East Side Mario's - Pickering
Our waitress was very kind and had a great smile, interacted with our group in a very friendly manner. Food was really good and more importantly, the take out incentive currently offered made it all worth while.
Not anytime soon! I booked my reservation online several days in advance and received many email confirmations about it, only to get there in time for my booking to find out they did not have my reservation! It was for 10 people for a birthday so, that a large enough group that isn't easily sorted out at the last minute. We were able to be sat at two separate tables which I was not willing to accept. Thankfully, we were able to squish ourselves to one table. Also, the server did not seem knowledgeable of the menu. She didn't know about the gluten free pizza, as to whether or not it came in different sizes. Additionally, the menus themselves need to be reprinted. It took three menus to read to be able to read the full description of one of the meal items! Very disappointed!
They didn’t have any electronic reservations so we had to wait for a table. Luckily they weren’t too busy and we didn’t have to wait long. Pretty frustrating that they are listed here on open table but they don’t get the reservation.
Food was pretty good. The junior chicken park was quite large and very filling.
Food was freezing cold. I never complain but the food was soooo cold.
When we let the waitress know she brought the food back to the kitchen. It came back out just microwaved and now the pasta was hard.
Salads were poorly tossed. Barely had any dressing.
Waitress was nice but food was certainly not up to par.
Will reconsider returning after this experience.
