CURED Table & Tap is an exciting new restaurant in Columbia, Maryland that brings back fond memories of the neighborhood corner bar and the relaxing atmosphere that is created when good friends, great drinks, and classic comfort foods come together.
From the list of exceptional craft beers, to the creative cocktails, to the satisfying menu, CURED is all about crafting a laid back experience while still elevating the pairing of comfort food and thirst quenching drinks. Our goal is for every guest who visits us to feel as relaxed as if they were at their grandmother’s house (assuming their grandmother makes amazing craft cocktails and delicious food).
So if you're looking for a great place to meet up with friends, heading to a concert at Merriweather Post Pavilion right next door, or looking for something uniquely different but still wonderfully familiar, we'll make sure to save you a seat.

We have a killer line up coming at you for WhiskeyFest this Fall. We are hosting our Third WhiskeyFest here and Cured and 18th and 21st and the lineup is shaping up to be pretty impressive, if we do say so ourselves. We will have offerings from Scotland, Japan, Ireland, Wales, Israel, India, as well as plenty of whiskies from the great USA. We will be offering some of the whiskies you taste that day for presale and will have a great lineup of single bottles that we will be raffling off the chance to win. Plus door prizes, food, and fun. We cant wait for you to join us and have as much fun as you always do!

I love everything about Cured. Our waiter was awesome. I also received a happy birthday serenade from one of the employees. I had salmon and my friends both had Salisbury steak. all out of this world. The happy hour was one of the best I’ve experienced.

Wonderful table with a fire pit which we will definitely use next time. The food was amazing and so was the atmosphere sitting outside. Can’t wait to go again!! Perfect date night spot!

Service was excellent some of our food choices were excellent and others just average which is the reason for the overall 4 stars. Our waiter was very attentive and went above and beyond to help us celebrate our special occasion! Would return.

Cured is a small, modern bar / restaurant located by the Columbia Mall. The atmosphere is cross between a sports bar and sit down restaurant, with moderate lighting and noise. The menu is small but interesting with a focus on burgers, steaks, and seafood. The food is generally OK, but not outstanding. The prices are slightly overpriced but average for the area.

This was the first time we visited Cure. We were enticed by the Charcuterie and Cheese selection. very good portion and high quality especially for the price. We each had the Filet and mine was cooked a perfect medium rare. My wife's filet was a little overcooked but still delicious. I beleive she will now ask for a medium/medium-rare steak wherever she goes. Pleasant experience, nice environment and an overall great deal.

This was our second visit after a great first. The service was awful. Our waiter disappeared. Our order was wrong and had to be put in again. It didn’t appear to be very busy. Perhaps, the place was under staffed.

The four of us were welcomed and seated immediately, and as per our requests to location when we made the reservation. Our server, Erin, was polite, engaging, gave us time to decide, was attentive, but did not hover. We will be requesting him again! Our food was brought to the table quickly, and each of our meals was exquisite. We had the Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, the arancini, gnocchi, avocado salad with grilled chicken, the Beyond burger, and sliders and straw onions. The food was hot and delicious. The side salads had fresh greens, and a delightful sherry vinegar dressing.

Our first time at Cured. Honestly, it was nothing special. Food was average. We had tuna tartare and Philly cheesesteak egg rolls for appetizers. Tartare was tasty egg rolls were a bit greasy. Entrees my salmon was over cooked and a bit dry. The pork tenderloin was just okay. The brownie sundae and raspberry beignets were very good. Beignets could have used a little more lemon curd. Beer was warm and white peach sangria was very sweet.

Abel was great, as always. We had great cocktails to start, and enjoyed some of the August monthly features - fried green tomatoes & the 2 desserts. Can't wait to try some more before they're gone.

The location is easy to get to. There is ample parking. The service is outstanding. Polite, helpful and courteous. The food is fantastic. The cocktails are delicious. Strongly recommend Cured for food and drinks with friends, spouses and colleagues.

Cured is one of our go-to places. We're on their email list so we were celebrating my birthday (free entree). We got there at 6 to take advantage of their happy hour specials. The appetizer sliders were amazing. My husband gets the smoked old fashioned. I usually get the sangria but last night I got the wee (small) whiskey sour slushee - yum! For my entree I got the St. Louis ribs with a blackberry glaze. My husband got the fried chicken sandwich with a side of Brussels sprouts. Everything was perfectly prepared. Our only (minor) complaint is that it took a long time to track down our server when it was time to pay the check. Every month they feature a different food. I'm excited to go back this month to get the fried green tomatoes!

What a gem. The happy hour has some great deals on appetizers and cocktails. The dinners were delicious and enjoyed by all. Service was excellent. We stopped in on our way to a concert at Merriweather and it made the evening perfect.

Service was great. Our waiter made nice recommendations and was very knowledgeable. Charcuterie tray was great as was the Tuna Tartare. The salmon entree was very good as well. I look forward to coming back again next time I see a concert at Merriweather Post Pavillion.

The food was awesome (Mushroom arancini, oysters, salmon BLT, and a burger) - all very tasty. Quick service. The cocktail we ordered (smokey old fashioned) and the beer selection were very very good! Steven, the head of the beverage department, was SO SO friendly, and took time to explain everything about the beer - we actually learned quite a lot from him. The downside was our server, Jenny O. When she first came to our table, she was curt, did not look at us, and when we asked about the beer (which is a BIG part of this restaurant), she snapped "I don't know anything about the beer." When we asked about one of the menu items, she similarly snapped that she couldn't answer any questions about the item. She gradually became a bit friendlier and perhaps she was having a bad day - but it started off our experience there on a negative foot. The other servers all appeared to be very friendly. Ultimately, I would return because it was a mostly lovely experience, and the food, and Steven, were awesome.

Had an amazing, romantic dinner date with my husband. The restaurant is kind of a surprise being tucked in the middle of an office building center - we only knew about it because of recommendation from a friend. Great food, service and ambiance across the board and once we finished eating, headed over to their sister restaurant, 18th and 21st for drinks and listened to the jazz ensemble performance.

Cured has a nice set of brunch options with fresh made donuts and treats along with sandwiches and larger fare. They offered a small but interesting range of choices for the gluten free diner in our party. Service was a bit slow on this visit, they may have been a little busier than expected.

Server was great, place is lovely, but the ribs were 34 dollars for a half rack, and they were barely edible. The ceasar salad was meh. That said, the wings were outstanding. But for 100 dollars we should've had a better dinner.
