   Very disappointed in our dinner. We have been to Earls many times including this location. The service was sub-par. Glasses were dirty, never asked if we wanted any water. Pop was flat. Tried the special cocktail.. it was just ok… especially for over $12. The calamari used to be one of the best … now it is overcooked little bits and there was hardly any. I would have made a complaint but we were there trying to enjoy a family dinner.

   Food was good, service a little inconsistent. When the reservations were made I had indicated that we would prefer outside dining if one of the booths were available. I was called and said that they would try to accommodate that request. There were shaded booths available when we arrived but I was told they were reserved for another party. Now my conversation with the employee that I spoke to said it was not possible to reserve a table outside so I was a little confused when they said the booth table were reserved,

   Meeting up with a friend. We live Earl’s. We know food is always fresh and consistent between locations. We travel a lot and love knowing ahead we won’t be disappointed! Great service, fresh salads and sushi!

    Making a reservation was simple. We arrived early, but were seated right away. The food was really good. Didn't steaks were on sale, so that was a bonus. The only negative was the caesar I had to drink wasn't very good but drinkable.

    Been many times VERY EMBARRASSED AND DISAPPOINTED Truffle fries hardly tasted of truffle, hardly any salt but lots of pepper. Spinach dip what a joke. Tons of bread hardly any dip. Had this many times and always enough dip for 2 people.

    Another great date with wife and granddaughter. Started on their patio enjoying the sun until the storm sent us inside. Food was outstanding as usual. My wife loves the crab cake and granddaughter goes for the chicken tenders, with fries. Food was prepared perfectly. Thank you Neha and all the others who made our outing so enjoyable.

    Another great date with the my wife. Food was excellent as usual. The pizza and chicken tenders, with a dynamite roll appetizer 👍👍. Thanks Nevin, other front of house and kitchen staff who contributed to our enjoyment.

    Father Day Brunch - Typically we always have a very good experience at Earls but I must believe that they were short handed on Sunday. Simple regular service such as coffee refills, missing spoons for coffee, requests for S&P were forgotten. Maybe a bit more staffing considering it was Father’s Day would have helped.

    Came for Fathers Day brunch. Arrived at 11:15 so got the happy hour brunch so prices were great. Our server Harmony was excellent!

    I went for brunch with 3 other people and all had the same complaints; too many potatoes on the plate. Fruit with be nice to have especially with eggs benny.

    The current difficulties in finding good help manifested itself on this occasion. The kitchen performed at below average but the wait staff did everything possible to mitigate the situation. It’s worth another try at another time.

    We came for a colleague’s retirement party. We are a small team of 6 and had a reservation. I am a huge supporter of Earls however I haven’t been to this location as much as others. We barely saw our server. It took 30 minutes to get a black coffee and had to ask for drink refills. I have never experienced such poor service at an Earls restaurant and was embarrassed for having suggested it. There was lots of staff on however they seemed to be just mindlessly walking around or chatting. Maybe the boss was away that day but it was extremely disappointing.

    Food was excellent. Service was great right till we finished dinner. Almost impossible to get to order dessert. Then another forever before anyone brought the bill. Otherwise the evening was wonderful!

    Overall a great time however after making a reservation for 6, the table only was set for 5...and it took quite a while to get that last place setting brought out. Questions about one of the items ordered were answered but incorrectly.

    Another great dining experience. Food was awesome as usual. I tried one of the new menu items, the Prawn Shroomami Bowl. It was delicious. Having been to Japan and Hawaii, this is an excellent dish. Thanks Joe, Drew, Keira, and Chris for a great evening.
