   While we understand this is a recently opened location, we were very disappointed in the experience, especially given the price we paid for a dinner for five people and a bottle of wine. The steaks were unseasoned and were not prepared as requested. And,t he very expensive lobster with fillet,$185, was delivered with a completely overdone and chewy lobster. In return for the dissatisfaction, we received three complimentary desserts, which we was not our preference. It was a very disappointing dinner for the price. The service was nice in this nearly empty restaurant. Without the pressures of a full house, we expected an over the top dinner. Such a shame for our short visit see it to town.

   My husband's steak was overcooked. They replaced it, but he had to wait. End product was adequate but not exceptional, which it should have been for $80. My seared Ahi Tuna was basically raw. Turned my stomach to eat it. Would have been amazing if it had been cooked properly. Daniel's at the Hyatt is weird, feels like it's just at the end of a hall with cafeteria style booths. South Lake Union and Bellevue locations are much better. But I don't think I'll be going back to any of them. For those prices the food should be exceptional.

   I’m just going to be blunt, for the price we found the food to be alright, was a bit expensive for what was being put out. Our appetizers were probably best part of meal, cheese curds and seared ahi tuna was quite nice. The entrees is where we had some issues. My girlfriend ended up finding tinfoil in her salad (which they comped), but for a high end restaurant this shouldn’t be happening. I got the rack of lambs, which I ordered medium (probably my mistake, should of went medium rare), they came out well done, I’m not one for sending back food to be wasteful. The flavors were there, it was just the execution and little mistakes that were made that kind of turned us off when it was a $300 meal.

   So... it was late Sunday Night when no one should be working in downtown, except maybe Ride Share and I strolled in wanting a really good steak. They welcomed me warmly and gave me excellent service... and Habanero. Chocolate. Ice Cream. Emily was awesome... The Bartender(forgot her name... my bad) made me an Old Fashion that I love and I don't like Old Fashions.... I mean seriously imagine being on your feet for hours and you only have an hour left and here comes this guy who doesn't know how to order and only wants to tell you about a 15 year old motorcycle he just bought... yeah that was me and they were awesome, food was awesome.

    A business group of six. Ever enjoyed their meals which was several different steak cuts and a grilled tuna. The sides were also excellent especially the brussel sprouts

    I was surprised how quiet it was for a Saturday evening, but understood by the end. Fish had to go back to the kitchen twice to get the cook correct, so we ate separately. We had cocktails when we arrived and were unable to order wine until half way through my dinner so that arrived in time for dessert! And then they add 20% onto the check for service, which is rude on a $100+ per head meal, it is really a supplement for the restaurant and disincentivises staff to provide good service as I am not going to tip on top of a mandatory 20% “service” charge. No wonder in hindsight that it was so quiet, 6 covers on a Saturday at 8pm isn’t going to cut it and making it more expensive isn’t going to help!

    A generally lovely experience and our server, Edward, was top notch. The steaks were fine, but not extraordinary. I had, fresh in my mind, the memory of grilling prime rib eye steaks from Costco, just last week, and they were better than Daniel's. This is not a complaint, and we will return to Daniel's Broiler. All the staff, both in the bar and the dining room, were very friendly and professional.

    Service was horrific. Drinks took over half an hour. Are my whole meal before getting a Diet Coke. They blamed it on the bartender being slammed. Also took over 20 minutes to get a server at 6pm on a Wednesday night. Will never go back.

    only being able to give this place 5 stars feels like a robbery. if i could give Makynzie & Kay 5937262930291727484 stars i WOULD !!! they made our entire night absolutely exquisite, we came to celebrate my bestie’s 30th birthday & our night couldn’t have been more magical. to say these two women have got to be THE most valuable employees you have on the team, it would still feel like an understatement. truly the very best in the business so make sure you tip your servers well !!!! <3 & take the time to appreciate them for who they are, because they surely will give you the best dining experience you have ever had in your life. GO TO DANIELS BROILER AND ASK FOR MAKYNZIE & make sure you introduce yourself to Kay! i promise it’s worth it

    The dinner was very good! We were seated pretty quickly after checking in for our reservation, the waitress was polite and attentive, and overall the food and experience was very good. There was one awkward part in the night when we were given a surprise dessert “on the house” that actually had an ingredient (coconut) that my wife was highly allergic too. Fortunately we were informed what it was beforehand so it was okay. Wasn’t a deal breaker by any means, however it would have been nice if they checked in with us beforehand about picking a dessert as a congratulatory thing for our anniversary. We could tell that the mood changed immediately with our waitress like she wanted to avoid us at that point.

    I ordered the Wagyu steak, and couldn't tell any difference from a regular prime cut. I've had Wagyu in the past that you could practically cut with a fork. Not impressed with the hollandaise sauce, either, it lacked flavor. The waitstaff were incredible, very friendly and attentive.

    It was overly nice and had absolutely fabulous service! I’m still confused on the 20% service fee?!? Why is it there? The quality and tax should be plenty to cover all necessary needs! Plus COVID is over right!? (Is our technology so advanced now that PPE is now invisible 🫥 ) 😂 Cheers to a fancy new experience! But we will only be returning every few years! As $340 for two dinners (yes we enjoyed a bottle of wine 🍷) still pretty steep price to pay. Thanks Daniels for all your service

    Food was great! For the first time in a while my steak came cooked like i asked! Our server Mckenzie was AMAZING! The only thing i am disappointed is the 20 percent surcharge. Prices have gone up and they continue to pass it on to the consumer. I paid 82.00 bucks for a steak… I can buy meat of that or better quality and still have money leftover. Now I choose to pay for the meal because i like to wine and dine and enjoy good service.

    Location convenient to the Convention Center. The food was very expensive and not very good. We had Caesar Salad and bacon wrapped scallops. The salad lettuce was bitter and the dressing too strong. The bacon was uncooked. Our waiter was delightful.

    We had dinner on a Thursday night- we ordered 2 filets, with mashed potatoes and the seasonal salad The salad- $13 dollars for a small side salad of greens, stale croutons, diced tomato and radish- you can get better on the whole foods salad bar- blah Next the filets -$80 each both ordered medium- they asked us to cut through the middle for doneness- both were rare- purple. They took them back to re-do them- and when they brought them back because they had been cut open in the middle- they were now well done and dry- and the mashed potatoes had a crust on them and they had sprinkled parmesan cheese on that taste spoilt - We had been traveling all day and did not feel like asking them to fix it so we ate a few bites of meat and got the check At these prices and food quality- we won't be back

    Our waitress was great, very enthusiastic and told us about the history of the restaurant. The food was exceptional from the wedge salad to the Peach Melba Butter cake. Honestly the price was fine until you paid the taxes and automatic 20% to the restaurant. I get that they are giving half to the waitress and keeping half, but they are undercutting the waitresses tips, that I assume are shared with the back house by doing this and making the mandatory expense. I am sure we would have tipped more than what they wanted, and we did give some extra because the waitress was so good and we felt bad that she was forced to share, but with all the extra costs I know that she lost out.

    We didn't get bread service. The service was slow considering the restaurant wasn't full and didn't have that many patrons. The server forgot my salad order, they didn't have my husband cut his steak to check the cook of the steak before we ate, and the amount of time we waited for the server to take our order was slow too. I'm a little disappointed as the locations in Bellevue and Leschi exceed in service.
