De Nada

Nice little lunch at our favourite local Tapas bar, definitely recommend.

Another lovely meal at De Nada, tried some different dishes all of which were tasty. Excellent service as usual.

Great tapas.
Anchovy bruschetta are a truimph
Croquettas are divine
Prawns could do with a bit more sear
Churros come with sublime chocolate.
Sound system is too load for table close to the PA system

My son and I had a lovely evening at De Nada. The food (we had Tapas) and service were excellent. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere enhanced by very friendly, attentive staff. The food arrived very quickly too.

For 3 plates of tapas each, some bread and one cocktail each , the bill, with tip, came to £77 - so definitely not a cheap night out! We ate early (6.00pm) when the restaurant was very quiet. I don’t think I would feel comfortable there if it was full as, in my opinion, the tables are too close for adequate social distancing.

Went to De Nada on Saturday for a meal with friends, our waitress Maria was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The restaurant is only small, but was easy to hear each other talking and was a very warm and friendly environment. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Lovely lunch, good service and decent value. Slightly pricey perhaps on some dishes but maybe we went for too many of those! Definitely return, so recommend highly.

Loved the food. Plenty of people at the tables having a lovely lunch. Enormous shame the waitress was so unprofessional, totally disinterested in serving, no eye contact, made us feel very uncomfortable. Been to eat here a few times let’s hope this can be remedied????? Would love to go back for the food.

What a great place to come for some tasty tapas! Four of us dined here for Mother's Day and ordered twelve dishes between us. We had a mix of meat, fish and vegetarian tapas and all of it was superb. I'd highly recommend the chorizo and the meatballs...delicious! Service was both friendly and not too rushed.

We were really looking to this meal as I'm Spanish and love tapas. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and some of the dishes weren't very authentic or cooked well. The ham crockets were lovely however the ribs were tough and could have done with a bit more cooking and the pork belly wasn't very nice. I bit of a shame as I was hoping to go back there in the future.

Last minute booking for lunch. Overall satisfactory. Special hake and black squid ink croquets- couldn’t taste the fish. Gambas in oil with garlic and chilli needs to be cooked for longer to enable garlic to infuse with the oil and for the prawns to take on more roasted appearance.

Forgot to give us the calamari and had to chase 3 times. Didn’t arrive until after we had been offered the dessert menu twice!

Will be back but closer attention to detail needed.

Absolutely lovely little place, hidden off the road on Market street (was actually shopping at French connection) it’s not a big place, however the ambience and service makes it feel like a hidden gem...now I’ve been to Barcelona and Spain every year, and this is the real deal..Pedro (who is actually spanish) gave me a warm welcome and talked me through what was on offer (not too expensive for tapas I felt) and was relieved to find it that it was a family run business. Tapas ordered was the calamari, mussels and pork belly and it was delightful!!! Will definitely be returning, and I feel we will become regulars too!!! Viva De Nada!!!!!! Xxxxx

Really enjoyable and relaxing lunch. Tapas came out slowly which was perfect and as it should be.
