The children enjoyed the atmosphere and food. The last lunch before Tier 3 restrictions came into force. Thank you for accommodating us.

Food and service were both excellent. Order the Asian fillet beef and the prawn tempura. Both delicious.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and very friendly. The food was deliciously delicious and we had some helpful suggestions from our waitress. All in all a lovely experience on a special occasion for us.

Sushi rolls all broken.
Sauce in 1 whole duck almost zero - asked for more plus more puncakes and never came.
Food was 1h late.
Very disappointed - Wouldn’t recommend.

This was our third visit to E and O and usual Food was amazing and service was great as always.

We enjoyed a delicious lunch with new items on the menu - the pork starter was amazing and the chicken is always delicious with a perfect prawn pad thai!

High quality dining experience, especially for those that like far east Asian food

Food was great as normal, however there seemed to be very little respect for covid rules with many mixed groups of people on tables. Load music in closed room led to people having to shout to be heard.
Great atmosphere for non covid times, but frankly we were made do feel irresponsible when attending with our own family.
Not great E&O management team!

All the staffs are attentive and efficient service. Foods are great , delicious and big portion to satisfy your hunger. Cozy ambiance. Keep up the good work guys! 👍😘

Half the tables inside shake unpleasantly because they sir above an air-conditions unit. The portions are tiny and the service is mediocre.

Fabulous food but we were given a table directly underneath some very loud speaks and it spoiled the conversation.
Waitress was very poor, when we asked if our food was coming, having waited 45 mins she answered ‘well it is not my fault’ ! Very challenging answer to a simple request!

fried squid, prawn tempura and pad thai were delicious, the chicken was dry and unexciting.
Strange event as the bottom fell out of the water glass while drinking.

Great booth for 6 and the starters were amazing but disappointed in the mains ....with the understandable reduced menu the chicken was dry and with only 4/5 main course options it was disappointing by 8.30pm there was no more hake. We also had to wait for 1 main course that was delivered a good 10-15 mins after all the other mains had been served. But the vibe and friendly staff were on point as usual ..

I do love this restaurant. It is vibrant, trendy and the service from our waiter was outstanding. Lovely cocktails.
The lady showing us to our table wasn't very polite. She wanted to ensure we were were aware that I table was booked for 1.5hrs, we had to ask her to refer to our booking confirmation that it stated 2 hrs. She wasn't happy about that.
The food was not up to their usual standards as the Pad Thai and szechuan beef dish was very very salty, which we couldn't eat. They quickly without any fuss gave us an option to change the dish or take it off the bill.
I have eaten here before and never had problems with the food.
Despite this I would definitely recommend visiting this restaurant.

The restaurant is okay but no bookings should really be taken after 10.30 because the kitchen shuts at 10.45. This meant we had to order dessert whilst we were still eating and my desert sat out on the table for 35 minutes melting whilst i ate my meal.

Food was excellent absolutely delicious that we returned a week later. Service was also excellent, lovely waitresses and waiters very attentive. Thank you so much in these difficult weird times

It was mine and my partners 21 year anniversary! We were welcomed to a lovely table by the hostess and then brought over a glass of Prosecco (which was so yummy!)
The food as always was amazing and the waiter was above and beyond.

Lost a star due to heavily reduced menu - presumably due to Covid?! Excellent service with friendly and helpful staff and fab cocktails. A reliable birthday venue, food delicious but worth double checking menus before going!

Your service staff are good but they REALLY REALLY must wear masks! Pls! Your restaurant is humming with people and god forbid your staff get covid from your customers because they aren’t protected Or they get it and pass it to your customers.

That would be a shame and have greater implications ...

They did forget our dimsum but we got a round of drinks as an apology.

We thought the meal here was very good and the service was good. However, in September 2020 as a second wave of COVID is building, was very disappointed that no masks were worn by the staff. Masks would afford some protection for them as well as for the customers. For this reason then I would not return at least for some time or unless the policy changes.

Outstanding food and service as always! One my all time favourites in London and have been going since it opened!

Not sure what has happened to e&o.
Booked a dinner table but put in the bar. Told due to covid it’s all the same but not true - people were all drinking in the bar and eating in the restaurant area.
Had asked for outside, told can’t book that but never told that was the case on confirmation.
Moved table 3 times.
Food gone downhill - apparently the chef left - smaller menu, not as it was. Bar and restaurant staff very friendly and helpful. Front of house chaotic, unclear on message and should not put people in the bar who booked for dinner (partic without explaining when you book).

Location great. Good service. Not as good as when we last came about 15 years ago. Thai green curry far too strong - verging on the vesta! Husband liked his and starters were fine. Shame about the slightly loud drinkers on the next table but you can’t help that. Probably won’t be back, sorry

Igor took very good care of us, food was fab, cocktails were excellent. Lovely atmos...highly recommend.

Out of stock of some firm favourites and annoyingly put us outside initially, but rectified the issue and came back strong. Avoid the veggie gyoza, the only disappointment of the night. Not disable friendly.
