    Very very slow service, was attended maybe 3 times in the course of 2+ hours. Once in beginning, once in middle and right at the end. Not like it was even that full.

    Food took over 1 hour to be ready, we waited for drinks ( beer ) over 30 min . We were there since 5:30 and only had like 3 brinks each on a table for 4. due to the fact that it took so long to get drinks . Ambiance was great, we were there for soccer game. I know there was a lot of people but Dave and Busters should have been ready to serve the amount of people . They had no cups it was ridiculous Not worth going for watch party’s

    Had a reservation for 10ppl and was sat on the high table in the bar area while there was plenty of tables available, our server was almost nonexistent at all times. We barely got water after 30mins and our drinks after 45mins. Cookie was the server and it was a slow day!

    Confusion on the add-on versus an entree. Ended up ordering too much food and had to take them home (which was okay). Waited a while for the bill to settle. The service can be better.

    We had my son’s birthday there with some of his classmates. The service for food was terrible. We went on Friday at 3:00pm till 7:00pm on May 22, 2026 in Northridge. I never was asked for a refill on a drink or anything else after our food was served. We will never go there again because the service was so bad. Tip was included so I could not give them any less on a tip. A tip was not deserved.

    had made reservations for 4 no one attended us so we sat down on our own. sat at high top table for 25 to 30 minutes not one person took our order or drinks. so we order from bar just one drink and left. really bad service.

    The restaurant marked our first visit as no show and I had to email Open Table to get my bonus points 750 back. Otherwise, the visit would have been a much better and smoother experience.
