Food was very very good! Service was a bit slow, so go if you have time, it is worth the wait.
It is setup very well for Covid. A lot of space between tables and it is not too crowded.

Service was great. My only problem was that there was not a lot of sushi to choose from in the menu. Everything else is literally what I usually have for dinner anyways so it wasn’t very appealing. Would like to have something different when you go out. But that’s obviously my personal preference. Everything else was great!

Try all the steaks. Moscow mules were also very delicious!

Our server Michael was absolutely fabulous. Made our lunch a very enjoyable time. Gave some great recommendations and joked with us. The food is always so good here. It can be on the pricier side but it's definitely delicious.

great menu and service. A little over-priced, but is a classy way to be able to dine vegan/vegetarian.

The one good thing about this restaurant is that they have food for every type of person; Vegan, meat & fish which is good for our family of 4 different tastes. Usually, the food here is good to very good. This time it was just fair. Our waitress was exceptional for service.

We went to celebrate a birthday! The host mentioned that it was a birthday celebration when we got there which was super nice. Our food was incredible and so were our drinks. Our waiter was super nice and was there for us anytime we needed him.
I was kinda bummed that in my reservation I put that it was for a birthday and they recognized it when we arrived but they never did anything for the birthday. I understand that covid has restrictions on things but I do wish they would have mentioned that if that was the case. Or I wish they would have atleast just told her happy birthday.
We love Earls so so much and we will definitely be back, but I was just a little bummed about the whole birthday celebration.

Food was excellent but both our hamburgers at dinner and our egg at breakfast were medium warm.

very good service, really cool outside area thats heated but you still need a warm jacket. the burger was amazing, probably one of the best ive ever had. this is my fav restaurant in boston. prices are a little steep but the happy hour really helps

I’ve been to Earls multiple times and always enjoy it. When I went on Sunday the hostess informed me about the seafood Sunday special and I was very disappointed my server didn’t mention it again. We had to ask her about the discount on sushi and then again about the discount on other seafood items. We also had to double check on why the bill wasn’t reflecting the discount. The food came out and 2 out of the 3 dishes were delicious. The swordfish tacos were room temperature and just an average flavor. I probably wouldn’t order again but I will come back because the food is generally very good here

The interior is absolutely beautiful, upscale, energetic and clean. Really accessible sense of energy/ ambience inside that can feel special enough for a birthday and casual enough for friends just going out- and this should mean a lot coming from an interior designer. Well fit for covid guidelines with non-sterile looking barriers (gorgeous frosted glass, fi right n w the design) & good spacing of parties, made me feel safe about going out.

Expensive but the food & drinks were AMAZING. Things we loved: 3 Cheese Spinach & Artichoke dip, Fillet Mignon, Cajun Salmon, NY Cheesecake & the Passionfruit Mule!

We loved our waiter Logan! And as always we loved the ribs. Our favorite restaurant in Boston

Normal food is amazing but sometimes we have off days

We went for brunch. I think the chicken in the chicken & waffles should be described as spicy not hot. Hot may described it coming out hot. Also the waffle was a bit too done. 3 avacado eggs benedicts were ordered & 2 went back as the eggs were hard boiled. It took quite awhile to get those dishes.
Overall, convenient & nice menu but not impressed & do not foresee myself going back in the near future at all.

Our server James was exceptional. I was there on a first date and I couldn’t have asked for a better representative for the restaurant. My date and I were successfully able to put our trust in him on recommendations for food and drinks. I tasted two new bourbons at James’ recommendation and he was spot on. He was attentive and personable and when I do go back, I will try to request for him to serve us. Kudos to James and Earls Kitchen.

Experience was overall pretty good. With the change in COVID phases unfortunately communication regarding mask wasn’t consistent to all tables as our party was directed to put on our mask when two different parties that weren’t eating or drinking were able to casually talk without a mask on.

I want to say the name of our server was James, and he was just awesome. He made us have such an amazing time, in addition to the awesome food and winter sangria. The music was great, the lights were cute and the overall vibes were awesome. Love this place.

Comfortable, clean and food was good. The only drawback was we had a reservation, but still had to wait 25 minutes past our time to be seated.
