    Had a reservation and acted like we didn’t even though on the list. Tried to give us worst table even though it was empty.

    We stopped here for a lowkey birthday dinner while we were at the POST. The people working there were very nice and the service was friendly. The wings were delicious and definitely the highlight of the meal. The drinks were decent as well. It is a hotel bar, so I think expectations should match that. We were not expecting a Michelin star experience but it is inside THE Post Oak Hotel. Think- a casual spot to grab a bite and a drink. That said, the wings were great and it worked well for a relaxed dinner.

    Had to call the server over every time, too busy watching ball game and all chatting. One servers looking towards us with hand up and still ignoring.

    The location, atmosphere, service and convenience of Craft F&B are all fantastic. I've been going since it opened and have become so disappointed by the decline of the food. Burgers are always overcooked, so no point in stating how you would like it. Waffle fries seem to be cooked and then refried as ordered to come out hot, but then they're tasteless and hard. The pizza's, however, are still pretty good.
