   Food was great. Oysters and Aguachile are simply fantastic! The selection of Tequila and Mezcal is good, but limited. I would expect a cantina serving tequila and mezcal to have the right glasses for it (caballitos)… I will definitely go back and try the rest of the menu.

   Service was excellent. Our waitress Emily did great. The guacamole is amazing - they put in fire roasted vegetables and it is 5 star. I gave ambiance one star bc we sat on the patio at 5:00 and as the sun moved, our table ended up in full sun by 5:30. It was miserable. The restaurant needs to put up a curtain or something along the wall that is on the side of the patio to protect the tables that end up in full sun. The sun went behind clouds for a few minutes and it was wonderful. A curtain to block the sun would make all the difference! They have a large umbrella out there but bc it can’t tilt, it made no real difference as the evening sun moved. We knew we were in for heat while sitting outside but also being in full sun was just too much. I recommend this restaurant but definitely eat inside until you go much later in the evening!

   This was our second time to La Cantina and it was just as delicious as the first time!! All the crown restaurants are great and we love this one’s take on Mexican. Very unique and delicious!!

   Celebrated my daughter and son-in-law’s and me and my husband’s anniversary and the four of us loved the food, absolutely delicious! Service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back!

   Love this place . The manager is great and makes sure everyone , including her staff, is taken care of . My favorite is the carnitas !! And the queso. And the butter rice. And the ghost guava margarita . ❤️❤️

    We started with the salsa sampler, and enjoyed the variety and different heat levels presented. We then had three tacos, two beef and one pork, as well as the enchiladas. And did our meal with flan for dessert which was particularly tasty. Everything was delicious and well presented. Since the food was served family style I did wish that the table was a little bit larger but we made it work. We sat inside and appreciate that the restaurant designers did not attempt to jam tables in. However, the restaurant is noisy and it was difficult to hear one another even when seated just across the table. Overall a good experience and we look forward to dining-in again soon.

    This restaurant is absolutely delicious! The drinks are unique and hand-crafted and the food is fresh, flavorful and authentic. Also, as a gluten-free person it was a relief to know the entire restaurant is gluten free. We ate at the bar and our server was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. I had the sweet potato and mahi tacos and I recommend both! And for sure get the churros with the most amazing caramel sauce!

    I was looking forward to our dinner as the reviews on Crown Cantina were outstanding. Had the Carnitas. I have never experienced such dry and chewy protein in my life. The meat was pink like ham and had absolutely no moisture. I had to constantly dip each forkful into the limited sauce on the place to be able to eat it. I can only guess someone put the wring meat/pork on the dish or it is a new take on Carnitas. In defense of the place my wife's tacos were good as was the little side on beans and rice that was presented.

    Great for a lively, shareable, flavorful dinner. We had a group of four. Crudo, guacamole, and the cheese and tortilla appetizer. Also had the salsa sampler, and there were some amazing flavors. For mains we shared the carne asada and carnitas. Good tequila cocktails.

    Incredible meal! Best Mexican cuisine in Cincinnati!! The ghost pepper guava margarita was unbelievable. We loved the guacamole, queso fundido, flight of salsas, tacos, and tres leches. I absolutely loved my sweet potato and baja fish tacos. My daughter enjoyed the steak taco and brisket taco, but it was spicy! Great service, beautiful space.

    This was my second time to dine here...the sweet potato taco is my favorite! The salsa trio includes three amazing options...all spicy and fresh and this time I tried the Tres Leches cake which is plenty to share and excellent. My guests enjoyed the Chicken mole and enchiladas. This is becoming my family's favorite place for Mexican food in Cincy.

    Not my first visit but I bought my cousin with me to celebrate my birthday. She loved it from the avocado mock tail, to the guacamole and the absolutely delicious carne asada. She is already planning to bring her husband. I've bought in at least 5 different people all of whom have fallen in love with this amazing place. It is a favorite for me.

    New to the neighborhood and La Cantina is a block away. First time we ordered way too much. Everything is delicious, but now we have favorites and we are introducing our friends. Must try fish tacos and charro beans!

    The food was good and the service was excellent. The chairs on the patio are uncomfortable and the heater was absolutely BLASTING, so we were uncomfortable. The variety of food was subpar, but we found something to share. The pricing was just astronomical. It was good food, but it was not worth that much. I've had full on 8-course tasting menus with cocktail pairings for $150 with tip. This didn't come close to being worth a $150 date night.
