Cuvée at Chatham Inn
Fantastic service. Loved sommelier and his choices.
This was one of - if not the most - special dining experiences we have had in our lives. The food presentation was perfection and the taste was unbelievably delicious. The service was impeccable. You could tell every single staff member truly cared about the impression they left. We were treated like royalty, or even better - family. They were warm, caring and helpful. We could not have imagined such a wonderful dinner for our special occasion. Definitely deserving of Michelin stars!! We wish you all the best and will be back in soon to visit again.
Had a wonderful dinner. Service was incredible and each course was delicious!
Luz was wonderful, attentive and friendly.
We had a truly lovely 70th anniversary celebration for my parents at Curvee. The service was so very good and the food was great. They complemented us with a glass of Prosecco to help us start the evening and made the dessert plate festive with a sweet message written chocolate. Well done. We throughly enjoyed ourselves.
We were greeted warmly by the innkeepers Peter & Kathy upon arrival. We stayed in a meticulously clean, smartly designed, amply bright and lofty room with a fireplace for three nights. The physical building and grounds are definitively old-world Cape Cod, yet the décor and special touches are definitively modern. It's the perfect combination. The Main Street area was a pleasure to explore by foot, and we found so much more just minutes away by car. There's even a nature path out the back of the property that lead us around a marsh and brought us to a picturesque little pond. The food at Cuvée at Chatham Inn is absolutely incredible. Perfect actually! We anticipated each breakfast and cherished each dinner. The servers were knowledgeable, resourceful and so very friendly. The overall spirit, charm, food, and location of Chatham Inn is world-class.
Great food and service!
The food and service was outstanding- but the price should reflect other fine dining in the area- this was priced a few notches higher. We also dined at another fine restaurant in Chatham that weekend and felt that this meal for 1/2 the price as Cuvee was just as good if not better.
The staff was excellent and the food was quite good. My only complaint was that we went to dine at an expensive restaurant and were in and out as if it was a dinner. The entire meal, from appetizers to dessert, was paced at under an hour.
Having dined at Michelin-rated restaurants all over the world, we were excited to experience Cuvee. Given the price tag and claims of being "the finest restaurant on Cape Cod," we expected an experience commensurate with restaurants of equal billing. The initial experience with the staff (especially Sherry the manager) was excellent -- they were charming and accommodating. That said, we were sorely disappointed in the food quality of the first 3 courses. The beef and duck were tough, the littlenecks (in tagliatelle) were rubbery, the scallops and lobster overcooked. However, the desserts were outstanding - among the best we have ever had. The lights in the dining room were flickering and going from nearly dark to bright CONSTANTLY for the entire 3+ hours we were there. It was beyond distracting and disconcerting -- it was dizzying, and was the final straw that broke the evening for us. We spoke to two waitstaff who each said that this is an ongoing issue at the restaurant. Unforgiveable. We spent $800 on dinner (a birthday celebration) and came away utterly underwhelmed.
Wonderful food and outstanding service! Plan for a long lingering cozy dinner paired with excellent wines. Highly recommend for a special occasion or date night!
Celebrating an anniversary. Everything about Cuvée was outstanding.
The food was perfection and the service excellent.
If you want a special meal this is a memorable one. Everything was perfect for an enjoyable evening.
Was peaceful, lovely dining experience with excellent food and service.
If you are within 100 miles of Chatham you owe it to yourself and the one you love to Dine at this amazing place. Every mouthful was more rewarding than the last... as people who enjoy food and exceptional service we felt completely at home... Nirvana.
Wonderful experience: exquisite food and drink, excellent service.
It is so good to have Cuvee back and in form. Food, wine and service are great as always. The best fine dining experience on the Cape.
Lovely place excellent food
Cuvee offers a 3, 4 or 5 course pre-fix menu. We chose the 4 course option.
The food was excellent and I would recommend Cuvee to anyone looking for a fine dining experence.
K and B
Perhaps it was some of the dishes we ordered, but we were somewhat disappointed. At this price point we expect we expect an outstanding meal and ours were more academic than flavorful. The appetizers were splendid; main courses and the cheese course underwhelmed. Wine list extensive, but who cares if your meal is not on the same level. Our waiter meant well, but became a bit distracted. The ambiance is lovely. There are better options around.
This is a very special restaurant. It was a true “experience” and everything was perfect. Covid-19 puts a damper on every experience this year, but the staff here did an excellent job making you forget. The food was delicious ~ every bite. The wine list was lovely, the presentation was impeccable, the knowledge of the staff impressive. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so magical!
The food was amazing. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed every single bite. The tasting menu is great and you can decide if you would like a 3.4 or 5 tasting menu. The portions are small but very tasty. A great place to celebrate a special occasion
It was our second time dining there. The food quality and presentation and the service were awesome. I only have wished that my request done via Opentable for a candle on the dessert for my daughters birthday would have happened. Normally I rely that the restaurant gets the message that I write in the reservation box and it has worked so far at other places. Next time I will call the restaurant to make sure that I get my birthday surprise at dessert time.
Wonderful food, looking forward to staying at the inn in the future. Maybe New Year’s Eve? Do you have any specials?
Expensive for what you receive for a meal.
Nice setting. Quiet as it was the day after Labor Day.
This was the first time I ever dined at Curvee. Pros - beautiful location and decor. Negative - service was mediocre at best as I had to ask multiple times for bread, sweeping the table (crumbs) and the portion size was small for entree however all other portions were fine.
Our dinner was fantastic, the food was great and the restaurant was willing to work with us on some food allergies. It was our anniversary and our server, Scotty, made sure it was an anniversary dinner we would not forget. Scotty made suggestions on wine to pair with my striped bass dish and it did not disappoint. He also took us through the menu in a way that made it a true dining experience. The spanish octopus was also amazing. The owner, Jeff, was also incredible. He came over and introduced himself to us, and was also helping his front of house staff with service. Whether it was running food or bussing tables, he didn't mind. We will definitely return for another dinner!
PS, for outdoor dining call the restaurant
The food was AMAZING. Great vibes, the outdoor seating area was lovely.
Food and service were both impeccable. Went for a birthday and the entire experience made the occasion special and did not disappoint. Appetizers, entree and desserts were all phenomenal
Kayla the hostess was not nice. She could have conducted herself in a more professional manner. She could have conveyed her message in a MUCH nicer tone. We understand it’s Covid as much as anyone.
Chefs tasting all the way. You won't be disappointed. High level of service
We’ve eaten at Cuvée several times and have always had our expectations exceeded. The 2-, 3-, and 4-course options are uniquely smart offerings during this COVID period, with all amazing selections. The presentations and flavors are exquisite, and the attention to service, overseen by owner Jeff Ippoliti, is perfectly appropriate and informative. We strongly recommend this restaurant and inn as the best in the area, and look forward to our next visit.
Wonderful creative menu. Every bite a pleasure. Tables are spread out for social distancing. Service informative and timed well.
Very good food. Small portions. A bit on expensive side but a nice meal. Most of staff are real people. Hostess outfront a bit too haughty
Best place in Chatham for fine dining! You will not get this experience anywhere else in town.
Evening was enchanting....great atmosphere, attentive staff, and incredible flavors....highly recommend
What an absolutely divine dining experience. Everything from the service to the food was absolutely outstanding - it was honestly one of the best meals I have ever had.
The service was outstanding. The food was very good too. I liked that you could order a three ounce pour of wine. The wine list was good as well.
