We loved our first experience dining with DEDIKo! The patio is nicely decorated and cozy. We tried a variety of different dishes and they were all excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking it out!
Fantastic fresh food, great service, and generous wine pours. Will definitely be back.
This was our 2nd time here after discovering it earlier this year. THAT in itself is saying something cuz we have rather high standards! Food and feel is cross between homey and upscale in a traditional "Georgian" kind of way. We enjoy the different spices they use a lot. Also love being able to support a family business.
Dediko was very yummy. You can tell everything was made from scratch. The cheesy bread and dumplings were amazing. It is a bit pricey but the quality is fantastic.
A taste of Georgia (think former Soviet Union). I recommend the borscht, the Georgian dumpling, and the honey cake. Place is cozy so make a reservation.
Service and food were good. I understand the staff wanting to end their work day, but it felt like we were being pushed out as soon as the clock hit 8:00pm.
This was just an all around outstanding experience! I was so pleasantly surprised by the lovely ambiance, the very pretty presentation of food, plus of course the taste-- it was incredibly flavored with unique spices I have never tasted before. I ordered the various dips platter and the mushroom filled dumplings, and my partner got the walnut chicken dish, and we were just floored by all of it. We'll definitely be back!
Absolutely amazing! We loved every dish, the location and ambience was lovely! Cannot wait to bring friends back!
I would return for the cheese bread alone! Very attentive service and wonderful unique food. The outdoor dining area is quaint, charming, and romantic. Good selection of wine. Highly recommend!
Delicious food, nice ambiance, a little pricy, but a good pick for a special occasion or date. Our favorite part was how fresh tasting the food was. We also loved how many vegetarian options there were. We will be back!
had a great dinner, the server was very patient with us not knowing what we wanted and explaining the food to us. Can't wait to try it again!
My husband and I finally got to try Dediko for my birthday and every good thing I’d heard about this quaint restaurant was proven true.
We ordered the Adjaruli Khachapuri (cheese boats), beef and pork Khinkhali (dumplings), chicken Mtsvadi, a bottle of Marani Saperavi (red wine), and finished with the baklava. The presentation was beautiful, but more importantly experiencing the flavors of each dish was a little piece of heaven on earth. Nothing disappointed and it all exceeded our expectations.
Our server (a daughter of the chef, her mom) was friendly and she recommended our wine which we loved. The aesthetic is peaceful and serene. We sat outside on a warm summer night and enjoyed every minute.
We are definitely coming back again!
Cute place, good service, decent food but not worth the price. Nice to support a local business instead of a chain, so that makes it worth paying more.
Absolutely delicious Georgian food. We sat outside and really enjoyed the atmosphere. We will definitely be returning, its a major gem.
Our first time eating Georgian food and really enjoyed the food and experience. We will definitely be back.
We had a delicious dinner there at a very reasonable price. The food had interesting spices - not hot, but flavorful.
Inviting and tasty Georgian specialties including dumplings, kebabs and cheese-filled
puff pastry. Chef's Choice dessert was a truly memorable flaky torte-style wedge.
Though we brought our own bottle (DeLille D2) we noted that they have an expansive
selection of Georgian wines, which we will probably sample on our next visit.
Unique experience! Would highly recommend!
Food was great, first time trying cuisine from Georgia. Thought the service was stupendous and explained things very well about the dishes we were ordering. Will definitely be back and look forward to a visit when it is cooler to try the stews.
Everything is very good. You will not be disappointed in anything you order.
Food was different but good. Tried 5 different dishes but felt pricey for what you get. 4 small piece of pork with potato wedges for $22 seems little high, ground chicken patty with wrap and potato wedges for $21.
Excellent, unusual restaurant that makes the trip to Vancouver worth it.
This was our first time eating here and first time Georgian centric restaurant. Home Run on all counts!
An unexpected gem in Vancouver this place is phenomenal. We sat down and asked for a bottle of wine and three of their favorite dishes and were not disappointed. We had the Marani Saperavi wine and it was perfect for our dishes. She brought us the beef and pork dumplings with the Adjaruli cheese bread and the Pork Mtsvadi and all of it was incredible. We’ll be back to try every other dish on the menu without hesitation! The service was phenomenal and friendly, not to mention welcoming. Thanks for a fantastic date night.
Good is unique and delicious. Love the shared plate style.
We love this place. The food is delicious, the outside seating is very comfortable. Everyone is friendly! We will be back pretty soon
Ella & family providing an amazing, authentic Georgian dining experience, including wines from that part of the world. So great in Vancouver, WA, USA!
The food here was absolutely great with unique flavors. Portions were generous and the only issue I had was wanting to try everything and not having room! Definitely will be back. As a side note, while we were dining, there were several people that came in without reservations and had to be turned away or told there would be a long wait. Make sure you make reservations!
If you want to experience a truly authentic Georgian cuisine along with the world famous Georgian hospitality, this is the place to go. Every item on the menu is made with great attention to the detail and the presentation only amplified the experience. Whether it’s the nostalgia for Georgian cuisine or your very first time, food that is made here will make it’s way to your heart!
Love this place, highly recommended. Will go back there for sure
Have been here twice now. Great food and atmosphere; friendly service.
We are both vegetarian, and it was great that we had several dishes to choose from.
The Georgian Dip Tour was excellent, even though one must be warned that the "variety of Georgian cheeses" from the description is basically four slices of cheese, which were very tasty but hardly make for a full meal (even though it is priced at $18, it is more of an appetizer). Still, I would definitely recommend this dish, as the phkali/spreads that came with it were amazing. Our favorite was, however, the bean stew (Lobio Pot), that we would definitely go back for. And the red wine (marani saperavi) was very good, too.
As for the less excellent bit, we ordered adjaruli (bread w/ fresh cheese filling topped w/ butter and egg) which was decent, but it tasted pretty generic, much like what we call burek in Eastern Europe, a simple pastry filled with cheese that can be bought at every corner for 2-3 bucks.
Honey cake that we ended the meal with was not a good idea. It was way too sweet, and I couldn't eat more than a few bites. I generally stay away from refined sugar, so that possibly contributed to a slight sugar-shock to my taste buds and should be taken as a caveat by a regular sweet-toothed patron.
We had drip coffee, which was OK as far as drip coffees go.
All in all, would definitely recommend the bean stew, the dip tour, and the wine - the rest we would skip next time.
The service was great and friendly, too.
First time eating Georgian food and it was amazing. The place is cute, the outside seating is really great, we loved the privacy. The service was good. But definitely the food is the star. Really yummy. It is pricey and unfortunately that’s the reason we will not be able to go more often. But we will be back!
Great service and wonderful wine. We love the entire dining experience.
My friend (89) and I asked for a choice by the waitress for starters, entrees, and wine. It was all Georgian food and wine and we enjoyed every bite and sip. Vancouver is so fortunate to have such a restaurant. Food with depth, variety, beauty, and wonder. It was worth every cent.
The staff are so friendly and gracious and the food is amazing. I love this place.
Great place to eat. Food and service is fantastic.
Wonderful experience! First dining out experience since the COVID, it was fantastic ! Great food, I really enjoyed the food taste and quality.
Incredible! Waitress was very patient with my hamburger-and-fries type of Dad. Cant go wrong with any item on the menu, great atmosphere, intimate and comfortable, not awkward. Adore the family aspect!
This was our first venture into Georgian cuisine and was delicious as well as unique. We tried a variety of the options and were impressed with the wonderful service and attentive staff.
