I should have known better than to order a $36 steak at a road house at lunch time. I also know restaurants are really struggling with so many issues right now that I'm going to cut them a lot of slack. It was my own fault that I didn't follow my principles, but it was my birthday lunch. It's highly unlikely I'll ever order a steak there again, but when things return to normal, I would come back for a late night appetizer plate.

There were many open booths but hostess would not let us sit in it. It wasn’t busy at all. I am 8 months pregnant and forced to sit high up on bar table, very uncomfortable.
Chicken tacos were terrible, stale and barely any chicken, not worth the price or lunch out.
I usually love Earls but will not return

Great place! The avocado chicken bowl was amazing! The service was a little slow, but they were taking extra precautions due to COVID-19 so that was understandable. I would recommend eating here and I'd go back.

Loved the Tuna roll, it was awesome although a bit salty.

Love coming here! Service is always on par, food on par. This is our restaurant of choice for celebrations!

We had a table to the left us which was very noisy with small children & children dropping food on floor.... so, hence that was not a pleasant view during dinner or a quieter area! Love Earls but next time will sit on bar side & at a high table... perhaps that will be better!!

So sad for Earls that there is not more control over situations of misbehaviour!! I do not think this table with young children would drop food or be that disrespectful at Grammas house!!!! What a situation to be when you want the public to come to your establishment!!

Perhaps Earls needs to set aside an area for the noisier, messier patrons!!!! Eg. At the back near the kitchen!!

Food was ok. It seems the quality of some dishes has diminished over the years. Disappointed.

Celebrated a birthday. Birthday dessert would have been nice. Service great, ambience even during CoVid was good. Felt safe.

While I always enjoy my experience at Earls across Canada, I feel that the London location was superb in their flawless delivery of service, their excellent preparation of delicious food and their attention to detail in providing an elegant, but safe environment for their staff and patrons. Everything about our experience was fantastic especially our server who went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Wish I could give more than just 5 stars for this review.

Earls was so noisy we could barely talk over the background noise. Must be bad acoustics because the restaurant was only half full. food was expensive bu mediocre.

Service was excellent food is always good ceasers and margarita are the best in the city we try to at least once a month go to earls

Always, always fantastic! The server was excellent considering we are in the middle of a pandemic! She was super friendly and attentive. Love that you can have a conversation without trying to talk over loud music. The food as always is delicious and great value. I love the atmosphere and the service!

no complaints! always good food and service. favourite spot to take customers for business meals on that side of town.

The outdoor patio was a safe and comfortable setting. Some heaters were on and the temperature was perfect for an outdoor lunch on a sunny day.

Our server was attentive and helpful but not over-bearing.
They menu has seemed to change with a lot of "cajun" and 'spicy" options if that is something you like.

Will definitely go again!

Great Sunday brunch options and great value for money. We sat outside on a pretty chilly day, but were kept warm by patio heaters. I was grateful for the option to sit outside given concerns around COVID-19.

Was a great night, drinks were on point and the dip was tasty and filling (missing the nann bread) but the chips were nice (even gave extra as there was plenty of dip left from the original batch).

Server was friendly and upbeat. Was the best it can be during all the rules in place for Covid, but they definitely try to make it as enjoyable as possible.

The whole restaurant was exceptionally clean as well!

It was really nice to have the option of a heated patio as the temperatures are dropping.
