   This is the best restaurant in the desert, hands-down. The atmosphere, the music, the service, the ambience, and the vibe is exceptional.  we always have a fantastic time when we go there.

Every detail of the service felt intentional. Our server was knowledgeable, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured that each course was timed perfectly. From start to finish, the entire staff worked seamlessly together to create a smooth, elevated dining experience. The atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming, and the overall customer experience was exceptional. It’s clear that Eddie V’s prioritizes not just quality food, but world-class hospitality.    Our first time dining at Eddie V. The service was excellent. A little slow during the peak dining time (7-8 pm) but we were having great conversations so all was good. The menu is extensive but everything is a la carte, so it can add up. A little pricey but with in line for other upscale dining establishments in the valley.

    Absolutely Outstanding Dining Experience! From start to finish, everything was exceptional. I ordered the 22oz Bone-In Ribeye and it was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. The asparagus was also perfectly prepared, fresh and delicious. The server was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and truly enhanced the evening. The ambiance was just right with music that set the perfect tone. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending this place to friends. A solid 5-star experience!
