Lots of food options as well as drinks. Service is usually very good as well. They take the Corona virus seriously and do a good job of separating people and disinfecting tables and chairs whenever necessary.
Always enjoy the food and the great price at Earl's restaurant in Richmond .

I loved the nice cosy environment and also the fact that they were keeping a keen eye on sanitization of surfaces given the current situation.

we thought the mashed potatoes were instant
The lobster ravioli was incredibly fishy and the sauce was dried up
Steak was good, asparagus was good, our server was excellent and saved the whole dining experience for us, the hostess who seated us wasn’t the greatest
We received prompt and efficient service. Staff were friendly and polite throughout our dining experience. Will definitely return.
Everything was great except I guess they forgot to check us in on open table cause they emailed me about no showing.

Really good experience sitting at the bar tonight. Great service and feels safe with all the hygiene measures.
Server was great. Host was non existent, waited so long and no one came to greet. Restaurant wasn’t busy and a few times I noticed him chatting away with another server
Foods, services, and atmosphere were great. I was there just for the steak special on Wednesday deal and my happy hour drink. Thank you the bartender for delivering your great service to me and my table.
Wings steaming hot n cold beer, service good as usual
The ravioli prawn and lobster is on the salty side, same with the calamari... but overall it was nice to meet friends and family in this location. The manager was nice to give us complimentary dessert for my friend’s bday...
Good service and following the protocol
Overall the service was good, but they severely burnt my food to the point where it was inedible. However, they were very understanding and remade my dish perfectly. The prices have gone up, which makes it less desirable to come back as we wanted to get a couple appetizers but almost every option was around the same price as a full meal (around $20), so we ended up skipping appetizers and they are typically our favourite part when eating at earls.
The sever was not nice ,she was rude and did not answer our question
My husband & I never go on dates anymore since we had our daughter, we order the steak it was bloody amazing!

I will start by saying that we are regulars at Earls, we visit every few weeks consistently and overall have always been happy with the food and service, hence always returning.
We were the last people in your restaurant prior to cutting down for Covid and were one of the first groups back when the doors re-opened. We are often one of a few tables in the restaurant but as mentioned, we return because we enjoy the food.
This past visit I ordered the steak and frites for my son and poke bowl for myself. When the food came, he was brought the steak with mash and asparagus. I confirmed with our waiter what I ordered and he looked into it and agreed that we did in fact order the steak and frites, not the steak entree meal which is more expensive.
Due to time as we have to leave for hockey, I told him that we were okay with keeping the meal given to us.
I then asked if we could order a side of fries as that is what my son was craving (hence ordering the steak and frites).
When it was time to pay the bill, we were charged for the more expensive meal, the meal we did not order, and were also charged for the fries.
As a regular customer, I don’t think this is right. The server agreed that he punched in the steak and frites and agreed that we did in fact order it. I also think that the small side of fries could have been complimentary as it was the kitchens mistake, not ours.
As stated, we are there consistently every few weeks, sometimes twice in week and return as we generally enjoy the food and service.
This last experience was very disappointing

We are encourage to eat at testaurants because the situation can be controlled expertly better than hosting at a home. So the waiter leans over the table to set our plates down and talks openly with his face ditectly above thr food we are about to eat. Then he handles everything on the table including pouring water still talking as if a mask kills covid. Shut up and wear gloves. Ill never go there again, until the pandemic is over. I can do better in my own home.

Great steak. Cooked to perfection. Calamari app was to die for. Overall great dinner out. Clean and safe... polite and friendly.
I was asked when I reserved if there was a special occasion and I noted that it was my birthday... no mention or acknowledgment, so I’m not sure why they asked?? Lol

Social distancing, we were placed too close to other people. Also, those people had way too much alcohol and kept staring at my wife and making her very uncomfortable.
Also, there were no barriers in place for COVID restrictions. there should be plexiglass in place as other restaurants have.
