Well set up for our times, great social distancing, sanitizer stations, explanation to new procedures was all very well done.

The service was the best I’ve had in a long time! The host was super friendly and funny, he asked us what our names were. He also came back a few minutes later with soda water to dab a small stain out of the cushion beside me (he said he didn’t want me to sit on it and that it must have been the previous table). I hadn’t even noticed it was there.
The server was on point, he was timely and knowledgeable. He knew the menu off the top of his head and he didn’t make an issue about our dietary needs. The food came out fast, and it was a busy Friday night. It was delicious!!!
Overall, I was really impressed. All the staff was wearing face masks, most likely a business mandate. I was thinking that they must have been hot and irritating to wear, but everyone seemed glad to be at work. There was good vibes there!!
Just happy to be dining again.

The server and hosts made us feel very comfortable with the infection prevention and control protocols they put in place. The food was very good and prompt. We will return!
Try to get some current sports on TV, whatever is available, or if playing old stuff play some classic games.
I dont mind but some people may , bartender making drinks and putting ice into drink has hands close to glass to prevent ice from falling. Too close tho almost touching it. Some people may not like that. I trust his hands are clean as can be.

Service was excellent. It was nice to get back out. Great food and happy faces of customers. They have put in place the right protocols for social distancing. Felt safe and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Service, in spite of Coronavirus epidemic, was excellent
We are regular patrons of the Earls restaurants and was disappointed with our recent dining experience.
We had the same server Monika twice within two weeks and what we thought was an isolated experience a few weeks ago was unfortunately a reoccurrence. She seemed confused and disoriented.
I waited 30 minutes for my wine to arrive, only to receive the wrong wine. We had to ask for water as it was not offered to us at the beginning of our meal.
The food was average- my husband ordered the clam chowder and there was not enough broth m. I told him to notify the server and kitchen but he didn’t want to as he feared how long it would take to get his food back. Upon paying for our meal, I noticed that I was not charged the right happy hour burger and had to have her updated the bill.
I know the server is relatively new and hope this feedback will be given so that she can be a stronger server for your establishment.
Reservation wasn’t ready or correct when arrived. Lots of confusion sat at wrong table and set up wrong but once seated food was good service was good
Seating wasn’t very comfortable as we had 2 young children and grandparents with us. We got seated at a high bar table which the 2 tables were split up. We had 6 ppl in our party and reserved the seating a few days before hand. Waitress accommodated is by adding an extra table top to the middle so it wouldn’t be split but we had no choice to find a lower table

We had a gathering of family’s and when we arrived we realized that the tables were not together, so we were going to have two separate parties! Our hostess was adorable and she went and found an extender to solve the problem! It was a great solution and we really appreciated her extra effort!
I go to Earl’s for lunch all the time and am very satisfied. This is the first time I have gone for brunch AND THE LAST! The service was excellent as always but the avocado benny was awful. I had just had a benny at another restaurant a week before and there was no comparison. This one was luke warm, very small and served on a piece of bread that was very hard to cut. In other words, a total disaster and, in my opinion, an embarrassment to your restaurant. As well, we originally were seated at a small table right by the entrance although there were several better options available. I asked to be moved and we were. This should NOT have been necessary particularly since we had a reservation. This was a very important lunch for me so after asking to move I did not want to complain about the food too and ruin my time with my friend. I will definitely tell all my friends to avoid your brunch!!

Generally I'm a fan of Earls and eat there often as it's near my office. Today however was disappointing. I ordered the appetizer chicken tacos and there was basically no chicken. it was shell and cabbage. I mentioned it to the server who said 'small portions yeah; sorry about that'. For what works out to be $4.50 a taco there should definitely be visible chicken on it. I also order them regularly and it's never been like that. The server knew i was unhappy but didn't really care. I'll end up back there out of convenience but today was definitely disappointing.
Need more managers, great new look, but staff overwhelmed with service. They need to pay attention to larger parties and take more responsibility. Need to know more about foods on their new menu that are spicy or hard to eat for seniors. Too loud in restaurant. Staff doing gift cards are poorly trained and therefore get less of a tip because of the lack of training,

Decent place to eat for a casual night out with friends or SO. Food was okay, steak was overcooked and service was okay. Our appetizers were pretty good. The restaurant is nice and cozy with booths everywhere. Okay experience!
Our waiter spoke to us like we were children. It is unprofessional to refer to customers as "buddy". We are adults and found it annoying and insulting to be repeatedly called "buddy."
Very easy central location. Staff is lovely and sincere. Like to recent changes and updates to menu and decor. Like that it’s a large space for group events. Been there many times before and will be back for sure❤️👍
We had made reservations 2 weeks ago for 5 people, 6:30 pm.We arrived & reported to the hostess at 6:20 pm.Were not seated until 6:45pm.We were led to a table for 4 people, behind a very large group and were told that they would 'stick a chair on the end for the 5th person'. REALLY?? My husband insisted that this was not acceptable.The hostess was not very articulate as to why this should be acceptable to us. There was a booth available & we asked if we could take that, she said it was, "No, it was 'RESERVED'". She left us to stand there & went to consult with her colleagues. She returned to lead us to another 2 tables that were side-by-side, but were bolted down and could not be moved together. We explained that this was a birthday occasion and we intended to sit together. By then, my husband asked to speak to a manager, who came over and brought us to a table pulled together in fromt of the large screen TV. Acceptable. Our server Laura come over to greet & offer beverages, bring our attention to special items on the menu. She left to bring us our water & drinks. We ordered 3 appetizers: Calamari, Gyozas & Wings. It was a very busy night so about 15 mins later we received our appetizers, but no side plates.We had to ask the person who brought us the apples for side plates and had to wait a few minutes for those.We finished the apples, which were quite good. Our side plates, platters & cutlery were removed.We waited close to 20 mins before our entrees arrived. We had to ask for cutlery, which arrived a few minutes later, but the cutlery was sticky and the paper napkins has specks of sauce spilled on them.We asked the girl who was bussing the table next to us to bring us new cutlery and fresh napkins, showing her the dirty cutlery.She apologized, brought cutlery & napkins & just dumped them on the table.My husband ordered full rack of ribs but received only 1/2 rack & inquired at end of meal. Laura brought other 1/2 rack, which was freshly made & boxed up.
Slow service throughout. Sat down first and my friend arrived 20 minutes later. Took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come over to check in for a drink order. Coffee needed refilling which didn’t get done despite the server walking past several times and cups left at the edge of the table. Dessert which was one chocolate mousse took 20 minutes to arrive. Asked for the bill and the machine. Server came back with the bill but no machine. Left my card out on top of the bill and could hear her putting through bills for the people behind me. Figured she’d come over right after but she walked right past me. Took another little while and when she walked past again she said she forgot and went to get it. Food was great. Good deal with the brunch happy hour but a bit pricy at regular price.
Cool eggs don’t make for an appetizing dish, and removing sausage from earls breakfast a mistake
It was Too noisy and felt a bit frantic; not relaxed like many of the other Earls we have experienced.
Service was great! Had a reservation and were seated right away. Servers were attentive and always made sure we were taken care of.
Went for happy hour brunch between opening and noon. Our meals weren't especially hot and my meal was on the salty side but overall it was good and the price was right at $9.75 (wouldn't want to pay more). Sat in the lounge, which seemed quieter than the dining room, and service was good, once we finally got a dedicated server. A decent option for weekend brunch.
The food was good, as was the wait staff but the hostess/manager was excellent and really tried to make us comfortable and have an excellent evening. She made a real effort and went above & beyond
