El Camion Soho

Our lunch at El Camion was lovely- great food, great service, very covid-safe, it was a bit quiet but that's to be expected under the current restrictions...

Solid mexican restaurant. It's better than the big chains (e.g. Tortilla, Chilango, etc.), but not the best I've tried in London, so it's a good middle ground. The nachos were particularly good, however my partner had the chorizo quesadillas and she didn't like the chorizo used, but apart from that, no problem. Slightly overpriced, but it is london after all.

Great place for a few drinks and some snacks. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant.

Came here with a friend on Saturday night, service was lovely and they gave us free shots on the house as it was my girl’s birthday, drinks were banging! Food was nice!
Definitely would go back again :)

Average. Good for a casual bite to eat but nothing to write home about. No complaints but wouldn't return as I think there are better mexican restaurants for similar price.

The food and the drinks were good. The staff was also really nice. The only problem is that more covid restrictions should have been respected

Nice place, decent food. More a drinks and food place rather than sit down dinner, but enjoyed ourselves. Kiki looked after us well

We had so much fun here. The service was a little slow as it was all table service and a busy night. However all the staff were so friendly and nice. We did ask for tortilla chips 3 times and finally after an hour they arrived with only one of the three sauces that we had asked for. We were also overcharged on a bill for several items that weren’t ordered. However the place was full of charm and the drinks were delicious. We will definitely be back there.

Limited menu missing essential Mexican classics. Quality was OK . Service a bit slow. Nothing special nor authentically Mexican

Delicious well-priced food and really excellent cocktails (which are pricy but worth it). Quieter now with social distancing, and, for homesick Americans, feels like an oasis.

Authentic Mexican food and drinks. Not been somewhere as good as this outside of Mexico! 100% coming back!

Amazing service and put up with us as a fairly rowdy group of 6. Couldnt fault them one bit and the food was lovely. We didnt want to leave!

It is really well priced for London. Food was really good. Really good for sharing. Drinks were great!

Good size for sharing with friends, nachos were tasty-go for the chicken quesadillas! Super flavoursome.

Absolutely amazing experience! the staff is lovely and the food was out of this world. I´ll be dreaming with those carnitas for months.

The food was very poor. It was served cold, badly presented, tasted quite bland and the portions were stingy : more like bar-food than for lunch. On top of it all there was a mandatory 12.5% service charge. Pretty disappointed to say the least and will never visit or recommend.

Nice food, good value with eat out to help out. Staff friendly.

Food was excellent and the staff was nice but we waited for an hour for a basic order. Good to see they are busy again but understaffed for the amount of people there.

Absolutely love this place, my go-to for meeting friends in SoHo.

Went for some after dinner drinks but the music was way too loud that our ears hurt and we couldn't hear each other speak. Cocktails were OK but I prefer sweet cocktails and they were quite dry.

Super tasty food, excellent drinks & great music as always. Service was a BIT slow, think the wheels are still a bit squeaky as they get up and running.

Great food as always, very rude waitress, who was caught pulling a face at me and snapping simply because I mentioned that I wanted sparkling water NOT soda water, and then for pointing out that there was a FLY in a lime of a friends drink.

I will note, your staff should be wearing a face mask or a visor, and there is no social distancing between tables. I didn't feel completely safe in these times.

The food was delicious but the covid-secure ness needs to be fixed, and your waitress needs to be taught some customer service.

Great cozy space and even greater food. Definitely a cute date spot, would highly recommend!

Lunch in Soho... situated in heart of Soho, ideal venue for Fri lunch. Food was excellent and service was swift and attentive. Lacking in a wee bit of ambience on the day due to lack of trade but not the restaurants fault. Overall an excellent Mexican restaurant, serving all the standards. Highly recommended.

Had a great dinner at El Camion this past Saturday. Great food (tacos and burrito were unreal!) and great cocktails. Would highly recommend

Very noisy! The place seems to be more bar than restaurant. The food selection was good and tasty. We were told that one dish per person was enough but a plate of tacos had 4 mini tacos which don’t feel like a full meal.

The servers were friendly but overwhelmed and our extra drink and dessert order didn’t get processed so we were waiting for a long time.

Won’t be rushing back

Food was good but nothing extraordinary for the price. Music was far too loud but service and decor were great.

Food nice, service good, but bottled beer was warm which was disappointing due to the price of the beer.

The quesadillas were really nice and the churros were so sweet and delicious. It’s a nice cute place I would definitely go there again. The waiter was really friendly aswell, good atmosphere.
