Earls Kitchen + Bar - Station Square

It was alright didnt like the fact our table still had an open bill on it causing abit of confusion when view the my bill service but generally a good enjoyable night ptherwise

One of my favourite Earls in the city. The staff are friendly. No big line ups. Clean.

Hand sanitizer was too slimy leaving hands sticky and feeling dirty.
The hostess started briefing some of us on our way to the table without waiting for everyone to be seated. Information wasn’t properly delivered.
Chicken Kung Pao wasn’t flavourful as used to be.
Our server was professional that made up for the overall experience.

Service was slow at first due to a miscommunication on the servers part but Burt our server eventually was awesome

The front host was rude outside and kept saying reservations is later. When I had to pull it up on the phone. She seemed very annoyed I was right. Not a pleasant experience walking into restaurant. But inside it was good vibes

It’s my to go place always enjoy there and recommend this location to my friends!!

Prawns Crunch Roll was awesome! So we’re the tacos.

It was quite busy for Friday Happy Hour. The server was nice. However, when we used seven $10 bonus cards, she missed one of them. We had to go back the next day to add $10 to one of our gift cards that we bought in December.

The service was poor the night we visited, had 5 people back and forth servicing with no clear clue of the menu, what we ordered. Food was okay, poor presentation and not following through the instructions.
At the end of the service, overcharged what was ordered wrong and explained that they could not give refund, only gift card.

Feel very safe as tables have plexiglass in between. Our server was very nice. Coffee was unexpectedly good for brunch. Will definitely come again to support local business!

Great food and excellent service but pub music a lit lound not so kind for elderly people.

Went for brunch, eggs weren’t done as asked but ate it anyways. Good flavours all around, would suggest cooks to practice cooking eggs.

The ambience was really nice and the food was delicious especially the buffalo cauliflower and quinoa + avocado powerbowl! Must try for the vegetarians out there!

Ambiance was great! However we ordered two of the same dishes and both were inconsistent and missing ingredients which was not acceptable. Another dish we ordered was cold and we had to send it back and wait for remake.

Had a nice meal here just the other night. Nice to discover this Earl's (open about two years) in Metrotown. Pleasant service and good food. Great blackened chicken - very moist with a tasty hot potatoe salad. Cole slaw could be improved.
Partner's burger not quite what she ordered but they apologized and made it right for her with class! What I tasted it was superb - and I love Earl's fries. We'll be back.

In general was ok, bread came after we paid bill and were ready leave. Overpriced food and drinks.

Service has gone downhill so much at this location! So disappointing since its close to home for me and a beautiful resto inside. Cactus club should train these employees its next door and such an overall better dining experience. Too bad.

This branch of Earls has the best ambiance, staff are very friendly and the food was delicious!

Our server was Coco. She was very friendly and did an excellent job in serving our table. A very hard worker.

I had the chicken burger and would never get it again it was so small

Despite the fact that social distancing, etc. during indoor dining is difficult at this time, we found that Earl's met the required health advisory precautions on this matter. The outstanding service by staff members made up for the lack of ambiance caused by the necessity for customers to be socially distanced. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the music at that time was sufficiently moderate to allow us to communicate without yelling! :)

We went there first time and honestly the food was so delicious and I must say the service was so fast and my wife she liked the ambiance .All over excellent.

Good atmosphere, good service, food is very consitent at all locations. Happy Hour prices very comparable and overall good. Surprisingly their cocktails are above Standard for a place that does not specialized in cocktails.
