Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse - Atlanta

Had a great time. Our waiter was patient, knowledgeable about the menu and had great suggestions. We ended up sharing a Tomahawk steak, creamed corn and asparagus. Food was delicious, ambiance was clean and welcoming, will definitely be back.

My name is Kimberly and this was my first visit to Del Frisco's and it was my 50th birthday dinner. My experience was definitely not a good one. I ordered the Ribeye and mash potatoes well the steak came out very salty so I asked them to make another one, instead of them making another one the brought me the same steak cooked well done and the first one was medium well and I cut the side of it well needless to say the supposedly new one was cut into at the same spot that I cut into the first one. The manager came over apologized and never compensated me of a free steak,
dessert, or something off. One of my guests meal salmon was over cooked. This was just not what we expected, very disappointed.

Enjoyed the evening. Missed the Brussels sprouts and egg roll but food was great portion size and delicious!

Save a few hundred dollars,buy your own groceries, cook at home, and have much more fulfilling meal and experience.
Dry, flavorless steak and shrimp.
Horrible crab cake and runny lobster macaroni & cheese.
Overpriced poor quality cuisine.

Service was HORRIBLE! Greeter wasn’t friendly we watched her leave couples w/o saying “follow me” and then she did the same to us😂 We ordered everything at on time bc it took soooooo long to get service! I would give it a negative score but it’s not possible

you come here for meat - so please get meat. the steak was delicious! as was the bacon appetizer. They did not mention anything regarding our "special occasion" we were celebrating and included on our reservation which was bothersome - but the steak was Too DIE For

I've been to at least 4 of the Del Frisco's in the country, and I like this location. This was my first time at this location. Be sure and make a reservation in the year of COVID. We got their a little early and had a seat at the Bar for a drink. Service at the bar was a little slow because some people prefer to eat there then at a table, however our drinks were perfect once we got them by Joe. Once we got to our seats the professional wait staff was on top of it. We will ask for Doug again when we go back (you should too). Food was as expected with a lot of choices. I of course had the Ribeye and my bride went with the steak and fish comb. We were not disappointed at all, and expect us to show up again. We enjoyed the time, wine and desert. Thanks again for making this a special night.

Great food and excellent service.

The food was delicious.. I took my husband for dinner as a surprise and he loved the ambience and his juicy steak. The cream corn n lobster mac was delicious. I don't eat meat so I had the cauliflower steak which was yummy. We have a few cocktails.. We will return next time we are in town.

Matt our waiter was excellent, the lobster tail was perfect!

What an amazing experience for a New Year's Even dinner with friends. Matt was fantastic and stayed on top of our party. The steaks were incredible and my daughters salmon was very good as well. Thank you for letting us spend an evening with you.

Perfect service and food spectacular

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time. Joe made some very potent cocktails. Brandy was our table server... what a fun and pleasant person!! Ask for her if you visit!!

Service was top notch! James was our server he was excellent! Appreciate the social distancing and the food was delicious!

Christmas Dinner. The bread that was brought out had red on the plate from not being properly cleaned and the plate was also greasy. The ambience is sexy. We ended up having a good time despite the bread incident, which they rushed it away, but not before I captured the photo. The evening went well after that.

Food was not good at all. Ordered a steak medium and it came out rare. Sent back asparagus & mac-n-cheese due to no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommend spending your time or money at this location.

The service was very poor. I booked reservations for my girlfriend birthday for just the two of us, and if I could rate the experience a 0 I would. Once seated after waiting 15 minutes past our scheduled reservation time, it took 35 minutes for the waiter to come to our table and acknowledge us. We spent 3 hours there only because the waiter kept disappearing on us. I get better service at a Long Horn than I did here. The food was very mediocre for a steakhouse. The mac and lobster was very bland and so was the mashed potatoes. If you are looking for an upscale steakhouse with excellent customer service I suggest not booking here. I could go on about this night and the service but I’m going to keep it short. Do not spend your money here unless you like bad service.

The service was really slow, it took us 20 mins after ordering our first drink to receive it. The shucked oysters were great! It is a little pricy for slow service & the so-so steak we ordered. This might be a good place to go once in a while, but plan on being there for 2+ hours to have dinner.

Slow service. Issues with bill

First time here and the service and food was impeccable! The dessert served for my birthday was awesome. The server was very tentative to detail. I found this place to be better than Ruth Chris.

With just myself and my adult teenage kids -
Absolutely the worst service ever - totally Ignored for the first 15 minutes
Took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for food that was ice cold - the waitress said they had to many large parties booked - the manager was useless and took my cold steak that was cut up by myself and cooked it more??? Who does that?
Why wouldn’t she have brought me a new steak ? Worst steak my kids ever ate - we literally got up and went to Sage and had prime rib and it was amazing!!
I will never ever return to any Del Friscos - what a joke!!

Entree was overcooked and cold

The drinks were good a bit overpriced but we enjoyed them.
However when it got to the entree my husband and I ordered our steaks medium well, the cook could get them right , I made due with mine but it took 2 tries and 55 minutes my husband to get a steak and in the meantime the sides dishes got cold while we waited. This was his bday dinner we were disappointed but made the best of the evening. They did comp on us the steals but tat did not make up for our time and the cold food.

Food was very disappointing. Steak was nothing to rave about. The broccoli Kale salad had way too much horseradish in it.

Even during COVID we got great service

We had an amazing experience! The food was delicious, the service was great, and they did an amazing job with the social distancing.

Hostess totally ruined our dining experience. Was rude and attempted to seat us in a dark corner upstairs. Gave all of the pushback and rudeness in the world when we asked for another seating. The saving grace of the evening was one of the wait staff DeAndre and the sommelier Doug. We previously enjoyed this establishment but will not be returning.

This was supposed to be a celebration of my 45th birthday but it turned out to be a complete disaster..from the bad service to the food that we never received after 2.5 hours.. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN.. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

When the 45-day prime was delivered more grey than medium, there was no issue made about trying to deliver a better cooked steak to meet customersatisfaction. The, second try was perfect, and every bite was delicious.
