped filet that was the only filet I have ever eaten that had quite a bit of fat. So noisy is what hard to talk with each other. Food was really not great. Our bill was $474 dollars and was the worst meal AND worst meal for the money I have ever spent for dinner. Will never ever go back.

    Gauchos kept passing by our table and not stopping. Told waitress twice and manager once and still got ignored. Then was brought the wrong bill. Notified manager and was asked "What you want me to do about it??" Really?? What shooty service.
