Lamentablemente es un servicio de 8 platos para lo cual deberian avisar con anticipacion ya que nosotros no veniamos con mucha hambre
Ademas el sevicio muy lento ya que demoramos mas de 90 minutos para que nos sirvieran unas entradas y un postre solamente

Si bien se entiende que es un menú de degustación en general queda a deber.

Las porciones son pequeñas y los sabores nada extraordinarios así que en general es una mala experiencia, por otra parte el tiempo que tomó el servicio fue excesivo al ser casi 3 horas.

La propuesta de un menú “diferente” todos los días parece en realidad una salida para usar lo que se va quedando. Y no, no está ni cerca a ser uno de los mejores lugares a pesar de la supuesta asociación con Pujol de CDMX.

Sin duda hay mejores opciones en Oaxaca menos pretenciosos y con una mejor relación valor - costo.

La cosa de que sea un menú en base a lo que se compre al día me parece una buena idea , rico , buen maridaje ... solo que para el tasting tarde 2 horas , ve con tiempo para no andar presionado y disfrutar

This was a fantastic meal. The food, ambiance, and service were excellent.

We made a 10pm reservation on Open Table and arrived at 9:30pm. The staff seemed annoyed we came so late and gave us attitude the entire time. They even denied selling us a second bottle of wine so we would hurry up and leave. They lied to us and said the city was on a curfew and they couldn't sell us any more alcohol which was a lie. The food was wonderful but the service was some of the worst I've ever experienced.

The service was a wee bit pretentious but the food (set menu) was exceptional. Wonderful Oaxacan flavors.

What a fun evening! From the entrada to the dessert, everything was great!

My husband and I are visiting from the US and are pretty open -minded diners/world travelers but did not enjoy the food. The heavy use of ants and insects made everything very earthy and muddy and we didn’t understand it. They didn’t lend a nice flavor. There are so many other regional Oaxacan dishes and ingredients to celebrate, I don’t know why ants had to be the main attraction here. Additional disappointment found with the alcohol pairing, really rough private label rose, like very faulted, not ok to drink wine. And sangria pairing??? Cheesh

Amazing food experience. Service was exceptional and we even received a tour once we were done. Must visit when in Oaxaca.

Absolutely incredible meal. The service. The location. Seated in the courtyard was sublime! We paired our food with the suggested alcohol selections. We ordered three additional repeat items because the food was SO good. We even returned for the weekend brunch the following day. This is a truly special place.

We ate here twice during our stay in Oaxaca and each time the food and service was amazing thanks to our waiter Julio. Would definitely recommend.

The meal was wonderful and truly unique. My fiancé and I came here for his birthday and we opted for the drink pairing, which was great because we were able to try a bunch of different cocktails, beer and wine. Staff was professional, attentive and even surprised him with a birthday dessert and candle which was so sweet! We definitely plan on dining here again.
