The waitress should not rush us to pay the bill especially if the place is not crowded and if she sees we are in conversation

I had a reservation for 1:30 for a HS graduation celebration. Email confirmations showed 1:30 reservation. But we arrived and they said they will open at 2pm. Ok not a big deal... we waited outside. They opened the door at 2pm and said they needed to mop the restaurant and said we can wait at the bar (we had teens with us and weren't there for drinks or the bar scene). Most restaurants clean the night before or they have workers in at least an hour before opening to get the restaurant ready. Watching servers handling dirty mops and smelling dirty mop water right before you sit and eat is a turn off, but OK fine. We then had to wait for the floors to dry they said. Finally, they bring us to our seats at 2:25pm. An hour after the reservation. We ask for bottles of still water. They bring 3 small Poland spring bottles (typically not sold in restaurants). I ask if they have normal big bottles of water (Saratoga, acquapanna, etc). Or at least more than just 3 small bottles of Poland spring (for a party of 10). He says all they have are the 3 Poland springs. OK... We order appetizers and food. 3:15pm still no appetizers at the table. One girl had to leave by 4pm because she had to go to Beyonce's concert. By 3:30, I asked if they could at least bring her food (two hours after our reservation and not even an appetizer on the table). 3:45 I told them to just cancel all the food and we will go somewhere else. The manager goes to check the kitchen. He says all food and appetizers will come out in less than 5 min. 3:50pm the girl who needed to go to the concert checks GPS and sees it's 50 min to get home so she has to leave (without even having an appetizer). Finally appetizers and food start coming out. Three orders were wrong and they substituted things they didn't have without giving us a heads up. Horrible. Go to Kenilworth...

We had a great time at crabbae wrst orange I took my mother and Aunt there today on mother's .we loved it the ambience was nice. The food was good and our host was perfect and very helpful.we will go back agaim.

I took my daughter there on 4/8/25 for her birthday omg it was an awesome experience,the food was exceptionally good and it was alot our server was mannerly, helpful, patient and polite.the ambience was good and the other guest was friendly, they even sang my daughter happy birthday. Also the price was really good for the amount of food we received. I'm definitely going back and I would recommend it to everyone

This is my first time leaving a review. I will admit that I was a little nervous given the mixed reviews, but I am so happy I kept an open mind. This place was AMAZING!! The food big portions, drinks strong, great music they had a DJ it was Saturday night and our waitress was great very attentive! I wish I could have gotten her name! 10’s across the board I will be back!!!

The waiter was slow, forgetful & non-existent. Also the food was different than before. I think it is a different cook.

The Food, Ambiance, And Staff/Waitress was Amazing. Only thing that was okay was the fries. Everything else we ordered was top tier. We will be back.
