Great experience in the igloo for girls night out!

I made a reservation for the Igloo for my girlfriends birthday. When we arrived the employee asked if we had a reservation and I gave my name and he just grabbed menus and started walking us to the back. He didn’t check anything to verify our reservation. So he didn’t know we had the igloo reservation and I had to tell him that what I had arranged. I also requested a small note be left in the Igloo for my girlfriend. There was no note in the Igloo because he sat us in which one he was ready. I know they knew about my request because I received a text from Del Vino the night before to confirm who the birthday was for. So it wasn’t a great start but our server otherwise was attentive (I regret not remembering her name) and the food and wine were delicious. The igloo was cold most of the time despite it being advertised as being heated. The heater turned on maybe every 10mins for about 30secs. We both had to leave our coats on for the duration. I feel like I should give less stars but the actual waitress and the food were very good and I want to at least recognize that. However, for the price we paid I was hoping for a better experience. I’m sure it was a one of thing so I would still recommend Del Vino but only in the merit of the thing your there for in the first place, the food and wine.

We went here for my daughter's birthday celebration. it was a great experience! We sat on the covered patio. Tables were about 12 ft apart and the heater was working well. Brought lap blankets but did not need. Wine and food were the best! Will be back.

Sabrina was great! We rented and igloo and she was so accommodating. Overall excellent experience at Del Vino!

It’s always a great experience at Del Vino vineyards. We sat in the heated tent on the patio with plenty of space between tables. The staff was attentive and the wine was delicious. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Food & wine are great! My only suggestion is to make sure you have an earlier reservation- mine was for 8:00 and they rushed us to have our orders in by 8:30 due to NYS having to close restaurants by 10 pm (which we were aware of). They also make it a little difficult to get in touch with them to modify any reservations you must do it by email.

Drove about an hour from eastern Long Island to come to this vineyard to celebrate my birthday with some friends and we were blown away! Everything about this place is amazing from the ambiance, the food & service. We had a blast and we’ll definitely be back!

Just was so happy to get away. We loved the winery so much simply gorgeous. The wine was amazing the food was so delicious. The staff very friendly and attentive. I can not wait to come back and bring my daughters and son in law’s.Definitely getting the igloo next time. Thank you for a great time.👍🍷🍷

Was disappointed that the oven wasn’t working and couldn’t order pizza and other dishes !!!
But was a nice evening

Sabrina was an excellent & attentive server. Just disappointed that there were no pretzels or pizza available but these things happen & we made the best of it!

Food came out quickly, everything was delicious. Wine was great only complaint is the $100 igloo fee some of igloos have tape holding it together. Isn't worth $100 should only be charged $50 for igloos

We loved our visit to Del Vino. Food and wine were very good. Service was amazing. Cant wait for our next visit!!

It was a great atmosphere but waitress was not very attentive considering we were spending a lot of money!

Sat in a nice room with a fireplace. Wine was great, decor was pretty but the music was a bit loud. The truffle pizza was delicious, as was the cheese and meat board. Needed more bread and/or veggies with the hummus platter. Also, during COVID especially, serving spoons or forks should be provided with the food so everyone isn’t touching each other’s food when sharing. Can’t wait to go back in the warmer weather.

Del Vino is consistently a wonderful time... we feel very safe there, the food and service is exceptional.

Del Vino has an excellent atmosphere and very good service. Prices are on the high side but the food is always very good. The evening atmosphere during the holidays was the better time to go!

Christmas gettogether with family. Felt super safe in igloo and even though cold outside the temp inside was as warm as we wanted it to be. Great food, great wine, great service, a 10 all around!

It was a wonderful dining experience from the food, wine and service. I highly recommend DelVino for anytime of occasion, girls night out, to a romantic date.

This was the second time my wife and I have come to Del Vino, the wine was delicious and reasonably priced. The food was delicious as well (a little on the pricier side but not outrageous) and the vineyard itself is beautiful. Our first time here was great on every level, this time however, the service was lacking. We arrived a little before our reservation, but sat quickly. We saw our server at another table, but it took her about 15-20 minutes to come over and greet us (at which point we were ready to order). Once she took our food and drink order, we got our first round of wine pretty quickly, but then our glasses sat empty for about 30 minutes and all the other tables around us (sat after us and larger parties) were onto their next drink orders and already received their food. Around 45 minutes to 1 hour of us being seated we finally got our second round of wine and our food (just a pretzel and a pizza). We probably would have gone for a 3rd round of wine as well, but by the time our server came back it was for last call, our food was consumed and our glasses were once again empty for 10-15 minutes. We do love this place and we will probably go back, but we were really disappointed with how poor the service was this time.

"We love the feel of Del Vino - everything’s amazing from the drive into the property, photos in front of the Christmas tree and then enjoying (2) bottles of wine, mozzarella app, meat board, and also short ribs. Everything’s outstanding here. To top it off, we had the rainbow cake - the best we’ve ever had! Del Vino is well organized and clean. Better then going to the North Fork. Already have another reservation!
