Great to be able to dine in again! Service was excellent and it was obvious the servers all were thrilled to be back working with dine in customers!
The SERVICE and PRESENTATION was GREAT! Had to have the food recooked. I prefer all my food WELL DONE.
Ashton delivered friendly, safe and efficient service along with the folks that kept our coffee full. We were 2 elderly ladies who felt completely safe; well spaced and Covid protection in place...90min turn around was perfect timing.

Horrible service, while we understand it’s the first day back we got a round of shots and ordered our food and in the 40 mins of waiting for our food, the server didn’t come back to refill our water or new drinks. Our tab was over $400 to only be given a $25 dollar gift card as their “I’m sorry”. Never again coming back to this location or franchise.
We are SO glad to have been back at Crave. It felt safe and almost like a normal pre-pandemic night out. The waitstaff was outstanding. We were greeted upon arriving and thanked before departing. You could tell we were all so appreciative to be able to eat out again.
Our visit started out great, prompt service, drinks and starters. Out of some food due, which was understandable. Informed by Msnager? That she didn’t like the look of the sea bass, so it was being remade, and there would be a slight wait. We were absolutely fine with this. Food came and unfortunately the chicken caprese Rosa was not remade and must have sat under lights. Dry, cheese was rubbery. Waiter decided talking for over 10 minutes at other table was more important than checking on other tables. Asked for bill, had to wait while he again talked about the shutdown at table next to us.
The waitress was super nice! Food always great!
Dean was an incredible server. Despite the pending 4 week shutdown he was positive and upbeat. Very engaging.

Even though Crave is a bit pricey we choose it as our go to. Selection, ingredient choice, deliciousness is always there and it worth it! Thank you for coming to Maple Grove!

The food and service was wonderful. The only flaw was that the online reservation system had allowed us to book a table outside. However, the manager called to tell me that was a "glitch", and we could not be promised a table outside. I wish I had pushed back. That wasn't my problem. I didn't make the mistake. We should have been accommodated. An exception should have been made. I am disappointed with their customer service.
Decent experience overall. Food was good. Service was decent, just sometimes took a little longer than expected to get drinks.

Relaxing time
Crave in Maple Grove is my family's favorite place to eat out at! We all have different diet restrictions and their menu accommodates our entire family!
Everything was great. Don’t love the added service charge for employees in the bill-just roll into the price, which is already plenty expensive. Also, didn’t appear to have much less seating and spacing due to Covid...maybe only a few tables removed.
Really good food that was served in a good timely manner. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. 😃

We just don’t like when we’re seated next to the kitchen. The kitchen clatter and chatter are annoying when you are talking with your dinner companions.
Way over priced for what you get in portions. 4 drinks, burger and fries, sushi, 3 small pieces of meat and fries with 2 appetizers for 183.00. Really people. Oh yeah, they had a service charge on the check for 6.00 and when asked what that was for, the response I received was that the additional cost was for uniforms and employee expenses. Not a city mandate. Never ever will I return to this place. Very disappointing. Waitress was fantastic. Overall experience was not good good. Hope everyone has a better experience.
As always, the food at Crave is fantastic, and they have a cheesecake that cannot be found anywhere else in town.
Went there for the first time for lunch in October - excellent service and very COVID friendly. Also tried sushi for the first time, it was fabulous and I'm now a fan!
