Great service, food, and ambiance. Love the happy hour menu!
Way to loud, it was like the kitchen staff was deliberately banging dishes about, were some very loud customers who should have been asked to quiet down. I’m going to a restaurant as a treat, a night out and instead couldn’t wait to get out of there! Oh and the tables need resurfacing, although clean they felt tacky. Would not return to this location.

Steak was over cooked

Overall we had a great experience. They only thing that we found rather odd was that we went right at opening and were first to be seated. We were the only 2 in the restaurant. About 20 mins later, with an empty restaurant, they seated people in the very next table. Why is that. especially with Covid. We are 69 and would love to stay safe.

Food was not up to par, bad Cajun chicken Cesar salad was limp. The king pao had chicken that tasted like rubber chicken. The blackened chicken was good. The s service was good but the restaurant needs. Major Reno. Not even close to Joeys or Cactus or Browns.

Nice to be socially distanced at our table. Slightly noisy by the kitchen but overall great food, good size portions and tasty food. Friendly waitress who did a great job serving us.
Prices went up. Quality of food was just not there. Overall experience was sub par at best.

Overall dinner was good. I'm pretty sure we had a new waitress....she tried but hope she improves. Ordered a glass of wine while waiting for my sister. When we went to order or dinner and I'm ordering another glass of wine. Thats when she says bittles are half price. Had to get tbe boss involved to fix to a bottle.
We shared a sticky pudding with toffee sauce, we got a brownie with toffee sauce.
I could say more. But you get the idea.
My dinner was really good. Steak was cook perfectly.

Service was good but I was very, very, disappointed with the Clam Chowder. I have always counted on the best clam chowder ever at Earls. May I say, if I wanted to order Carrot Soup, I would have been happy. Why oh why did Earls change the recipe to include exceedingly mouthfuls of carrot to a perfectly awesome soup?!?
I do hope my voice is heard but will await a reply before venturing into Earls again for a bowl of soup. Sorry...one more thing: your cup of coffee is priced too high.

Absolutely the worst service. Misinformation multiple times even after our table complained twice. Definitely won’t return and won’t recommend to anyone.

outstanding service. food and drinks were really good. impressed by level of customer service, they actually split a portion of pasta in 3. was expecting to get a full bowl and 3 side plates and cutleries for sharing, but they actually split in 3 different bowls, that was unexpectedly pleasent.
only thing stopping me from giving a 5 star everywhere is the price point. for what it is, its very overpriced.

Service was great and we got our food in a decent amount of time. They had good music and were also making us feel at ease with the sanitary protocoles in place

The service was beyond pathetic. I waited for my drink for 15 mins. And then ordered another drink which i never got. I ordered garlic fries as an appetizer. Then, when i ordered main course, she upgraded it to garlic fries without telling me about the additional costs. She did not come to our table once to check on us. I myself work as a server and have never received worst service.

Fantastic as always.
We frequent this branch as you can track our previous reservations. It was really bad on Saturday primarily due to the poor attention of our server RACHEL. We waited a while to put our orders in, by the time she arrived we had decided on both drinks and food. It took 30 min. for our food to get to our table. My son was rushing, did not have enough time to eat, asked for a box to go. That took almost 10 min. For a box. Our bill took 15 min to get. I just wanted to pay using the QR code, but that was not working either.
We were close to the kitchen and could see and hear the chatter, which i am not against as long as you pay attention to your job, as long as uou get things done.
I have not given up on Earl's. It's one of my family's place to catch up. I sure hope we get better service next time.

Waiter was excellent. I haven’t been to an Earls in years. The food was really good and it was fun to have so many options during happy hour.
The food was cold the server was good but food was cold
We were there on a Tuesday night so obviously it was quite quiet. Our server was friendly, service was timely, and the restaurant's Covid protocols seemed fine to me. Not sure why so many other reviews for this Earl's aren't more positive! We enjoyed our meal.
Brunch was sub par from their lunch/dinner menu. Service was strange and inconsistant.
The service was good, although the Bacon Cheddar burger lacked in flavour and the Buffalo Cauliflower we had wasn’t as good as other locations we’ve been to.
Service was poor seeing that we waited a very long time before a waitress would see if we needed anything.
Waiter made us feel rushed and pressured.
Menu on table did not even work or load on phone.
It was nice, reception to server the service and food was good 👍
Always a great place for a tasty and healthy meal. My wife and I have been going to Earl's Restaurant for a long time and we are never disappointed.
Great food, very nice atmposphere. The menu was not that extensive but all the plates reflected all the major preferences.
Food was below usual standards. The happy hour brunch prices are very reasonable but sadly the quality reflected the lower price. The meals were served barely warm and also tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while as all the items on my plate were dry, especially the potatoes, which were inedible to me. The food items seemed like they were prepared in advance and just reheated last minute for serving. The poached eggs were totally dry but I definitely was not going to be sending them back and risk a long wait. The fried chicken looked overcooked and refried like the potatoes.
I was with two young children and they didn’t seem to notice and luckily they enjoyed the experience but I was very disappointed in my meal. The service was warm and friendly but extremely slow. Overall, below average food, slooooooow service even though we were only one of a few tables when we first arrived. The kids enjoyed it so it wasn’t a total flop and they loved their drinks and dessert!
The individual that served us was very friendly, welcoming and on point with his efficient service. We enjoyed his company! Thank you
