great covid procedures, waitress was amazing. was worried restaurant would be angry we had our kids with us but it didn't seem to make a difference which was nice

ESM never disappoints! My wife had a surprise 18th birthday party here 10 years ago and it was instrumental in us getting together. 10 years later we are married with 2 beautiful boys. Thank you for letting us celebrate 10 years of love!

The restaurant was very clean and following all of the covid protocols. The food was also great and came quick!

The host was very friendly and the wait staff came by many times to make sure we had everything we needed. Had a really great time.

Birthday for my daughter

Food was excellent!
Downside ---my granddaughter wanted dessert but she has peanut allergies and there was nothing there for her to choose from. The server did, however bring her a couple of tiny gelato cones.

Our waitress was absolutely amazing, my partner is hard of hearing in one ear and mentioned it once to her and the waitress made sure to come on that side the rest of the meal. The food was amazing and just overall the staff was so accommodating

Great service, place is dated, my pasta alfredo was pretty bland. Overall the service was excellent , mixed drinks were great, happy waitress and alwyas replenished salad and bread! The protocols for covid were followed , felt safe.

Chicken parmesan was way over cooked black around the outside for both of our dinners

The food here has definitely gone down hill since the last time we were there. The portions are now half the size they used to be, so thank goodness for plenty garlic bread and salad. Pretty expensive now for what it is. I must say though, our waitress was very good, so mo complaints about the service. Don't think I will be going back anytime soon

Waiter and food were awesome!

My Fettucine Alfredo with chicken wasn't anywhere near as good as I remembered it. There was hardly any chicken in it. I really had to look to find it. The alfredo sauce wasn't hot. The pasta itself was clumpy, like it wasn't freshly made. I definitely would not order this again. My reservation was for 11:30 am! My Caesar salad & homeloaf were good as always. Very fresh yummy. My lunch guest didn't enjoy her wings or Chicken wrap either, but ate them anyway. I split the piece of cheesecake with her & her father at his home. It was tasty despite only getting a forkful. I didn't say anything to our waitress as it was my birthday and the day just kept getting worse for other reasons not in East Side Mario's control. I wish I could have a "do over" for the day & so many things would be different. There was a small child screeching at a high pitched level the whole time they were there. Very very annoying. There was another "joined" family group sitting 2 socially distanced booths away from us. Their children (2 or 3 of them) walked thru the restaurant without masks on right past me/us. They were over the age of 9 at least.

Service was perfunctory, server not really appearing to be enjoying working on a Saturday night.

One of our favourite places to eat. We had dinner on the patio on Monday evening, only one other party seated outside so it was intimate and lovely. Our server was very attentive & enthusiastic, we felt very taken care of. We always look forward to their buy one-take one deal, great value.

This is our favourite restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, especially since it's been several months since we've been able to go! Moira S was the perfect server.. very friendly, patient with my questions, and checked back often to refill salad,drinks,bread, etc.

The restaurant website advertised all we can eat Wednesday. So we went.

They didn’t offer what they sell.

So we paid a lot more than expected for food that didn’t taste very good.

The service was excellent! Food came out quick and was as ordered.

Our table was ready at the prearranged time. Our waitress was very pleasant, the proper safety precautions in place , the food brought to our table in timely manner and tasted great!

Staff were courteous and friendly. Food was delicious. Hells Kitchen Chicken is dependable if you're ok with spicy food.

A pleasant experience in a trying time of social distancing. Our waitress was friendly and welcoming which added to our dining experience. She engaged in conversation but not to the point of being invasive. Our food was hot and tasty as well. All and all an enjoyable time.
