Eagle Landing

Our waitress, Lauren was great! Very personable and great service.

The food was underwhelming. The pork tasted like a turkey leg.. the baked brie was mediocre. For the price I expected more. The service was excellent and the staff was super friendly.

Michael are server was great . He was thoughtful and caring .

Nice menu choices for Christmas Day dinner.
Wonderful service and atmosphere. Staff is very friendly. Wish we had saved room for dessert but we ate too much with wonderful appetizers and soups.

Good service on Christmas Eve.

This was our 4th visit to the Eagle Mountain House. We have always been treated as though we were family. This was then first time staying here in December.
Dining was very quiet. Christmas songs were being played as we were eating, and the waitress were very attentive and made conversation through out our dining which we enjoyed. Our two evening meals were very good, and so was our breakfast was good also.

Unfortunately Linda was not there during our stay, but Craig greeted us as we entered hotel and we talked several times during our stay.
As we said in our note to Linda and Craig " There are twelve months in a year, and they will see us more often throughout 2021.

We had Sunday brunch. Food was excellent, we sat in the bar area, the bartender, Lauren, was excellent. Friendly, attentice

Stopped in for our anniversary dinner. Service was amazing. Food was very good. Really enjoyed the old ambiance.

We've been to Eagle's Landing for lunches pre-Covid and they were excellent. Our dinner during this stay was good, but not outstanding. I had beef Bourguignon, which was tasty, but for $25, I wouldn't call it "haute cuisine." My husband's salmon was good, also, but he wasn't raving about it as during dining experiences in other restaurants. The waitress was very attentive, but we dined there mid-week with only a handful of guests in the hotel during shoulder season and Covid travel restrictions. Would we dine there again? Yes, especially for lunch.

Unfortunately, the same could not be said for the food. The entire meal was flat and needed more attention to the details--such as seasoning. I'm not sure if it was because there was a party outside or we were seated an hour before the kitchen closed, but my order of Chicken and Biscuits was stiff as glue and the center refrigerator cold. I requested to have it fixed and it came back hot around the edges but still cool in the middle, and the biscuit was stretchy--like it was right out of the microwave. The Lobster Mac & Cheese had no flavor and needed lots of hot sauce to make palatable. The menu is well written but needs better execution especially at the price point.

I want to say I will give it another chance, but I don't think it will happen. Best of luck!

Nice and quiet while having dinner in the main dining room.

Disappointing experience. Even giving a pass for Covid food was mediocre. Small portions and low quality for price of Entrees. Ordered an interesting sounding Bruschetta for an Appetizer that didn’t arrive until the dinners per about to be served. Apps finally arrived, stale and unchewable. Was hoping for a better experience.

The food was good, what made the night better was the server, the young lady was friendly and very attentive.

The food was elegant and delicious, the cocktails were great, and the view cannot be beat. We come back every summer and are never disappointed.

Have dinner on the porch and watch the different colors of the sunset. Beautiful, relaxing, delicious food and friendly service that goes above and beyond. Thank you Rita for making our experience fantastic!

The Eagle Mountain House in Jackson NH was excellent.

1879 rustic place! I loved it here, because it's not your everyday place. Away from the hustle it was evident in the result: great tasting food! The French Onion Soup and Chicken Ceaser Salad were PERFECT you've earned my 5 ☆'s.

The ambience was wonderful. Our waitress was Linda. She was outstanding. Thanks for the night out.

They squeezed us in at the last minute and we were thankful. The dining room is a bit dated but cozy. The food was excellent. We had filet and scallops which were both fabulous. The chicken pot pie and Salmon both also very good. The homemade blue cheese dress was delicious as well. Prices were very reasonable. Overall pleasantly surprised how good the food was for a small place. Would definitely go back.

Off the beaten path and totally worth it. Great food, great service, even had a fire pit going behind the hotel that made for a great night with the kids.

The special Valentine’s Day menu was delicious and a great value at $55 per couple! We wished, however, that there had been more of a choice of desserts. Otherwise, we were very pleased with the Beef Wellington, shrimp tempura and potato leek soup. The reservation process was easy and we did not have to wait long for our table, even though it was a very busy holiday night. The service was exceptional as well. We would definitely return to Eagle Landing again!

I had the beef Wellington and my steak and dough was not cooked. I will never complain and ask for new dish, but I would like to let you know next time to please make sure thoroughly cooked. Thanks

Service Terrible ! All 4 prefix courses were COLD and food is terrible! Worst dining experience I have ever had. The place is dated but still charges $65 a person for New Years Eve prefix meal that is mass produced.

Our 2nd time here on Christmas Eve. Good food & service. We did have to remind the server of our drink order though.

The food was delicious and the service was great! We would like to come back when it’s light outside so we can see the view.

Staff was super friendly and attentive. Location is beautiful especially when decorated for Christmas. Food was really good especially the maple bread pudding for dessert

Food was excellent but a bit pricey - ambiance and staff very attentive and friendly. We have been there many times and it doesn’t disappoint.
