When we walked in to Eataliano, we were greeted by live music -- a pleasant surprise. That was the end of the niceties. It took 40 minutes for our food order to be taken, and more than an hour more for the food to arrive. While waiting, we had to place drink orders multiple times before the server remembered to submit them. We spoke to several people trying to inquire about the delays, and got shrugs in response. Food is OK, ambiance is nice -- but terrible service at Eastliano ruins the experience. I'd suggest going elsewhere.
Was very noisy so we ate outside and there was a horrible folk singer. Why American folk music at an Italian restaurant? Besides that the food was terrible, Caprese salad had mushy tomatoes and tasteless mozzarella. Fried calamari was disgusting. Waitress was nice and attentive, and that’s about the only good thing about this meal experience.
This place is very underrated! Nice, comfortable space with huge bar area. Food is very good and it even has TVs all over making it a good place to watch football, or go with your family for a quiet lunch / dinner.
Went for the first time this evening. Food was very good. Service could have been better, but only because it was so loud we couldn't communicate well with our server. The singer outside was being amplified massively inside. Next time, we'll sit outside or come when there is less noise.
Server was not vet knowledgeable of entre place was way too noisy food was so so.
Great music on the patio!
Food is good. Wine a bit expensive. I ordered the same Veal Parmesan as I did last time and this time it was half the size and not as tasty.
My waitress was too occupied to even notice we were served appetizers without silverware. By the time we actually received silverware the food was cold. It was a 5 person table and she gave us 3 straws. Rarely refilled our drinks and was 10x more attentive to the table next to us spending 10 minutes or more at a time talking to them.
Though I've driven past by Eataliano kitchen many times, it was my first time eating there. The food was okay, but not memorable. It does have a good atmosphere in the outdoor seating space.
I always enjoy my meals there
Only the pizzas are good. Everything else is subpar.
A great venue for a business lunch. Food took a bit to get to us. Most of the entrees were very good. One pasta dish was coated in too much oil but server immediately addressed. Servers were very responsive!
Went for dinner with the girls. We sat outside and enjoyed the weather. Food was excellent.
The food and service were very good. Parking was convenient. The restaurant, however, is too noisy; the description "energetic" is misleading. There was live music the night my party was there and, although the performer was very good, the amplifier needed to be turned down in volume. My friends and I wanted to enjoy our dinner and conversation, not attend a concert.
loved the music, environment, and food! will be back again as I think this place has improved in the last year.
Great food(excellent fried calamari)! Great service!
Always great for lunch., I need to try for dinner sometime. The Caesar with grilled salmon is delicious!
Amazing pizza at low prices! The best in the area, the only sad thing is we are outside of their delivery zone!
Service was very slow, but food was very good. It took a long time to get our drinks and then a long time to get our dinners. ...................
Lobster Ravioli was to die for! The flavors on that plate are wonderful for your palette.
Had to add a little salt to my dish, otherwise great atmosphere and food
We were in Atlanta for the weekend and looking for Italian food for my son. Meatball sandwich was large and delicious and my husband also enjoyed his meal. Live music outside which they streamed inside the restaurant. Our server was ver good and attentive.
49 th wedding anniversary
Excellent attention and service by our server. Great food suggestions.
More then enough food we had seconds the following night
Food and service was great. I had veal parmigiana and it was the most tender I ever had. Also the portion was so generous that I will be having it for dinner again tonight for the 3rd straight night. Mudd was a great server.
Service and food delivery was very slow tonight.
Second great meal at Eatalino. Good kids' menu that my boys enjoy. Both times we visited, service has been slow, but if you're interested in a leisurely meal, this is a good choice.
Food was amazing! Definitely try the Caesar salad that comes with your entree. Portions were great for the price
It was our daughter’s 12th birthday. Natasha was amazing!
The food was very good and our server Elizabeth made the evening wonderful.
We waited 5 minutes for someone to come to our table even though there were three other waiters hanging out nearby. The hostess was right next to us, but she was on her phone the entire time. The waiter upsold us on a bottle of wine. I asked how much more the bottle was and he said it was about $10 more than the one we had chose. When the bill came it was $49 not $31. That is not $10, but $18 and a 58% increase from the one we chose. I would have been fine with the $31 bottle rather than being lied to. The mushroom ravioli sauce was not vodka. It tasted worse than Chef Boy Ar Dee. The risotto was covered in visible cheap olive oil. We asked for bread and were not told it was $5 extra. The Diet Coke was flat and never offered to be refilled. The breadsticks that came with the meal were worse than at Olive Garden. Overall, we were very disappointed with our meal. We adjusted our tip for the difference in the wine bottle and we couldn’t believe the waiter thinks it’s good practice to lie to customers. We won’t be going back!
The food was average. Not bad but nothing to write home about. We had 3 pasta dishes and a pizza. Service was good, met our needs but just. Not Uber friendly. We all left satisfied but in agreement that we would not choose to eat here if we were seeking Italian or pizza in the future.
I love this place. Great food and great service. It can be a little pricey with three courses, but worth it. You won't break the bank.
The live music is a nice option. It is WAY too loud. The staff is accommodating though and will turn the volume on the speakers down. Just ask!
Plating has varied the times I have been. So, dont expect the same if you do go back.
The pizza was delicious. Really good crust and lots of toppings to choose from. Our server was just the right amount of attentive. Only negative was the noise level and chillier temp than we like. Outside dining would have worked but the music there was really loud too.
We went for Mother's Day - the busiest day of the year! We were seated immediately (we had a reservation). Restaurant was super-busy, so waiter told us up front that wait for food/drink would be delayed. Orders were taken promptly, and while we did wait a little for drinks and food, the waiter kept us up to date on when things would arrive. Considering the high-volume crowd circumstances, I thought our food, drink, and waiter were all fantastic.
Everything was excellent. We stumbled upon this place for dinner in Mother’s Day and could not be more pleased with the meal. Service was excellent. The food was all great as well. Everyone loved what they had and we all greatly enjoyed the dinner. We will be returning again soon.
Very very good food!!! Outstanding service and the food was so good! It’s not cheap but definitely worth it the money. Not expensive, average for the quality food.
Great presentation as well, kid friendly (we brought our 2 babies).
Delicious!!! I would highly recommend it!
No server showed up after we were seated until we flagged one down 10 minutes after being seated. Pasta sauce was dry and burned tasting. Caesar dressing tasted like it came out of grocery bottle. Food and service is poor value for the prices charged.
First time there, I’ll be back !
