Sat outside server had too many tables to be attentive. Never brought the water too the table waited over 30mins for a drink and I ordered carne asada and eggs my steak was so chewy. Horrible cut of meat for it be so expensive. Then waited so long after we got the check I literally had to go find my waiter too pay. Overall 1star service

Horrible service . Waited on food for almost an hour and had to literally get up from my table to ask for a waitress after being seated 15 mins prior . Me And my date literally watched all the waitresses go to everyone’s table before ours. Not too sure exactly why but I won’t be going here again to find out and I don’t suggest anyone else go .

I asked for seat near water date afternoon. It took a while to get drinks and more time to get chips. I had to ask for napkins three times. The check backs were far in between . I was thinking about brunch for Sunday but, changed my mind based on experience. It took forever to get the check .

Music was way too loud! Service was slow. Food and drinks were good as always.

Bad management. Had reservations for my bday. When I arrived, they sat us outside, in the shade, up againat the wall. It was cold there. The roof covers over the tables a little. It was dirting. My family members literally had spiderwebs and dirt hanging over their heads while eating. There was seating available in the sun, but the manager daid they were short on servers that day and sitting there would be too far for servers to go EVENTHOUGH there was a party at the table right next to it. The manager was rude and very non accommodating! It ruined the mood and wasted time when brunch ends at a certain time. It felt like the equivalent of sticking the bkack customers at the least desirable table in the back.
Food was good. Server was nice. Manager useless!!

To be fair the waitress was new or at least seemed to be new serving. So everything was very slow.

Terrible service !!We made a reservation for my mom's birthday dinner @8:30 when we arrived the lady in the front told us we had to wait 20 minutes or they could seat us already but in two different tables ! Of course we decline the two tables because we made a reservation to be seated together! So they told us to wait we wait an hour and the rude lady came out to let us know that they were out of tortillas , beans , chicken , fries and pizza if we still wanted to be seated . Because it was late and there’s was no other place to go , we told her that we were going to eat here but all the sudden she refused to service us do to the missing items in the menu . It was my first and Last time here !!!

They were obviously slammed and the kitchen couldn’t keep up, but it’s covid times and things are weird. Took over 45 minutes to get our food, but it was fresh and delicious when it arrived. Good thing we had guacamole to keep us company during the wait.

It was my first time and look forward to going back!! While we are all have a bit of angst gathering post Covid I felt extremely comfortable! The restaurant is very clean, the service was awesome and the food was freshly prepared as well as super delicious!

Food was fresh and fantastic, excellent service over and above and super clean restaurant with plexiglass barriers. I felt very safe.

Our lunch was fabulous with and outstanding view of the water . Our entrees came out at the same time , hot and great presentation.
The Black Diamond Margarita was out of this world . Best I have had .

The food is always great, we had some delays with our service. Seem like we were forgotten because it started to pick up and get busy and maybe we were assigned to a server that had too many tables to manage. Overall the service was great and the sense of responsive to our request attentive to our food requests and kind.

Great service. 3 of us dined and all enjoyed our meals. My brother and sus-in-law love El Torino and have their favorites. I have been only 3 times when visiting. Had the pork carnitas Chile Verde style. Sauce was delicious and meat was super tender. Our server and trainee could not have been more pleasant as was the hosting staff.

The service was amazing! The waiter were great. I love Mexican food I am Mexican and I think it had some American way into it.

For the free entree the waitress should offer menu besides the buffet would be nice we didn’t get menus

The price was not worth it. The service was ok and inside was freezing cold. I will not be back. I would have spent less money ordering off the menu.

We went for the Sunday buffet. Greeters and waitress were very nice. The lady serving us at the buffet very rude and grumpy. Made it unpleasant to pick your food. For all you can eat, 31.99 each, we left hungry because we were too intimated to go to get food. And the 1 small plate of food we got was COLD. So it was very unpleasant. I will NEVER return for the buffet.

We had dinner in the bar, able to watch the sun set. Great service, despite he was supper busy. Wood floor in creased the noise level. Over all had a nice dinner. Great to be out again!

Reservation was made but they didn't have us on the list. While we are standing there watching them struggle to find our reservation, walk-ins are being seated immediately. After 10mins we are shown seats we were not happy with and wanted to sit by the window. The waitress tell my husband and I that seating is limited and there were no available seats near window. But, she said that if one comes up while you are waiting, I will move you. Not even 5 mins passed and she sat not one but two families in the area we wanted. My husband then voiced his displeasure at the way we were treated. During this whole time, we did not get menus, chips or water. The waitress that served us was great. But the overall experience and lack of attention to detail by overall staff is lacking severely. You want a better review? Then please do better by the subsequent reviewers. 1 ⭐ for the overall experience. Our second waitress saved it as she was very nice and attentive to our needs.

They had indoor seating but some tables were too close with no real barrier. Social distancing wasn’t observed in some areas. Not great ventilation inside due to the old building. Definitely better to just eat outside until they correct the indoor seating issues. Food is still pretty good however the service was quite slow when we went.

The server wasn't very attentive had to flag him down serveral times to get refills, or add drinks to the order, food was cold for eight people and lack taste, very disappointing.

Manuel was a great server! Food was delicious! It was perfect!

Enjoyed lunch in El Torito's outdoor dining area at a table that had sunshine to keep warm! Good food choices & prices from lunch menu! Relaxing to visit & the server she was nice. Had a nice walk at park after to walk off the calories! All worth it! I'll be back!

Overcooked Sizzling Fajitas. Overpriced and Drinks overpriced. The service was poor as long wait for food. No refill on chips and dip. No heater and afternoon was cool. I was very disappointed. I booked reservation on open table and mentioned wife's birthday and no reaction from restaurant . This was very disappointing.

Laura was a great waitress, she was attentive, kind, patient and friendly. I had a reservation and was seated within 5 mins of my reservation. Socially distance outside (not 6 feet though). Great Sunday brunch.

Food was delicious. It was a beautiful morning to sit out on the patio. Umberto was our server and he was delightful.

It took at least 30 minutes for someone to acknowledge us only after I asked one of the servers. Then she said oh i don't know who your server is..only a few tables (4) in the area. All the other tables who arrived after us got drink orders and we got nothing. We ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Service was just terrible for being such a small area of tables.
