Earls Kitchen + Bar - Station Square
Decided to visit Earls for happy hour. We were seated in the lounge/bar area. Sarah was our server and she was excellent! Food and drinks were great. No complaints. Definitely will come back in the near future.
We made a reso online for the patio, choosing this restaurant over to here in the area because of the option for outdoor seating during COVID. Arrived only to be told that service to the patio ends at 7pm (in 15mins). They relocated us inside but I did not feel comfortable eating indoors as it was quite busy. The servers & kitchen staff are of course all wearing masks, and the menu can be accessed using a QR code. There are plexus glass decisions between seating areas, but tables are less than 6ft apart. They did have the front door open to allow ventilation.
I just wish I could have made an informed decision vs them taking our reso and then changing it on us once we arrived.
For the price and ambience service and food quality was poor. One drink, a glass of beer came almost 10 mins after server took the order. The meal came with luke warm fries with two sandwiches and no chicken on pasta dish ordered. Fries came by the time sandwiches were done and pasta of course was cold by the time it came back. This was a $100 meal, not worth it all!
We booked online for a birthday celebration with clear notes but they were oblivious. Ordered drinks early but it all came with the food so had no time to enjoy the drinks and chit chat. Ordered a Pitcher and got no glasses and to my surprise we had to ask for it which the waitress should have noticed right away.
Very enjoyable lunch on the patio. Please keep the patio open as long as possible.

Food was good, pricey for what it is but not too bad. Super noisy. We were seated near a table that was yelling and singing. Service was confusing because we had 3-4 people serving us. We would order something with a server and then another one would come 5-10 minutes later having no idea that we ordered.
We had made a reservation and arrived on time but still had to wait 15 minutes to get our table even though the patio was empty. When I enquired I was given an explanation I didn’t understand but may have been to due with COVID-19 protocols.

Experience was so bad. Our sever did not help us till 20 min in. We got water but that’s it and they helped group of white people before us like seriously it’s 2020...
Everything was good but the food was disappointing I had the tuna poke bowl and it was bland and only a couple ingredients in it, very small portion just disappointing overall
I love I there. The food the service and the comfort level is really good. Just the noise is a bit much for me. The music I mean. That’s all.
Ate on the patio, so was a little noisy and ambience not great due to ongoing construction; but that will change soon. Otherwise, usual outstanding Earl's food and service - had the ribs, my fave; they were awesome, as almost always.
The store was closed so perhaps update your google hours and website booking availability as we were able to book at a time the store wasnt open???
our server was not social at all, things came very very late. No follow up on how things are going. We understand the pandemic and keeping talking to a minimum but she had her arms folded while we paid for a bills and didn't bother communicating AT ALL with us during the end of our visit she just stood there. felt very unwelcome!
It was great! We ordered 4 street tacos and the waitress made a mistake and gave us 4 pieces instead of four orders. After realizing the mistake we've been treated with 9 pieces for free!!

our server was very good.
however the 3* is given because of hygiene -
1) our table was not properly cleaned and needed wiping down again;
2) one plate has a piece of hair and has to be replaced;
3) (this compliant is not the restaurant's fault but) a fly was swimming in our glass of wine
just an unfortunate dining experience at Earl's this one time. normally we're very happy with our experiences dining here.
It'll be good to see some different menu options. Especially for the happy hour. Its been the same for a while.
We were set next to a noisy station where the waiters gathered and I was told that once you sit you cannot change. The waitress was also very reluctant to give us paper menu.
The Magarita I ordered was terrible but the manager did bring me another one which was way better. Food was good.
Ive come to this earls before and received great service but this time for some reason I did not enjoy it.
I had a reso for 2:30 and came early, the person I was meeting came in at 2:30 while I was in the bathroom and she gave my name and the hostess said “there is no one under that name” so I had to come out and get my friend. Then it took the waitress forever to come and check on us. She settled our bill but our new waitress barely checked on us, just cause we were on the patio she forgot about us. Super frustrating. Got the prawn crunch roll, ive had better at actual sushi restaurants. Left to go to cactus and was much more happier with the service there.
Was seated 25 minutes before brunch happy hour ended, however it took half an hour to be asked what we wanted to eat and missed the brunch happy hour by 2 minutes and was told that we couldn't get it anymore. Also was delivered the wrong drink. I understand being seated after a happy hour and not getting it, however it's the server's fault for having slow service that we missed it, and he didn't want to own up to it. Otherwise the food was good, just was kinda ruined by the poor service.
Great safety measures, I feel safe dining in. Food was delicious and great value. I will definitely visit again.
The tables next to us were so loud, their laughing echoed throughout that even our server was looking irritated. They couldn’t all fit at one table and ended up yelling across the way. It progressively got worse as more alcohol was served, we had to chat between the cackling. 👎🏻
Host service was poor especially with communication with serving staff as well as Managers handling of the situation on Friday, Sept 5th during Happy Hour.
Our server (Danny) is absolutely wonderful. Very welcoming, cheerful yet polite and maintains a sense of professionalism. He is a gem!

I cannot remember our servers name!! Male, started with a B I believe, in the dining room indoors! He was lovely and very attentive. Food tasted great just wasn’t hot coming out of the kitchen! I love this Earls location and would definitely recommend it to a friend.
Food was great. Only complaint is that the location is very hard to find.

Server super nice. Soup salty. Steak burnt on outside so really rare on inside..asked for med rare. Burgers burnt on outside too. Caesar salad yummy
Our server was fantastic. Only if the heaters were working in the patio. Just a bad day since in last month only cold day was sunday with rain.
Overall good experience wasn’t aware that some of the brunch menu had changed so a little bit disappointed with that. Waitress was really nice and accommodating.

I come here all the time and a regular , and wasn’t greeted for 10 min for a drink by waitress on patio Or water .watched the management walk around with dirty tables beside us ,and no service or
ordered 2 meals received one .she even repeated order but then said she forgot when the first order came .Second one came after I said something but wasn’t hot waited for hot sauce . For tacos for almost ten min I even looked at my phone Ordered food to go ordered a power bowl salad with the quinoa with chicken but no chicken was in my order as I got home
Overall not very impressed as I come here at least twice a week and have never experienced this poor customer service
Great & attentive service! Plenty of patio seating for COVID distancing.
Parking is easy and free, but unfortunately Food is just ok...
I have been to Earls multiple times but only visited three locations and each time i have never been disappointed.The food this restaurant serves is practically what you would receive at a 5 star restaurant but at great value and more in quantity.I love Earls so much and every time i can, i always dine there.It has been my favourite restaurant ever since i came to Canada.

Went here to celebrate my 22nd bday with some friends. Food was great, we got patio seating too. They had a bday card ready for me at the table, brought me a bday dessert after our meal and then paid for out meal ($96)! wow! amazing. made my day :)
