Came here for my birthday. Drinks and food were delicious. Service was great.

The “manager” did not bring the sparkler with the desserts nor the staff with the drums. Spoiled the birthdays of 2 of our guests.

Visited at 5:15 on a Saturday and had trouble getting our server to visit us. Finally after 20 minutes she appeared with our ....water!
I expected the menu to be more sophisticated but it was really overpriced diner food. Customers came in sweats and what I thought what was going to be more of an adult upscale restaurant was more like an ihop with mandatory valet parking.
So very disappointing

Don’t take anyone with a handicap/ wheelchair to this restaurant

We were sat right at 7:30 which was perfect. Service not the greatest, ordered a cocktail and after a 1/2 hr I asked where it was and the waiter said the ticket was lost. He did ask if I wanted it and I said no, it's too late, please take it off my bill. Slow getting our food, spent a lot of time there

Valentine’s Day dinner with my wife. Food and service were great. Only issue was that the food came out very quickly. Appetizer was out for 5 min and then dinner came. Then they came to clear plates as we were still wrapping up eating . Food was great, but just wish it was a little better spaced out.

Great place. Wait staff is very nice and attentive and their is a very wide selection to choose from. You cannot go wrong. Expect to wait on weekends if you don’t have reservations.

This is my boyfriend and I's favorite restaurant to visit. The drinks are awesome and the food is always amazing (make sure you listen to the specials! They change often and are delicious). Valet parking is such a nice plus and the ambiance is perfect (only thing is that during the day/before 5 pm there are a lot of families and kids there; if you want to avoid that crowd just make a reservation for after 6 pm).

We usually have lunch at Echo Tap & Grill and always enjoyed it. Today we had a dinner and enjoyed it just as much.

Good food, fun atmosphere, the only thing they fur is up charge for and substitution and don’t tell you there is an up charge. Also lots of ice in the drink and not much drink.

We enjoyed it overall. Nice decor. Our waiter was friendly and helpful. Cheese steak was pretty good, nice roll but could've had better cheese. Popular at our table was crab cake sandwich and mac and cheese. We hate valet parking, but it was efficient.

The food is always great and they are wonderful with kids. Every server has been patient and delightful with the kids. They also have good booths for families.

Brunch was very good and unique ideas, but it took forever to get it and even when we asked for coffee again it took quite some time. Even if they were brewing a new pot of coffee, it would of been nice to let us know.

Hands down one of the best places in my neighborhood. Totally recommend and their brunches are great including the drinks 😊

Family night out. Very nice restaurant and was welcomed right away. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Started with the boneless wings and ordered the halibut special. Halibut was a bit pricey but amazing. Our server Ira was the best.

We had lunch at Echo Tap and Grill. The food is always good. Today the service was quite slow and they weren’t to crowded. We will go back because we enjoy the Sunday brunch.

This was our second visit to Echo Tap and Grille on 12.06 . We liked the vibe , food and experience the first time we went , so I made a reservation for my husband's birthday. When we reached there the parking lot was very busy and we took a good 6-7 minutes to enter the lot which made us arrive at the front desk at 7:52 for a 7:45 reservation. I gave the hostess my name and our reservation and apologized for the delay. She said extremely dismissively that the table was gone. I said are you sure , how long do you hold someones table for. She said exactly 15 minutes and I told her we still had plenty time for that. She then finally decided to actually look at her tablet and said she cant see anything and then in an extremely condescending manner asked me if I was sure it was for THAT DAY. By that time she had killed it for me. It wasnt only the fact that she wasnt even bothering to check properly , she was being extremely dismissive and rude. I told her I was absolutely sure since that day was important to me and showed her the confirmation email. Only after checking the email she goes on to say ' Oh yeah ...the table is here'. No person working in the hospitality industry should ever treat a paying customer the way she treated me. The table service that followed was good and the food was as usual , but that was the last time I give this business my money.

Horrible! I have never given this place a bad review and we go here all the time. It never fails there is an older woman who is always the worst we have had her 2-3 time and she’s the worst waitress. On this night the pizza that I always get was cold and made sloppy looked like microwave pizza. As I expressed my displeasure with my dish the waitress took my pizza back as if I was making her job hard as everyone at my table finished their meals another patron asked the waitress “were you going to check on him to see if he needs anything to eat?” Her service was horrible after finally getting penne and vodka and she brought the check she stated “I was able to take the pizza off the bill” as if she was doing me a favor. Not friendly or helpful or caring to the customer. We come here all the time and the service is impeccable. Evert time this woman has been our waitress it’s horrible!!! Management needs to address this or replace her with someone who is like the rest of the staff!

I like this place a lot. Great service, delicious food, and an interesting variety of menu options. My one criticism is that I find their pricing a bit wonky, and artificially inflated in parts. I don’t mind paying more for a better quality meal, but this place is charging “fine dining” prices for a number of their entrees with specials over $35 and up to almost $50. This is a casual brewery environment, and yes, the food is good, but this isn’t a white tablecloth restaurant.

The server was very good and attentive. He just didn't have the support of his colleagues in the kitchen. The food took far too long and was cold when it arrived. The melted butter for the lobster had already started to congeal.

Server was attentive and on point. Food was delicious. Overall great experience.
