Some of us had food requests which were respectfully met.
Customer service is always exceptional. The happy hour deals are wonderful
We had a great server for brunch who was very friendly and attentive and made sure we had a great brunch experience on March 14. She had burgundy and white nails with a glass cup design - kudos to her for going above and beyond
Honestly never been to Earls in over 2 decades cuz didn’t like the food. Then decided to try and went back 3x in the last 2 wks. The $10 weekend brunch before noon is value deal. S’mores cheesecake was yummy.
We always go to Earls. The happy hour menu is great, the service is wonderful and the overall atmosphere is nice.
Our server was pleasant and efficient. Food order did not take long
Only annoyance was the tip was automated to 16%, 18%, 20%..

For the first 15-20 mins the server did not arrive.
I ordered Tofu Zen Bowl (after few snacks and drinks)
First it was served without the jasmin rice (just the salad) then they apologized for the wrong order and I waited until she brought another one which had too much salt in it.
Upon complaining they took it off the bill, but certainly our dinner was ruined.
They seemed very disorganized that day.
Fun vibe to the new Earls location at Metrotown. Hostess was friendly. The staff member who brought our food could have been more observant to bring the right complementd to go with our food like maple syrup for waffles, ketchup and hot sauce for potato hash, or at least paused to check before dashing off. There was no water brought for the entire meal despite water glasses on the table. No refreh offered on coffee. Food was ok given the price point. Overall, busy weekend brunch so staff may have been a bit rushed and less in tune with guest. Suggest visiting at a less busy time of the week.
Receiving a call at 6:34 for a 6:30 reservation with noted 10 minutes grace scolding me as to why I haven’t called that I am late is not the way to go. I was just walking into the restaurant and was made to feel like a school girl late for class.
We went in for a 24th birthday celebration. I called ahead of time to confirm if they did provided a small birthday brownie and was told yes, just to indicate it on the reservation. So we chose Earls over Cactus Club (next door) because they also had chx fingers on the menu which meant we could also bring along a picky 11 year old. The ambience was great, we were seated at a small round booth that allows for perfect conversations. I ordered the steak and potatoes. Steak was over cooked to my preference but the mashed potatoes was yummy. Not worth the $27. The iced tea was flat even after we asked to have it replaced 2 times, the kids food came out last. The server was nice enough but nothing outstanding. I had to remind her of the birthday brownie and she said they no longer do them, did not receive the reso request but only offered to bring us one only if we still wanted it. For the best customer service, we would’ve liked to have heard.. “Yes, let me get that for you right away” instead of making us feel bad that they no longer offer it even after I called to confirm. Overall, the menu selections did not have enough choices, was not unique enough and there’s not enough kid friendly options therefore we took no pictures of the food or setting.
Everything was mostly great. It took us quiet a long time to pay as the restaurant was busy and the music was waaaay too loud for casual conversation

Nicest Earl's facility in all of Metro Vancouver and quietest, which is great.
Group of 7. My pizza was overcooked, and black in some areas. They mixed up the orders and gave one dish to the wrong person who started to eat it. Another guest found her pasta very bland. Wanted vegetarian, so asked for peppers, broccoli, mushrooms but only got mushrooms. Overall, a disappointment. Been to earls on the north shore many times, which was far better.
The food was delicious and the servers are were extremely kind! Would definitely go back!
I arrive at 10 am, the music volume is too loud and the song is not suitable in the morning time.

Our server hardly came to our table. I had to wait for ordering another round of drink for over 30 mins before she popped up from nowhere. We had planned to sit till late, but seeing the unbothered server that we had got, we got bored and decided to go elsewhere. She only spoke with us when we were paying our bill, since it was the time she would expect some tip. Horrible service! not coming back again.

I always have issues at this Earls with my order. I ordered a poke bowl and could not find even a trace of one macadamia nut. The drinks are always made differently by whoever is bartending and I really think that they need to try to maintain some consistency so that we don’t get completely different tastes and drinks every time we go
We went for brunch @ Earls and was surprised to see that before noon there was a brunch happy hour for all brunch items and drinks specials too!! Amazing deal! The service was great. The food was pretty good and great value! Love the new location!

As soon as we finished eating, the waitress picked up our dishes and brought the bill. We were celebrating a birthday. She didn’t ask as for dessert and didn’t tell us how to apply the gift card, so we ended up paying for it.
Happy hour is really good! Love that all the seating is booth style.
It was a good experience.
Was extremely difficult to flag down our or any server. Had my hand up for 5 minutes straight (like in a classroom) because servers from nearby areas would also walk by with their head down.
We had Valentine’s Day dinner at Earl’s Station Square. Overall, we had a good experience and enjoyed the ambience and food. Our server was also attentive. However, the restaurant ran out of the beer and the BBQ ribs (on the Valentine’s feature set menu) that my husband wanted to order. I also ordered the sangria, which was garnished nicely. When we ordered another round of sangria come Happy Hour, our drinks came with missing and sloppy fruit garnishes which was a little disappointing.
Great restaurant. Only downfall to the evening was the hostess at the front scolded me for being late to my reservation when in fact I was 10 minutes early. I did not receive an apology from her and instead was told that I need to constantly check my email because the can change the time of my reservation. Turns out there were was another reservation under the same name.
I had a reservation and arrived on time but waited 10 minutes to be seated - the food/risotto was OK but could be better - and I had to search to get my bill - knowing my reservation was for 2 hours - 1/2 hour spent waiting!!
Potatoes were not cooked. My guest’s meat was cold. Some dirty cutlery. Disappointed.
Server was a little overbearing but I enjoyed my food and the place was nice
